Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Reviews
J
Went here to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra. Awesome venue, very modern lobby areas. Security was quick and the ticket check was quick. They could use a little more signage to show where the “portals” are, we got turned around a few times trying to find our portal. Staff was more than happy to provide directions on where to go, one of them even walked us to the correct section.
K
Kathy in the box office allowed me to swap my tickets since closer seats had opened up. I ended up 13 rows closer for the same price! Venue was great! Drinks were a little pricey but what do you expect from a venue? Kacey Musgraves gave a phenomenal performance!
K
Cleveland is worth a trip for any event. Basketball was the event, CAVS... the skyline, the people, are all in! Straight up I 77 and exit 9th street. Use one of the parking garages.
T
Had a small family trip to a Monsters hockey game. The staff couldn't have been better. Very friendly, respectful, and helpful. We were greeted by every employee we saw. Concessions were priced as expected and moved quickly. Seating was comfortable we weren't packed in like cattle. We would have appreciated a little more volume from the sound system during the music breaks and intermissions entertainment. But a great experience. Very cool place.
J
Came here to see Sebastian Maniscalco. Facility was clean. My only complaint is parking. They don't have much for big events. Spent more time in the car than at the show. Overall the show was good. Would recommend leaving early to secure parking.
C
This is a perfect venue for anything and everything. Surprisingly, restrooms and just general walking areas are kept up with and clean. Location is amazing too, surrounded by music, food, shops, bars, all within walking distance.
T
First time at the venue. Saw Stars on Ice. EVERYONE was polite and helpful. I was impressed. The pic is from C-121 row 5. We’ll be back.
C
Great experience for the Kane Brown Concert! Place was ready and organized for a large crowd. Plenty of staff to help guide you to your seats. Very friendly. Pleasant experience.
M
We had so much fun sitting in the club seats watching the Cleveland Monsters Hockey team! Go Cleveland!❤️🏒
J
Had an awesome time attending a hockey game. As I haven't been here in a long while, the remodel looks great. Sound system is banging.
J
We took my twin boys to their first cavs game and I have to say, the entire staff of Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse was very attentive and friendly to my boys. From the dancers, to the drum people, to guest relations, they all went out of their way to say hi and make my kids feel special
L
Great show! Easy to get in and out. Parking garage and walkway make it easy when its cold outside.
N
Pretty pathetic everywhere you turn there is pop, beer and liquor but only one shop in the whole dang place to get a coffee and the coffee makers were both broken. First time in 10 years I’ve been here and it will be the last time. Just disgusted you can get as drunk as ya want but can’t get a got coffee on a cold night. The two stars are being given because the security was helpful in helping me find the broken coffee machines.
S
First time here since the remodel. It is a little nicer, I guess? Easier to get into it. I miss the bridge from the Jack though.
D
I had a wonderful time up at the Fieldhouse! It was great to hear Jeff Goodman and John Michael talk about the up coming draft. It was a blessing to be invited by the Anielle and the Cavs team. Can't wait for the up coming season
M
I went to the cavaliers game tonight I enjoyed myself and I had a lot of fun let's go Cavs
J
Saw my first Basketball Game. The seats were great and priced right. Drinks and Food were a tad steep, but overall, had a great time. Will definitely be going back
K
Love this place! Never disappoints and always so much fun!
K
Info for truckers, if you are coming to get load from this place, come to the e 9th st and bolivar st and you’ll se the entrance under parking lot. Check pic.
T
We had some pretty high up seats to see the Cavs. I was fully prepared to squint the whole time with my old, decrepit eyes. I also anticipated an obstructed view. NOPE! I'm impressed. I don't know if there is a bad seat in the house. The staff work so efficiently that everything from getting in to getting grub went smoothly.
Y
As always we had a wonderful time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I miss the restaurants that were open pre pandemic though. I couldn't have felt safer. They strictly enforce mask wearing and everyone was spaced out well. They even had the middle sink in the bathroom taped off! All things I really appreciated. Noche Latina was a blast.
L
Amazing venue!! First class! Wonderful individuals that work there. Helpful/knowledgeable/courteous. Delicious food. Have attended many events there. Always satisfied!!
C
I went to the New Edition concert. Traffic/parking situation was HORRIBLE. I work downtown and it still took me an hour and a half to make it into the parking garage. Parking attendants had no clue of the parking spaces. It took so long to get into the garage, I missed the first two opening acts. Very skeptical about attending another concert at this venue. The show was great, but they should have had the jumbo screens on for the upper level seats. We could not see the screen next to the stage. WTH! Update: I just spoke with a co-worker who attended the Eagles concert on St. Patrick's Day 3/17/22 and she told me that the parking situation wasn't that bad. Really! So why was our experience for the New Edition concert so bad?
M
Even the nosebleed seats had a great view!
m
It was nice there I enjoyed myself
B
The remodel turned out great, but let me warn you to eat before you come here for an event cause the food quality sucks. McDonald’s has far better burgers than what you’ll get at this arena.
A
Wonderful atmosphere and experience overall but they need to make seating larger. People were so uncomfortable because seating is so narrow and small. Had to leave event early due to pain from being cramped up.
D
Pouring water into plastic cup from a plastic bottle was weird and strange to think about the waste of plastic. Your speakers off to the side of the stage made it impossible to see the screen from higher seats. Other than that, we had a great time.
D
It's a shame the Cavaliers aren't very good this season. However took my son there after the NFL draft and we had a great time. Covid protocols are strictly adhered to. Maybe ~%20 of capacity. Greg Newsome was there last night which made it cool as well.
J
Good place My first time on a basketball Game an i like
L
TOOL at Rocket Mortgage Field House in Cleveland 3/22. Shine on Benevolent Sun.
K
This was an amazing night out enjoying 1 of the best comedians to ever do it🥰🥰 Downtown Cleveland offers alot of fun&excitement for all😁😁😁😁 Thank you Kevin Hart for coming to Ohio we had an amazing time watching you perform😀
J
Renovation fantastic. Eagles concert great show. At 67 the 1 an1/2 wait was long . Should have opened earlier. We would have spent money in a restaurant in the arena.
R
Never a bad experience here! We have attended many events there from basketball, hockey, and Disney on Ice. Monsters games are our favorite. Cheap tickets makes the overall cost more affordable especially when buying snacks.
K
It was crazy because we had the Indians playing ,prom and the journey playing. I love journey and the new singer messed Steve Perry music up. I was upset and waisted good money
B
Toured the facility last spring and was really wowed! I used to come here as a kid to watch the Cavs play, it is nice to see that the arena is being updated and modernized to fit the times. Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions on the tour!
E
The Q is awesome! I've been there numerous times for numerous events. Concerts, Lake Erie Monster games, Cav's games, and most recently Monster Jam. I've never had a bad experience. The employees are exceptional and friendly, and they make the experience that much better. The staff there is second to none when it comes to first class entertainment. You should at least one time check out the Monster's and I promise you'll go back.
S
Enjoyed my time there. Was my first NBA game, seeing my Lakers get dropped off in person wasn't so bad :-). Had good food options, beer, vodkas, etc... Place was alive, halftime show was amazing. Parking wasn't the most ideal, and the leg/ knee room you have from the seats aren't the best. However, I will return again!!!
M
I attended a Cavaliers game back in December. And sat in the club area, which was nice, could see the court very well. Server was courteous and delivered food in a timely manner. The entire staff was very pleasant too, even though I was rooting for their opponent (New York Knicks). It was also A Christmas Story night, and they definitely stuck to the theme. Me and everyone who attended that game, got a cute shirt with a Cavaliers Christmas Story-themed Leg 🦵 Lamp, that I was able to gift to a friend/fan.
J
This place was incredible! We got a family pack for 4 games plus free Disney on ice tickets. Went to a Monster's Game last night. Everything was great except for the "soft pretzel" that was anything but soft and cost $6.50. A 20 oz bottle of water ran us $4.50 and a Souvenir cup of coke with 1 refill ran us $8.50! Yeah We didn't have to buy drinks and a gross soft pretzel not soft pretzel but being on the ice makes you really thirsty and our little guy was hungry. I would say eat a big dinner before you go to the game and take a purse full or pocket full of hard candies to suck on if you don't want to have sticker shock at the drinks etc. There was a little bit of miscommunication from our rep to us but we do plan on getting that worked out this week. All in all it is a decent place to go I personally didn't like people talking through the whole entire game sitting behind us is one thing to talk about the game it's another thing to talk about so-and-so and this and that and the recipes and just everything I mean you could have just met for coffee. That part bothered me. It definitely is a good time for kids Our son absolutely loved it! GO MONSTER'S!!! Many other things happen at the rocket mortgage field house like concerts, Cirque du Soleil, Just to name a few. The bathrooms were clean and the people were very friendly that work there. You won't be sorry if you go there traffic is a little bit tricky sometimes but parking in the east garage is your best bet. If you've liked my review please give it a thumbs up and I will continue to make honest and open reviews for you Have a great day.
C
We came here to see the Eagles in concert. Outstanding concert!! There's still a lot of construction going so check for updates before you leave. We parked in a deck for $25.00, open lots a little closer were $40.00. They've done some remodeling, added different places to eat. Seems like there were alot more restrooms too. We had a great time
M
Took my children to Disney on ice last night and let's just say the experience was not really worth mentioning. We arrived early as anyone should when you have children and need to find seats buy consessions etc. So many people came late, making the show impossible to watch as they were standing and blocking the performance. 2 large groups start fighting a few rows behind us which caused a scene of course. Staff seemed to have a very difficult time managing the crowd. I understand we are all grown adults who shouldn't need their hands held at a child's show but, staff should have stepped up and handled the ignorance with more assertiveness. Will not go back due to the lack of control by staff.
J
This review is based completely on my comfort. Terrible, seats were so small and so close to wall in front of us. Couldn't move, cup holders digging into legs and hips...we made it through an hour of show and had to get up and leave. Just horrible. These seats are made for middle school children not for a full size adult.i for this reason will probably never return here.
J
Finding parking was not as easy as I would have liked but past that it was an great experience. Got the high seats and my kids had a blast. The staff was friendly and the crowd was nice to chat with. Food was average but everything was clean and the fieldhouse was easy to navigate. 👍
D
Had a wonderful time. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Great concert.
S
Went there to see TSO great show. As far as food Beer was cold but could not find a slice of Pizza had to settle for a hot dog. Need more selection and i asked for a tray did not have one are you kidding me? Also if you are going to charge me $60 for parking a receipt should not be difficult to produce. Terrible.
B
This was my 1st time tonight at Rocket Mortage for a concert. Everyone was super friendly and so nice had the suit (lounge) super clean and awesome amazing views. it was an amazing experience and I hope to visit for another show some time 🤘🏻
C
Quicken Loans Arena, What a AMAZING place to visit... Seen Metallic February 1st 2019 and was BLOWN AWAY. The Stage setup in the middle of the Q was just perfection. I've seen many concerts here and I LOVE IT. Metallica, Ozzy, Rob Zombie, Rob Halford, Queen, Tom Petty, Cher, Kiss, Bush, Bon Jovi, Journey, Def Leppard, Rush, Page and Plant, Lady Gaga, Elton John, AC/DC, Guns N Roses. Just Amazing. Can't wait till the construction is done at the Q so Arena Football Comes Back.... Monsters Hockey WOOHOO.... Cavaliers. Just fun and with the transition to the updated Q I'M PUMPED. Hope this brings more concerts and fun to an already exciting Part of Cleveland. What Dan Gilbert has done to help Cleveland has been amazing... This is The Land... This is Cleveland. With everything so close and in walking distance one has the perfect opportunity to visit the robust area around the Q. I definitely highly recommend taking in a show. BUT seriously take an Uber or Lyft cause parking around concerts after the show is a joke lol. Take a few moments to appreciate what Cleveland has to offer and the walkway is the most genius thing they every did, Park at the rapid stations and get off at Tower City grab a bite before the show or event and walk over INSIDE out of the elements. It really is nice but could be better if they had a few places to eat open so you could relax and enjoy what you just witnessed All in all The Q and everything around... Progressive Field and all that is definitely worth all the battle of the crowds one has to deal with. For that and that alone is worth visiting Downtown Cleveland. I might be alittle bias as I'm from Cleveland born and raised but Give it a try and I'm sure you will also.
C
Went tonight for TSO. Good show and most employees were really nice. Only thing I didn't know is that once you're in, you cannot go out and re enter. They have the security scanner at every door so I don't see what the issue was with allowing re entry. Because of this, I would not have purchased tickets at this venue and will no longer purchase tickets from here again. I will also inform everyone I know about this rule before they decide to purchase from here. I work for a large company that offers discounts to this venue and I know they would not like this either.
N
This was a nice arena and it was easy yo navigate. Attended a concert here and the acoustics were pretty good. I am not sure if it was the opening act or the sound system but I couldn't understand a word that she was saying. However when the main act came out we could understand him fine. It'll be exciting to see it when the renovations are complete.
J
The land for Cleveland Cavaliers and LeBron James. A great place for basketball in Cleveland Ohio. Good parking space and service here as the staff are always helpful with directions. I enjoyed the game everytome I'm there
A
the very best place in Cleveland for a home sports game, bring the whole family down for a true game at the field house, get thirsty and have a ice cold beer 🍺 and don't forget to get a hotdog too, what eats is good treats 😀
G
Cleveland residents are fanatical about their sports. The city is home to three nationally known sports franchises and the one with the most recent championship is the Cleveland Cavaliers. The home base for the Cavs is Quicken Loans Arena, a large multi- purpose facility located in downtown. I visited Quicken Loans Arena when I was touring the Cleveland area in support of my blog, Great Beer Now. Sports and beer go hand- in- hand and I knew the Cavs were playing on the Friday night I was visiting. I knew tickets were available and given that the arena was a short walk from my hotel, I went ahead and made the 15 minute trek on foot, ready for some NBA action. Quicken Loans Arena is a large place, holding close to 20,000 for a basketball game. It is also used for hockey, concerts, and other events. I purchased tickets for the NBA game on the end of the court, about two- thirds of the way up. Most any seat in the house has a good view of the court, thanks to the design. Each row in the upper levels has a good deal of vertical gain from the row in front of it, and that means you will have an easy time seeing everything and won’t have to worry about getting stuck behind someone tall. The concessions at Quicken Loans Arena are many and there is a good variety of foods from which to choose. There is also a nice variety of beer and I didn’t have any problem at all finding local suds. The personnel are helpful and the attentive staff makes sure to keep everything clean and presentable. It adds up to a first- class operation and facility and one I recommend visiting the next time you’re in Cleveland.
a
First time going to Monster Jam. My boys really enjoyed it. We went to the 1pm show and the traffic was insane. There is sooooo much construction and it's hard to tell what entrance is open. Would definitely leave early 🙃⚠️
A
Have been here before for hockey games, but a first for a concert. We saw Andrea Bocelli here and, for a classical concert, the acoustics were very good. I was impressed with the staff at the fieldhouse and how attentive they were. The seats were very good, more than enough legroom and wide enough that you are not on top of the person next to you.
R
Great game day experience, fast service at concessions, ushers we’re great and personable!!!
B
The Cleveland Cavaliers came back from a 3-1 deficit to beat the team with the best regular season record in NBA history with the first unanimous regular season MVP in NBA history to win the 2016 NBA Finals.
J
The large indoor venue located just south of downtown Cleveland, The Rocket Mortgage Field House is most famous for hosting the Cleveland's NBA team, the Cavaliers. There really isn't much to see during non-game/non-event hours as the entire facility is closed to the public. It was a lot more fun peeping through the gates of the Progressive Field just across the way.
L
AWESOME CAVALIERS GAME TONIGHT VS ORLANDO MAGIC MY FIRST TIME UP SINCE THE NEW RENOVATIONS WERE MADE AWESOME WIN GO CAV'S 🏀🏀🏀 2016 NBA CHAMPS 🏆
C
Honestly good place but im sadd because there are no vegan or vegetarian places to get a burger here.. covid is still here as well every seat was filled i didn't no space...
C
A great facility, about to get a lot of updates. Pricing for snacks and drinks is similar to all pro level arenas and stadiums. Tons of nearby options for before and after the event. Quaker Steak and Lube at section 106. Outside smoking areas available. Cannot bring in food or drinks for most events. Staff are helpful in getting you where you need to be. I prefer the view from C level seats. The hallways aren't as crowded, the restrooms stay reasonably clean and you can go out into the hallway areas to sit with some soap e and let the kids eat or jump around for a few minutes.
M
We went to see Trans Siberian Orchestra. The seats were incredible and the show was amazing. We will definitely go back and see them again.
M
Very entertaining show. Great arena. You can really feel the heat from the screen which breathes fire.
K
The redesign took 2 years, but it does look different from the original design when it had the two prior names: Gund Arena and Quicken Loans Arena. The new name is from the same company, but they changed their name. It is Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, which was formerly Quicken Loans. The building got this multi million dollar facelift after the Cavaliers and Lake Erie Monsters both won the championships in the same year. It looks nice, certainly, but they should have only done this if they won multiple, back-to-back championships. We shall see if all the effort inspires winning seasons from the teams playing there.
D
It had been a long time since we saw a game here, but the place seems much improved. Construction outside is a little disorienting, but inside all was good. Concession and drink prices are a good bit higher than the bars just outside, but there is a lot pf variety. Plenty of different types of clothing and souvenirs, but only for the Cavs. Let's talk about the people! EVERY worker we met was fabulous - helpful, thoughtful, considerate, pleasant to talk to. My wife (and her cane) was given an accessible seat with a wheelchair ride to it, and the woman returned to pick her up at the end. She refused any sort of tip. Security guards, vendors, etc. all extremely pleasant and helpful, making the visit better.
J
Very clean and friendly staff had a great time watching the WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW can't wait to go again
n
Took the kids to see the monster truck show there and it was amazing! Staff was very friendly the kids had a great time but the only problem was the parking. It is very expensive and it took 30 mins to get out of the garage. My recommendation is never use the garage. Park off site and walk over. Much less of a hassle.
S
When security says to put away your phone, you don't start recording 'Pneuma', or you get kicked out. These folks don't mess around.
J
Place was very clean and staff was pretty friendly. Was there for Metallica concert! Place can be confusing but they have people to assist you where to go everywhere.
J
First NBA Game. The Cavs do a fantastic job at entertaining the fans! Newly remodeled and it is beautiful! Fans got to shoot free throws after the game which was very cool. Very impressed by every aspect!! We are now Cavs fans since Pittsburgh doesn’t have a NBA team.
c
Easy to get in and out, lots of places for food and restrooms. A great experience overall.
L
We went to see Disney on ice! Every staff member was incredibly kind! Every one from the guy directing traffic into the parking garage to the ticket scanners to the concession stand staff!
M
Very nice venue for concerts! Theater box seats were fantastic and the food and service was good too.
B
How is a great time. Family atmosphere. Excitement and such a clean facility with a lot to do. Just bring some candy in your pocket so you don't have to buy here. 😁
S
Saw Tool tonight. Only way it could have been better is if the seats had a little more leg room.
A
My wife and I went to watch game 4 of the NBA finals and had a great time. The arena was pack and the crowd was alive! The arena didn't offer much as far as choices for food, entertainment and shops but they did a great job offering attendees free shirts, towels and light up bracelet!! Fans were a bit rude with us being fans of the opposing team butg overall were fun to be around. Only complaint is there is absolution nothing to do once the game was over. The area is dead and is in need of bars and restaurants
R
Nice place, pricey food n drinks. Seating wasn't too bad. We sat at club level and it was very confusing to get to. We missed a quarter of the game just trying to figure out where our seats were. No obvious signage posted and we asked several staff members who had no clue and others gave inaccurate descriptions. Finally an officer directed us correctly.
W
First time coming to this venue for WWE Monday Night RAW. It is very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back again! Thanks for an awesome night!
L
Extremely over priced. Water 4.50 beer 11.50 I honestly didn't notice what the big difference was except for the hideous splashed paint on the Louisville walls. However the courtesy desk and ticket takers were very pleasant
M
My husband and I attended an event last night and we had the best experience! It has been a few years since we visited RMFH. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. For starters we grabbed dinner before the show and unfortunately part of it ended up on the floor. Before I knew it, two of the attendants rushed over and asked if I was ok, started cleaning it up and replaced what fell on the floor. We had floor seats and were in line to get seated, we didn’t realize you needed wrist bands so we had to get out of line to go get them . Because of the organization and efficiency of the wonderful staff we were back in line to get seated in less than five minutes. We plan on attending a few more events and are looking forward to returning very soon! Thank you everyone for making our experience a great one!
N
Was there for a cavs game. Guest services was incredibly helpful. Food is just insanely expensive. Great time.
D
Cavs vs T-wolves.. came up a little short, but I love how hard the Cavs play. RoMo Fieldhouse is fantastic. Love the upgrades.
l
Great place for concerts. Only bad thing is traveling to and from is a drive for me. February 1, 2019
R
Wow! First time out for a big event since the shut down. I was so happy to see that security was still very important. The check in staff were quick, friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and there was no wait for a restroom and plenty of sanitizer when needed. A bit of a line for food, but that will happen mid-show, so its nothing I was real worried about. A nice, clear view of the floor from the 230 section as well! I have always liked going to this stadium and I'm happy to say I'll be back again! Enjoy you guys, our city is BEAUTIFUL!
S
Went to hear Lou Ingles, of THE CALL at the "Q". Fabulous music, messages by many Spiritual Leaders of Cleveland area. Bringing the African-American and White communities together
陳
It was a great experience to watch an live NBA game. I bought the tickets online and got into the arena by scanning my phone, which was really convenient.
D
Beautiful arena. We really enjoyed the Cavs game and look forward to coming back.
m
It's been a while since I've attended the cav's game but the experience was absolutely awesome.
D
We had a great experience there at rocket mortgage fieldhouse. Every person we came in contact was very friendly and very helpful, it was a true customer service atmosphere. And of course Eric Church and Joanna Cotton, AWESOMENESS in a 3.25 hour concert. I just don't know how they do it.
D
Went to quaker state and lube and those were the worst wings in America I feel like that I need my 25.00 back and then some!
e
Took the family for Monster Jam 2021! Clean facility, staff was courteous and helpful. Parking has definitely gotten much better than years past. Definitely recommend the trip if there's an event going on that you're interested in.
M
This is a great stadium. All of the seats are good. We sat in the corner of the second level and had great views.
M
Had a great time! Friendly staff. Lots of interacting with the fans, which is fun:)
k
Rocket mortgage fieldhouse is one of the best facilities around. From staffing to the actual show, I've never been let down. Always a helpful usher around every corner. And cavs basketball is always a good time.
J
No leg room in your seats at the mobster game. Willing to pay extra for seat with leg room but it's not offer.
J
The suite was fantastic! The staff was amazing! It's not just basketball, it's a production and they do a great job!
D
Great venue for concerts and sporting events! Looking forward to the completion of the renovations!
r
Best place to enjoy the match of Cleveland cavaliers is on their home turf.Lots of crowd during matches.securitg is worse.Food is also very costly.
A
Love the new look of the Q..now called Rocket Mortgage...my first time going enjoyed and had a good time!
B
Great seats awesome show, Monster Jam was awesome too!!!
G
Awesome experience!!’ Let my school head out on the court after the game
R
Love the renovations. Cavs will be the team to watch for in coming years
M
Clean, easy to get to. However, not the friendliest workers. Unless I just ended up at the wrong snack stand.
K
We had such a fun time with our girls watching Disney on Ice!
D
Great concert, but WiFi weak. Parking is insanely expensive.
M
Excellent employees for every event I have seen here, arena is always clean. Its real easy to get to the arena, even faster to get out. B Spot isn't open for every event, but the wing place will do if you need more than general arena goodies.
b
Got to watch the CAVS beat the Brooklyn Nets at the Q last night with my son, his mother and a friend of his. Always an amazing experience there. The staff is super friendly no matter where you interact with them at the arena!!
B
I've been here for plenty of events. It's alright. The speakers are often a bit too loud for sporting events, to the point that they hurt. I feel like I shouldn't have to bring earplugs to a basketball or hockey game. I also got a pretzel on my last visit that was stale and chewy, which was sad.
D
Had a great time, the food is kind of expensive and the quality could of been better...
J
Love the Rock!!! Plenty of great times watching the Cavs Win.
S
Bit cramped, would have been nice to have more screens to get a good look at the show! New Edition Jodeci & Charlie Wilson show.
J
My friend and I had a problem with downloading our tickets we bought for the Rock and Roll Induction Ceremony on Oct.30th. Chris at the Rocket Mortgage Field House box office when we called and Toni at the box office when we arrived at the venue went above and beyond trying to resolve our issue. Really great customer service.
D
Took my 16 year old son, wife and 18 year old daughter for our first trip to a Cavs game.
L
Had a great view from our seats but the seats are definitely not comfortable. I feel bad for anybody that is tall having to sit in those seats.
C
The renovations have made RoMoFiHo THE premier entertainment venue of the Midwest.
P
Don’t sit club level for a concert !! Specially portal 48 . There one place to get beer and they were out .. there’s no other pace within 300 yards . Whoever designed this place needs fired !!! I’m gonna miss the whole show ! Thanks !!
R
What wonderful staff!! They are accommodating, invested and a cut above. I needed wheelchair assistance and they waited on me hand and foot. Water is not available, even bottled, which makes an event difficult. Also, parking is a bit of a nightmare with mobility issues. We needed to reach our party directly across from the stadium but the building is sectioned off, which made a rigamarole out of meeting up, with restricted access. I was in the handicapped section for graduation which was not wheelchair accessible. Mobility was tough but again, staff was excellent!
J
Went here to see Friday Night Smackdown and was happy with how smooth and normal it felt to watch a live event. The only hassle as an out of towner is parking. Arrive too close to start time and your fighting with the Guardians and Jack Casino crowd. The food, the service was on par and no one seemed to notice it has been a year and half since having live events with live crowds. The energy was seismic and the show was top notch with production and fireworks. Definitely returning, just have to find better parking or leave earlier.
N
Really impressed by the new technology! Big screens and virtual walkway are something to see! Also, local school balls wall by Ohio lottery hits home. Found our local School😀
E
A good venue for a big event. I just wish traffic wasn't such an issue.
M
It's a state of the art arena, very modern with one of the biggest sporting screens in the U.S, also it's the home of the King! There's a great team store in the arena as well.
S
Came here on donated tickets to make a wish. Had a great time. Everyone was friendly and helpful while they directed us to the correct location.
M
Nice facility. If you have the opportunity to upgrade to the meals-included packages, it's well worth it.
D
CQL. Cleveland Quiddich League @ RMF.
C
Trans Siberian Orchestra was amazing. Rocket Mortgage is beautiful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I will be back
B
Nice arena. Very friendly staff at the cavs game. Concourses are small and tight. Big screen is huge. Recommend club level for nba games.
a
Incredible renovation! Can't wait to go to a game!
R
Had a great experience! Went for the Carrie Underwood concert- the staff was great, the remodeling looks good, bathrooms clean and in great shape, nothing to complain about.
E
Would have been even better with a win, but all in all, even despite renovations great atmosphere and good time spent with my son!
B
Attended an event at this facility for the first time this past weekend and had a great experience. All the employees we encountered were friendly and very eager to help. Will definitely come back again for future events.
C
Super friendly staff! Came here for an Ed Sheeran concert, and really enjoyed the customer service.
J
Love the q. Still nice facilities and great helpful staff. Always a bear to park but its a sporting venue so thats pretty normal. Go Cavs!
M
Great venue and they're doing some upgrades this year. However good prices on food is still horrible eat before you get there.
J
Great arena to watch the Cavs play. Love it!
H
**plz dont put your foot on the seat in front of you. So disgusting and uneducated. The woman next to me did that and said sorry when the guy saw that and sat down. Then with the guy gone, she put her dirty feet on the chair again. It is to rest your arm not your filthy feet. Anyway, the game was so funnnn. Stephen curry!! Just make sure u arrive soon enough(2h before?) And find a parkin lot with affordable fee. I parked a few min away for $15. The one right in front is $40, crazy!
T
We went there Friday July 23rd for Smackdown live WWE. The staff was very friendly and was good about us asking directions and actually taking us to our seats. Was a great experience.
N
Cavs won tonight! 1/17/22 MLK day ! Snow storm day ...a good day .
J
Cavs draft party was pretty cool. Got to shoot on the court and I am hoping Evan Mobley is good for us. Also excited for the 2022 all star game here! Go Cavs!!!
E
We went up to the field house for my nephew's graduation. The indoor part was very nice. At the end, they ushered all the graduates out side in light rain which quickly became stronger rain. The security guard told my sister that he would let her back in once she found my nephew. But they would not let her back in. We parked at tower city and we used the underground walkway. We wanted to walk back that way, but security would not let me walk that way. We did not wear jackets and did not have umbrella's. The security guards were rude and just interested in getting people out of the building. I also had few thousand in camera equipment that got wet. Horrible experience.
S
Had a great time here watching the Cavs play. Try to get there an hour earlier for parking and to get through the crowds!!!
M
Had a Great time watching the Cavaliers!!! The only downside is the cashless policy. I get it but you can only exchange your cash for the gift cards while the box office is open. They don't leave the box office open for the whole event. Therefore, souvenirs for the kiddos will have to wait until next time. Go Cavs!!!
S
A great place to catch a favorite local sports team and other passing shows. Go Cavs!
Z
A great experience. The cashless facility business is sort of ignorant. Cash counts, and it isn't going anywhere. Social democracy will not succeed in America.
W
Slow getting in and come very early because traffic and parking can be a bear.
J
Great venue with updated and modern food and drink options. Great atmosphere for NBA games with plenty of options for kids and families. Also great for concerts.
D
Parking was accessible, close to the arena. Inside was very modern and clean. Entertainment was sub par, not super exciting. The team is not good. Most upsetting. We purchased tickets for my daughters birthday to see her favorite player. He was injured 2 days later and could not play. They would not allow me to attempt to resell the tickets so I could do something else with her. Terrible business and extremely upsetting. I am pretty sure I will never go to this venue again.
C
They put on a great show from start to finish. During timeouts, halftime etc. Great family experience.
M
Great time at our first Cavs game.
H
Super easy access. Great customer care. Fantastic experience!
M
It was great except they didn't take cash so no food or drinks
S
I took my 7 year old son for the first time.... It brought tear to my eye to see the joy in his face.... Everyone was so nice and helpful... Thank you Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. You have given me a memory that will last a lifetime... Go Cavs! D.J.N.
V
Great allstar game and great performances. Loved it
F
The seats are to close , uncomfortable and it was difficult to walk through the rows .
W
Loved it my first time at a NBA game
J
Waited all of 3rd qrt in the team shop because they had one line open. This stadium has been traaassshhhh since we lost lebron.... Again.
B
Really nice, modern sports arena in which to enjoy basketball.
D
Loved game 3 with the warriors and calves and everything there was great
M
Service was fantastic and everyone from security to the folks serving food were super helpful. Plus the Cavs won. A good time was had by all
R
We love the upgraded Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse! Beautiful building, amazing food, and not a bad seat in the house!
B
One of the best music venues I've been to. The staff let us inside the building a bit before doors open due to the freezing weather. I could not express how much I appreciated that. The staff were equally professional and friendly. I would enjoy coming back here for more concerts.
D
Love coming here always clean and friendly staff!
K
Impressive job done with Covid precautions (limited capacity and spread out seating). Felt much safer than I anticipated attending an event for the first time in a long time at the Cavs game.
W
Everyone was friendly! Workers helped because I'm wheelchair bound which was greatly appreciated. Venue was easily accessible.
S
It was amazing, everyone acted so professional, well guided. You go Rocket Mortgage Field!
R
The new front door to the CLE. A great job on the renovation!
J
If you haven't been here since the major rehab you are missing out. You must see this. I am so proud of this place. Can't believe it is in Cleveland. Great job! Delicious food and beer selection. So much more to do than just watch the game. Check out the shops and picture opportunities. So much more roomy when you first come in. I was very impressed. Can't wait to return. With the new lower prices there is no excuse.
C
The Ledgends lounge was awesome. Buffet was exquisite. The food was so delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant and helpful. The seats were great. The glass partitions added a nice touch by creating separation from your neighbors yet allowing for interactions at the same time. The golden pass parking allowed for easy access to the arena from the parking garage. Literally out the car and straight into the building.
M
Very nice place well kept up in the parking garage with been really good condition
M
Great venue to see concerts or catch a game (Cavs, Monsters, Gladiators, NCAA tournaments, and more). From my experience the venue is always clean and the staff is very friendly! They also have a nice variety of choices for food and drinks.
B
Nice venue. I'd definitely see another show or game there.
M
We had an excellent time, our seats were already great but having the giant screen is so awesome, it's easy to forget to look at the actual court. We love watching all the entertainment, dancing dads, drummers, Cavs dancers and the mascot show is really cool too.
A
It is always a great show at the Q. The staff are helpful and professional. The directions to our seats were helpful and the signage was consistent. There are plenty of accessible restrooms, which is helpful with children. Never been there for a basketball game. It is a great venue for what atching Disney On Ice and other events.
A
First Monsters hockey game. Had a good time.
E
Always enjoy watching the Cavs play. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
R
It is now a top notch facility to see events. Doesn't matter what event. The staff and the arena will not disappoint.
c
Just recently went to a monsters game here, awesome venue with great staff. Like a lot of other sporting venues, the food and drinks are very expensive typically. They do however, have special days for things such as $1 hot dogs, great time for the family
N
Recently a friend of my wife's who has season tickets for the Monsters invited us to a few games. I had not been to the arena since early 2010, right before Shaq got his hand broken by Big Baby and I was in the nosebleed section then. Needless to say, that was a long time ago. This time we were in the Westfield Champions Club in a newly renovated arena and I was thoroughly impressed with the place as a whole. We had good food and drinks and the seats were fantastic and comfortable. I am a big guy, so I can appreciate an ample seat. Overall, I was really impressed and thought it was cool that you could get to the parking garage without going outside and it wasn't too far either. So while this is a slightly narrow review in overall scope, I was pleased with my experiences there recently.
R
Could you stop with all this fake pandemic nonsense. No one cares about "covid" anymore.
M
It's a state of the art arena, very modern with one of the biggest sporting screens in the U.S, also it's the home of the King! There's a great team store in the arena as well.
m
Renovations are great. Just need a better team. Come back LBJ
d
Came here to see my OKC Thunder. Nice view good food.
N
Great place. I went to a Cleveland Monsters game tonight and it was amazing.
Y
The changes are incredible. You can feel the excitement around the newly renovated arena. World class venue. Can't wait to see the first game there. Took a tour today and I believe the "ROCK" will be a world class venue. Congratulations to Dan Gilbert, the Cavaliers, the Lake Erie Monsters and the whole city of Cleveland.
A
It was awesome. My first and not last time there Smackdown was all that and some we had a great time.
S
That was awesome! Workers were friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. Outside area were well lit. View of the stage was great even from our seats. I wish we could have sat closer. There were plenty of open areas.
M
Its beyond beautiful so many bars and restaurant I absolutely love it 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
D
No place to breastfeed your baby if you need to. Seat are very close together.
K
Was there for the first time on Feb. 7th. Nice arena and a good place to watch a hockey game. VERY clean and the staff was VERY friendly but I got a minor case of food poisoning from the hot dogs....UGH. All in all it was a good time though and I hope the Monsters can turn it around this year.
R
Went to see the Cleveland Monster hockey game, Parking lots a little confusing to find but well staffed for only 10.00 dollars. The arena was clean and very well ventilated, the restroom was clean and stocked at least for half of the game. The ticket staff and the arena staff very, very friendly, security in the arena was everywhere which is great.
J
Have been here for many events including Monsters Hockey games, Disney on Ice, Panic! Concert, circus, etc. The service never fails to impress. The staff is very friendly, interactive and overall amazing. I give props to these people going through all the Cleveland event chaos. Great job!!
S
This arena is absolutely immaculate. The bathrooms are clean, the seats are comfy, the atmosphere is crazy! The jumbotron is absolutely amazing, it's huge! The water and food is incredibly overpriced though (4.50 for a water and 7.50 for nachos). The renovation for this arena for exterior is going to be very futuristic and modern, and it's going to be a treat to see for any sports fan to see. Going to a game here is a great experience for family and friends and I strongly recommend, even though my Magic lost to the Cavs.
J
Always have a good time there either with my family or with the guys. Two best nights I had there were 1. game 7 watch party when we won a championship. Will never forget that. 2. 12 rows from the octagon when Stipe won the belt. Great memories.
A
Toto and Journey concert was amazing!
D
Very good facility. Not a top notch venue as its showing a little design age, but all in, a VG place to see an event.
D
I went there many times throughout my life, most recently was for a Hockey game. Hockey isn't as cool as the first time I went, the Monsters have been kinda weak lately. The actual building and inside are really nice, it's a nice stadium. Honestly though I've never understood why they have restaurants inside like, around the rink/court, since you need a ticket to get in, and most people would be watching the game. I guess if you get there early? I assume the Quaker Steak is the same price as all of em, but the other stuff can't be cheap considering the location. Regardless, it's clean, it's decent temperature, if you're in town and are reading this, go ahead and catch a game of something if you can.
J
Love the new redesign. Hospitality is impeccable.
J
Even after 20+ years the arena is still in good condition the staff knows what their roles are and are very helpful. Constant upgrades have brought in new food and drinking options (caution all stands not open for every event) Good but not elite sidelines for sporting events. Decent acoustics for concerts but sometimes sound is lost due to the size of the venue.
M
See performances there all the time, leg room isn't terrible and the acoustics are pretty good.
B
I had a great time. The only bad thing was the confusion with getting in because online it said Gates will open at 6 for the games on the weekends instead they pushed it back which was okay. But it was crowded and the entrance we went in could only hold so many people. Other than that it was an amazing experience.
C
Went to see TSO and had a great time. The energy was high and my kids loved it! Would recommend this venue to anyone. If you are the type to drink beer at such an event, be prepared to spend $11 to $13 for a beer. Don't bring any nailcippers or files, they will be confiscated!
S
Clean, friendly, efficient check in, delicious food, great entertainment
S
Really good experience going to see the Monster Jam event today. We parked in the East garage which is connected to the arena, and our sheets were very easy to find. Very nice arena, clean and family friendly.
S
Great experience! Nice stadium. We enjoyed a lot
R
Been here for hockey, basketball, indoor football, monster trucks and multiple concerts over the years. It's a solid venue! **As of this review (March 2019) the Q is undergoing a huge renovation. Keep in mind traffic changes before and after an event. ** The seats inside the Q are pretty standard. I'm 6'3" and the legroom is acceptable. However, after a concert or sporting event, they can become a little uncomfortable. Each seat has a cupholder that is in front of you attached to the next row of seats. Be careful of your drink when people have to pass in front of you. They might accidentally kick your drink (hasn't happened to me). There are lots of concession options inside the Q. My biggest gripe is the price of these. I believe a bottle water is over $4! Plus, you don't even get the bottle. It's poured into a clear cup and then given to you. I assume this is from people throwing full bottles around during events. The staff at the Q are always pleasant. Very eager to help you find the best way to get to your seat. I've never had a bad experience with a staff member. There's multiple choices for parking. Two lots are directly connected to the Q: The JACK casino parking garage and the gateway east garage. The JACK one is always too expensive, so gateway east is my preferred garage. The Q is also a few minute walk to a lot of excellent downtown Cleveland restaurants. This is perfect for grabbing something to eat before an event. Overall, this is a great multipurpose venue and always enjoyed the events I attend here
J
Loved it there the people that are there to help you and assist you I must say they went above and beyond expectations!! Hands down the staff at this establishment made me feel like pure royalty I loved it thank you for showing us how Cleveland does it!! They'll make sure you feel right at home!! We will be coming back to see another game!!
D
Nice place! We went January of 2019 for Disney on Ice. The cost of a refillable plastic cup was 8.50 and a kosher hot dog 6.50. Our seats were second tier 101 section but we could see everything decently. It did mean that second tier kids didn't get picked to go on stage nor did the actors come up that high when they came into the seats. I really enjoed myself. Note we parked in a small lot about a block from the media door--cutting through the parking garage on foot for 10.00.
C
This stadium is huge! I went to a Tool concert and was able to see the performance clearly! The only downside is you can bring in water bottles and they out your water in a cup because people threw their drinks at the stage (different show). The prices for alcohol and food are expensive.
L
This place was massive...I believe it holds 35,000 people! It was easy to get around in the arena. We went to see Elton John there, which was wonderful. Security guard that read the code from my phone to enter was not very friendly. Prices seemed normal.
R
Great Venue! Would go again for sure!
B
Went here for a Cavs game. The arena felt well-designed and I appreciated the nice comfy seats on the top level. The Humongatron made for a great experience. The special effects and sound system were also top notch. The food options were also great and cheaper than most arenas. But most importantly, the fans were fantastic. I would definitely come back to the Q!
M
Great venue for all, many options for food and drink, convenient location and excellent time.
P
Had a great time at the TSO Concert. Only problem was with parking. Traffic was so backed up that it took us 45 minutes to move 3 miles from freeway exit to the parking garage. Cleveland Police need to figure out a better way to direct traffic.
G
My family and I went here for the 8pm TSO show, which was an amazing show except for the extremely loud group that was in the loge behind us. There were at least 7 rows down and 10 seats across that could clearly hear their conversations even while there was music going. Two people for sure complained to ushers but there was apparently nothing done as the disruption continued the entire concert. Very disappointed that Rocket Mortgage Arena would allow a handful of people in a loge to diminish the experience for 70+ other people.
K
Went to 2 concerts recently and the experience was fantastic. I've recently had some issues with mobility and they did everything they could to accommodate me. The staff at the counters for food and drinks were polite and efficient. Great experience..
D
I have attended sporting events as well as concerts at the Q. The staff is helpful and professional. Things move quickly, from lines to vendors to getting to your seat. The food options are fantastic. There really isn't a bad seat, although some of the upper upper ones make you feel like you could fall to your death at any moment. (OK that's a little bit of an exaggeration)
L
Great facilities. Staff was friendly and helpful.
M
I really like the way they revamped the stadium. It seems so much brighter inside the building, and the choices and amenities that they have now are fantastic! Only four stars because of two things; the expensive food and beer, and the very small restrooms.
R
We took my 5 year old daughter to see Disney on Ice. It was fantastic. I think they touched on 6 of the newer movies, all the hit songs. Great stuff, definitely entertaining. Stay away from the souvenirs if possible. $$$ We splurged a little since it was her first time.
R
Great entertainment venue a must see!🤗🤗🤗
P
Good arena for an event. The food could be upgraded. Not everyone wants to eat burgers, fries, popcorn and basic fast food. The staff at the vendors booths were uninspiring and downright rude at times. The people working otherwise in the arena were lovely.
T
Had a great time with the family thanks wifey
G
I love Quicken Loans Arena. The staff keep the place very clean & are so friendly and helpful! I talked with Wanda @ the Dip 'n Dots station, so kind & sweet. The Monsters game was jam-packed w/ action. Love hockey! (My son's middle school got to sing the Canadian & our beloved National Anthems). Wonderful night enjoying family & friends.
E
Had a Great time, Thanks CPW for the Great seats.
D
Nice place easy access off the highway we was there for Disney on ice would have given five stars but my tickets on flash seats app said 7pm to 10pm but was over at 9pm and all Disney merchandise was expensive I paid $18 for a slushy in a olaf cup otherwise great show and great place
M
I’ll start by saying the Cavaliers are absolutely my favorite sports team to watch. I’ve seen many Cavs games here and the atmosphere is always amazing. They go all out when it comes to putting on a show. I’ve also seen a Bruce Springsteen concert and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the acoustics in the room were.
S
I love all what it has accomplish over the years. It's a fun place to work and they have all kinds of events/concerts for your enjoyment. If anyone has not been to the Q, need to stop and look forward to seeing what's inside. Nothing but The best
w
Went to culture tour New Edition Jodeci and Charlie Wilson
D
We had a blast. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Go CAVS!!!!
K
Went to go see the Cavs play and are from out of town. Wanted to buy a gift for the kids after the game. They made us go down the stairs and then the security guard wouldn’t let us back into the store! We even had our tickets. Good luck when the Arena has to down size because they don’t sell tickets anymore. Maybe you should of taken my money.
M
Great time! Loved the new food selections
R
The venue is beautiful. The staff was pleasant. Parking was cheaper than expected.
M
Love the Q! We went to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra. Great concert! I only have one issue with this arena and all others, they need to space the seats better so you dont fall on people trying to get to your seat. Not enough room to walk and everyone has to stand up for you get to your seat. Not convenient for anyone, especially any elderly that want to take on a show.
R
my frist time there. the building is amazing
A
I have a hip surgery pending and tickets to see Luke Combs wayyyy up at the top. Jen at guest services has been AMAZING! The level of care and understanding is astounding! Not only were our seats relocated to accommodate my severely painful hip, guest services will meet me at the curb of the venue and help me in. WOW, just....wow. So thankful!
J
The venue isnt bad, pretty clean a little on the expensive side which is common with event especially popular events. The only problem I had is the lady at the ticket booth was extremely rude and got aggressive for no reason. I was thinking things was going to be fine tonight but so far she has ruined the mood, she is the main reason I have voted the venue to 2 stars.
O
Great NBA venue- clean, well laid out and easy to enter and exit.
M
The opportunity to see LeBron James play in all of his glory is definitely worth five stars. However, the parking near the stadium was ridiculously expensive. The food options were plentiful but not very exciting. You can get a good seat from pretty much anywhere in the stadium so that's appreciated. Even though I had nosebleed seats I was still able to see the action clearly.
J
Having cup holders built into the seats would have been a nice thing. I spilled two of my very expensive $10 beers because of that. Otherwise it was a great concert with a great sound system.
L
If I have tickets for seats, why can I not sit in them? Currently at the monster jam event with 4 kids under 5yo, and we are sitting on the floor outside the stands. The pit party is a circus and can't even get to anything down there because of the crowd. Should be able to sit in the seat I can here for.
T
The Q is a classic venue of Cleveland. You can almost taste the excitement in the air no matter what event you're at. Cleveland sports has a hold on the city like nothing else does, and the atmosphere of the Q adds to that mood. Food and Parking, as expected, isn't very cheap, but the experience has yet to disappoint.
D
Amazing!!!!!! My first time at the Cavalier stadium. Love seeing different teams stadium. Staff was great, energy was great, overall an amazing time. Will be back for another game another year. Thank you Cleveland, until next time ✌️
C
I went to see Genesis for their final tour. They put on a great show, as always. So many of their songs took me back to the mid 70's, where I discovered them. Their music and visual show, takes you to a place where fantasies live. They were all amazing and Nic, Phil's son, was the perfect person to fill Phil's spot on the drums. Even though Phil is in pain, his love for his craft, propelled him to give quite a performance. Kudos to Mike, Tony and Daryl as well. I know what I like and I like what I know; especially. a Cinema show. Thanks for another special memory. Everyone at the venue was helpful and kind, from guest services to all the personnel guiding you to your seats. It is obvious that the staff employed there want your experience to be positive and enjoyable.
A
Friendly staff First time on a basketball arena Loved the experience Would definitely go again if I have another chance
R
Seen Harlem Globetrotters. Fun for all, entertaining. Had difficulty understanding the vocals. Ball handling was awesome. Giant Globey was hilarious🤣
M
Love the stadium and all of the events. Aesthetic is amazing. All of the things and staff and people are great. However the food is always subpar. No matter the restaurant it is always just ok at best. Also like any stadium the food is overpriced.
G
The NBA Draft Party was ok. It seems like the Wine & Gold members are getting just the basics now. 🤣 We got tickets to the Draft Watch Party with "free food." We get there and it's a big brown bag with a few "snacks" (water, rice crispy treat, humus, and popcorn). I guess that counts as free food!🤣 The events for the kids on the floor and the court were cool. Ahmaad Crump will always get you going and pumped up! Moon dog and Sir CC are always great and full of excitement! And, saving the best for last, and the reason for more stars in the review....I have to say I am in LOVE with the new look!!! Everything is updated and simply amazing, from the outside to inside!! Way to go. Looking forward to getting my games in this up coming season!!! Update: today was an amazing game against the Lakers!!! The atmosphere was incredible.
E
Easy access, more spacious with the added areas, and great food and beverage options. Would have been more fun if Joel Embid had stayed home.
T
Had a great time with the family. Nice facility and helpful workers. Parking can be a bit confusing.
A
Cheered for our Cavs at the game and we loved every moment! The dance team, fantastic fans, the players, moon dog, and our sexy seats made our night memorable!
C
Parking was a breeze for Disney on Ice at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Maybe one of the best experiences in the Fieldhouse. Lines were tolerable. Security was quick but efficient.
A
This was our first time going to this arena on a date ❤️. The security check points were efficient and the was plenty of staff guiding foot traffic to the bleachers. Servers and bartenders were nice. The video and audio quality is top notch! Will definitely come back.
R
We watched the Cavs vs Clippers and it was a good game. Had a blast!
J
No screens and all my pictures cut off their faces because of the light bar. It’s a concert would be nice to see from every seat, or don’t sell the tickets
T
Looks great with recent renovations that have been made. Have been here for a Cavs game and Monsters game this year (early 2022) and staff was always friendly when entering the arena. Definitely think this location makes for a great experience for everyone
S
Great game! Wish we won but awesome time with friends and family
M
I and my friend came to Cleveland for the first time, and also last. The majority of the city's people are extremely rude. Unless they are working for tips don't expect anyone to be helpful...Rocket Mortgage stadium was pretty bad in this respect. The city looked beautiful and we wanted to explore but at the end of our 3 day trip we were happy to say good bye! We left at 5 am just to get out early.
l
It was an easy process getting through the gates. The ushers were helpful in finding my seats, also when I appeared lost finding my area. Bathrooms were clean. Drinks were pricey, but food was as expected
B
Arena is clean, modern, and has a good variety of food and drink vendors. Picture from section 123, row 14.
d
The concession stands were the worst I've ever seen, you aren't allowed to buy water in a bottle once you pay your $10 for water they literally give you a cup no lid no straw.. Horrible any drink your order is the same way. The seats are so ridiculously small maybe a six-year-old could sit comfortably.. and don't get me started on how small and few between the restrooms are for the size of the building
E
Hi my Daughter and I went to see The Culture tour. New Edition brought the house down performing all my favorite songs. Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse is a Beautiful place the Acoustics were Great and the seating is comfortable. Yes I would attend other activities there.
S
Great event and fun experience. Plan ahead and leave since parking is a nightmare. One place near the event charging 60 dollars to park and another place close to the event charged 10 dollars but took forever to leave from there. Friendly workers here.
j
Amazing for concerts. And sports. The Cavs games are so much fun also tons of food on the inside if you find the local restaurants pact burgers wings beer they got it all.
T
My daughter got tickets for New Kids on the Block. Long story short, when she & I got to the concert, we were told she had gotten scammed & the tickets were no good. Without even asking, we were given 2 tickets free & told to enjoy the concert. What great customer service! They certainly did not have to do this for us. They were not responsible for the scam. I can't thank them enough!
E
Pretty nice facility. RocketMortgage needs to dissolve and be banned from operating ever again. Walking to your seat is a little bit scary because there's not a railing or anything between you and the row of seats in front of you, so if you trip or something, you are absolutely going to tumble down at least a row or two of seats below you. That said, there's not really a bad seat in the facility. The seats are positioned on a very steep vertical rise, so even if you're in the very top row, you're looking down more than out, so you're not all that far away from the floor. There seemed to be many options for food and stuff, and I'm sure it's all obscenely expensive but you kinda expect that at a venue like that. I really hope they do something about the lack of protection to keep you from taking a really nasty fall, before someone(s) gets hurt or killed.
K
Went to Knotfest and may I just say to whomever planned this event, bravo! It could not have gone more seamlessly. Lines went really fast, everyone was REALLY nice and enthusiastic, and traffic leaving the city was incredibly smooth. Honestly can't believe how wonderfully this event went.
N
I am very happy to watch a Cavaliers game live. The atmosphere in the arena is very good. Every audience is very excited! Every employee is very enthusiastic and very happy to feel such a strong basketball atmosphere here.
F
It was GREAT! I never was at a basketball game neither was my wife that I married from the Philippines she went crazy, because she loves the Cavs too bad she couldn't meet some of the players now that would have been an experience of a lifetime, we are going again this Sunday, Again we had a Very good time 🙂🙂😊 she had such a big smile on her face.
J
I would give it a 0 if possible. They take away paper tickets to control every aspect of sale and resale for profit. They charge exorbitant fees and service charges. They are now making you have mobile tickets so you have to bring your phone to the arena then forcing you to put it in a bag which adds for long entry lines into the venue. We waited a half hour longer than normal. then they have to unlock your phone before you leave the venue at more inconvenience to the ticket holder. Heaven forbid you have an emergency or someone you know does where every second counts. Notice how water fountains are far and few between so you have to buy water. All about money and profit and the taxpayers built it.
C
Attended the New Edition concert on March 4th. Concert performers were incredible. Lots of energy, legendary DJs, great singing- true performance!!! Now, the traffic to get in and out of the facility was ridiculous. We arrived an hour before the show and still missed 45 mins of the show because of poor planning by the arena staff and Cleveland police to direct a smooth flow of traffic. Same inefficient process to get out of the arena and parking garage. We didnt leave the garage until 1hour 30 mins after the show because there was no effective plan to direct the smooth flow of traffic. Absolute mess. Get it together operations staff!! We paid good money to help our city's economy and enjoy a night out. Proper planning is necessary!!
G
This is an amazing place to go see a event. The staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't get there early enough to do a little shopping or grab something to eat. Hopefully next time we will. Go Cavs !!!!!!
T
If you used to call this place the "Q" or the Gund Arena... its time to pay it a visit for a pleasant surprise. You are well overdue! The renovations performed provides a beautiful place for concerts and sporting events. Very modern, colorful and illuminated. Covid guidelines are in full effect. Plenty of sanitizer stations. Masks must be worn and ushers have signs reminding you to wear them. They will approach you and ask you to pull your mask up.
M
DO NOT purchase anything at the Cavs Team Shops!! Spent $78 on a shirt for my daughter. Apparently they sell "irregulars" because the fit was terrible. So poorly made for a Lululemon shirt. I've called and called and called and emailed and emailed and not one person has responded to any of my messages. How disheartening especially considering my husbands company spends a lot of money on club seats!
L
Easy parking, comfortable seats, and decently priced snacks and drinks. What more could you ask for at a hockey game? Maybe your team to win, but we still had a great time. Great show honoring Veteran’s too!
J
Came to see Tool. Literally the worst sound quality of any concert I've seen in my entire life. That is not an exaggeration. Couldn't even hear the lead singer because of all the bad distortion drowning everything else out. Totally unacceptable. I will never come back here for another concert. We pay all this crazy money for tickets these days and what's the point if you can't even hear the band properly.
D
Great place for a show but you have to your drink cup of water with out a lid. No bottles allowed. Weird.
K
What a great place to go and catch a game or a concert. The update that they did is beautiful. Some of the staff at the concession stand up by section c116 was rude during the Carrie Underwood concert. They didnt have enough hotdogs, or pretzels ready. Then they smothered the nachos in so much cheese that the chips were soggy.
J
Saw disney on ice roadtrip adventures recently. GREAT SHOW ! I took one star off because the food and "souvenirs" were outrageous ! I bought food from Quaker steak. Burger for my son was overpriced but he ate it. I ordered wings for myself and they were disgusting. I ate barely half and threw the rest away. Random drink/popcorn place is okay .. also pricey. Lines were very long especially at intermission. The customer service also wasn't the best for the food workers. Other than the prices of extras being way too high everything else was great. We had awesome seats and the kids LOVED the show. They really did an amazing job !
P
Been to a bunch of Cavs games when LBJ was around. Cool place. easily accessible if you live in downtown. Good atmosphere. Clean place. food is good too.
E
For my first time going to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra I liked it. It's a Rock feel. They sung Christmas songs and narrated some songs with Christmas information. I like the tribute to the lyricist who was strong about the way you spend and share your time. I disliked the seating and no I didn't purchase, nor had a say so in where. It's hard to hear the lyrics over the music when sitting so far back. Stage performance and lights were brilliantly displayed.
P
Great atmosphere, amazing renovation, a must see! Food options are abundant. Not a bad seat in the house. Picture is from section 215... And the CAVS are stars! GO CAVS.
e
It was one of my goals to see Cirque du Soleil performance. I am glad they visited Cleveland. I enjoyed this show and now would like to see their other performances. Next time I visit Las Vegas, I will for sure go to watch their show.
J
The new renovations and addition makes a visit to a game or concert 100% more in joy able. Great touch having art works from cleveland and internationally know artist. Lots of great food options as well!
J
The experience of watching an NBA official matchup (despite the ridiculous timeouts and gimmicks) is the enhanced simply by the sheer size of this indoor venue. Each jumbotron alone is as big as half the court. The seats are small and comfy, and the offer great views even from all the way up. P.S. Do not forget to check out the gift store, because they usually have great promotions!
L
Had a great time watching the trans-siberian orchastra
C
This place is awesome! Beautifully done and state of the art! Super friendly staff too!
C
Good parking. It was a little pricey I think. Friendly and helpful security. We went for Disney on ice and while everything was expensive as hell, it was a nice set up for the kids. This was our first time being at the arena and it was really steep. But once you got used to it, it was fine. We can't wait to go back for future events.
G
The Cavs game was fun, and the facility has much improved but the experience was somewhat ruined by terrible fan etiquette. Instead of watching the game, these people get up more times than they’re actually sitting to watch the game. I had an end aisle seat and my view was constantly blocked by disrespectful fans. The facility really needs to hire ushers to stop fans from moving around while the ball is in play. When the whistle blows, then the fans can move. I’ve never witnessed such unengaged people in my life. I went to nationwide area in Columbus for a hockey game and it was much more under control.
F
Our parking was very close to the stadium, Getting in was fast, the staff was coordinated, the food wasn't to expensive, We brought home a couple of souvenirs from the store and had some beers at one of the food places. The mixed drinks on the other hand were a bit over priced at $17 for a double shot. We had a overall great time.
A
Saw Kane Brown in concert tonight. Great show. We sat in section 119 and had great seats. The stadium was up to date and clean. More than enough bathrooms which is a must being a woman. Would recommend this venue for concerts but I'm not a big fan of Cleveland itself because I don't care for cities is all. Nothing personal Cleveland, I don't care for Baltimore or Washington DC either.....I'm a country girl at heart.
S
Beautiful arena! Loved the layout and all the vendors and associates willing to help. My first time at rocket mortgage for the all-star game and they showed out! Alot of options for food and drink. Good job showing this out of towner how yall get down!
M
Great time! Super friendly staff. There's really no bad seat in the place. Its just too bad that our hockey team isn't very good.....😮💨
B
Great place with great service!👍🏽 I had knee surgery a couple weeks before attending Monster Jam with my daughter and my littles. I am non weight bearing for 6 weeks, which means I went to the show on crutches.🤦🏽♀️ The employees were so helpful. They got me a wheelchair and even pushed me to where I needed to be!😁 I didn't even ask for one, (because I'm kinda stubborn) but he insisted it would be easier, and he was right!! Thank you for your kindness!😊
D
Always love to come to Cleveland and Rocket Mortgage. Especially when Eric Church is in town. Hell yeah!!!
H
I saw the Eagles play the in their Hotel California tour. It was a great time. Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse is a nice venue but the name of it is kind of long-winded. They thought people would start calling it "the rock", but that never happened. Clevelanders are getting a little tired of their venues continually being re-named. Quicken loans arena, the Gund, the Jake, progressive field, etc. Next thing you know, they'll change the name of the iconic Cleveland Indians.... oh wait, they did. Eeeeeyuuppp. That's right. They changed the name of the Indians to the "Guardians". How did they come up with that name you ask? Because it is a symbol on a bridge. They renamed the baseball team to represent a frickin' bridge. Maybe in an attempt to highlight Cleveland's sprawling modern infrastructure? Hahahahaha! You just can't make this stuff up if you tried. A bridge. A freekin bridge. Yes,........a bridge. Only in Cleveland. A bridge.
D
Newly remodeled field house was great. Flash seats was not. Had to wait together in because ticket scanners were down. Missed the opening tipoff waiting for ticket scanners to scan our phones for tickets. Don't care for flash seats. Get tickets on phone and they still print out a ticket after they scan your phone.
S
Whether you're seeing the Cav's, the Monsters, a concert or a comedy show you won't be disappointed. The Q hosts just about any event you can think of and somehow still makes you feel like you're involved, even in the nosebleeds. Events are typically decently priced although I would suggest stopping at Harry Buffalo or somewhere on E.4th prior to the show for drinks or food (expensive).
M
Love this Arena. Have been going here since I was 7 and they’re now updating it even more. They set off fireworks and flames and were one of the first arenas to start projecting large images onto the Court. Team shop is really cool too, just don’t go during halftime because the line gets wild. And the food section is great.
a
Such a beautiful place! I went to a concert here and a Cavaliers basketball game. The seats upstairs are very uncomfortable with awkward cup holders. The suite we were in for the game was amazing though!
J
A great multipurpose arena. The elevator system is confusing, especially when you are in the arena for the first time. The hallways are packed when the arena is full and sometimes the less-walked areas seem dirty. All in one, it is a large-scale arena perfectly serving its purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful, the attendants of the concert were joking and had a very positive attitude.
R
Not a bad venue but whoever designed the seating access did not have convenience in mind. If your ticket says section 123 then you should be able to access your seat from any entrance that states it's section 123, this unfortunately isn't the case.
R
Very Beautiful Place Nice nd Clean . Almost very Organized Horrible Parking 🅿️ But Overall very good place to go hangout with friends , Take your family out to nice safe Event .
J
Really nice place. Took a few grandkids to see Jurassic world live here. Not a bad seat in the house. We had a good time and parking is right across the street.
C
Took my son 16yrs old to his first concert Tool it was awesome! The love of my life passed away August 31 2019 and this was his fav band of all time. He was definitely with us tonight.
M
Great place to see a concert. Seats are larger than other arenas I've been to, and the sound was great. Large selection of food and beverage choices as well. Arena was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back!
M
Great place. A lot of fun to watch a game there. Seats are comfortable. Attendants are very friendly and helpful.
t
All liquior sales stop helf way through show. Food is terribly overpriced. Good luck having a good time at a overpriced event
O
Great service event staff! Getting out of the parking garage was horrible,
K
Already a nice arena they are in the process of renovating. Staff is helpful. Food is pricey (of course). However, the seats do not feel safe when you are trying to go to and from your seat. You can easily fall and go tumbling down. Needs to be more saftey precautions ,(I think) and more room between the rows to walk through, especially when you are in the upper levels. Maybe even better/more/higher saftey glass.
S
Was a great place the VIP area is comfortable and everywhere else is very good seating as well. Good service as well, many options.
t
This was my first visit since the rebuilding & name change, it also was my first hockey game as well and the experience was awesome!
A
I go here for different events every year. Some events, shows, and concerts I've attended: Chris Brown's concert, N'sync concert, Pink, Demi Lavato, Usher, Monsters hockey game, Boys 2 Men, Paula Abdul, New Kids on the Block, Frozen On Ice (Disney ice skating show), my husband's Costco holiday party in the conference or dinner room (beautiful tall windows & catering was awesome), and of course to see the Cavs play. I've never had a bad experience here. Currently it's being remodeled. The only thing I'd change is the parking availability and prices. Pricing for tickets vary depending on the event. The inside of the building is kept up well, clean, and modern. I plan on going to another Cavs game sometime soon! #LetsGuide
J
Great venue for a hockey game. Parking is easy and convenient with event access through 3 locations facilitates quick entry and exit from the event. Staff is friendly and helpful. Concessions are priced as expected with a professional sporting event.
V
The updates are wonderful! 👌 The new restaurants and fan fuel. Also, the experiences. They went above and beyond to make sure fans have a great time and that even without a win you have fun.
B
I just couldn't give 5 stars because of the prices of food and drink. It was truly outrageous ...$6.00 for a regular size hot dog...$13.00+ dollars for a beer in a regular size cup.... $8.00 for a small bag of popcorn...Seriously there is no need at all for prices like that. Vendors would sell more if prices weren't so inflated. So, advice to all if you, eat and drink before you attend any function at this facility.
F
i had huntington suite really nice . leather comfort seat and computerized toilet
K
The new Fieldhouse is amazing! They really did a great job with the renovations. I was so impressed.
M
Straightforward process from start to finish! After entering the building and going through security, I used SeatGeek for my tickets, so I pulled out my phone and held it under a machine scanner. Then I made my way to my section. The smell of popcorn was too distracting so I couldn’t help but buy a bag, which was $8! It’s best to get it if you’re sharing with a group of people. This was my first time in the stadium and my first basketball game. It was enjoyable, with a bunch of breaks and fun games/ways for audience to participate.
M
There's not a bad seat in the house with the jumbotron as large as the court - half time shows were fun and kid friendly, and the time-outs are laden with mascot antics and t-shirt cannons. Refreshments are average, but readily available.
B
Saw Genesis concert there. Foot room was cramped... knees were very sore throughout the concert due to my knee replacements and not being able to bend as much as necessary. Got in and out pretty easily. Went early and got a good parking spot next door. Long lines for food and souvenirs.
D
Really enjoy the arena when going to events. It's clean, big and easily accessible thru the parking garage. They put on a lot of great, fun events, too.
R
man that game was sad no excitement to much construction going on we left early I seen a fan take a lottery ticket from a little kid and made him cry that spoiled my mood. and I spent plenty of money during the finals
C
Went for the Genesis Concert. I am short and the legroom for seating in upper levels was awful.I saw quite a few tall people leaving because it was too uncomfortable to sit . I myself and my friend were miserable as well. It's a shame such a beautiful building is so customer unfriendly
B
Every seat inside gives a good view of the court. The bathrooms are nice and well kept. The staff members are nothing but happy and very helpful too!
P
Saw "The Last Domino" tour there. It was very emotional. Phil Collins' son Nic played the drums. Amazing, yet bittersweet, show. Genesis will be missed, but their music will live on!
W
Cavs vs Clippers. Cavs got it done tonight! Good times. RMFH- I love what they did with the place!!!
S
Do something to keep your bright reflective building from killing migratory birds.
S
Went for a Cavs game on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was easy in the attached parking garage. Walked right into the club level seating from the garage. Very efficient and courteous staff. All amenities were first rate, from the seatong area, to the food and waiters. The gift shop was well stocked. Specialty shops like Nestle cookies were also a hit with the kids. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
K
We had a great time. There was a man with a megaphone directing people into the correct entrances for construction confusion. Then we entered, it was smooth sailing chaos. Obviously a lot of people were here and they were fantastic at signage and helpers. Beer isn't too expensive and the food prices were expected. Our kids had a great time! We even caught a shirt all the way in section 203! They had sign making stations which was also a lot of fun. Dropping awesome giveaways from the ceiling, Fortnite references, 🔥🔥 🔥, fun games, dancers, and hilarious jumbo tron jokes! 💙
D
Threw my back out and needed a wheelchair assist. Was able to park 2 spaces from the door. Was met at the door, taken right to my seat. They checked on me at intermission to see if I needed to use the restroom, or wanted to visit any vendor. Picked me up at the end of the event and took me right to my car. Refused to accept a tip. Very sweet, attentive, and conversational people.
M
Our beer line ran out off beer... And I like loud concerts but not so loud it sounds distorted.
T
Great Ppl Great service and a Great Environment
M
A sincere thank you to the entire staff at RMFH for being so caring about what you do! I attended the Andrea Bocelli concert with my mom who is handicapped. Getting her to her seat and back to the car was a breeze thanks to some advice from guest services prior to the event! It was likely the last concert she will ever attend and it was very memorable thanks to a little help from some friends :) THANK YOU!!!!
R
Tool Rocked. Next time close curtains better to the concourse. Outside light messed with laser show.
L
Though we love attending Cav's games, these seats did not allow us to see the court, but we're the closest to the locker room.
J
Attended the Coldplay concert, escalators made it easy to go between floors. Food was reasonably priced for an arena. Staff was friendly and helpful.
S
Place is beautiful and the employees were very polite and helpful. I will definitely be back
B
Saw kobe Bryant last game here ..great experience I'll never forget #la #mamba
P
Awesome time! However the Cleveland Cavaliers was defeated against the Chicago Bulls 😲.
M
I gave my husband tickets to Trans Siberian Orchestra for Christmas. We had the best time.
m
Excellent venue. My only complaint is that the beer is never cold enough.
C
Another great win for the Cavs. Facility is great. Easy walk from hotel.
A
Way better than when I came here as a kid. Really nice looking and clean. Food is the usual sports center/ fair food but there are a few outside restaurants.
S
Went to se Shania Twain last night and my Husband and I had a great time...
T
The Q as it is called by some people is in the middle of being renovated. We had to enter through the South entrance which was marked by construction and a small entrance to slide through. we were able to park in the East garage which is only a five-minute walk to get inside the Q. The renovation should make for a first-hand glorious experience for all to see.
K
Fantastic venue, great seats everywhere, and amazing staff! 10/10
D
Picks and Paws is always great fun!! Monsters games are a blast to go to
A
Quick entrance, plenty of helpful folks giving instructions. We had floor seats and there was a nice distance between rows.
S
Dave Chappelle show was amazing, I don’t have any pictures! You just have to take my words. Workers were great, but the locals were a little rude… Overall GREAT time!
J
Great time as always. I even park over by Tower City and its a nice easy indoor walk. The facility is very clean and helpful people throughout!
K
Paula Abdul, Boyz 2 Men, NKOTB Concert was a fun night of music and dance!
C
Was awesome , staff was helpful with us finding our seats . Looks great, haven't been there in years..
D
Had a great time watching the Cavs The place is clean and easy to get around in
J
My wife and I had a great time. Eric Church was Awesome!!! The only thing I did not like was the house sound. I believe the sound engineer for the field house could have done better. I know I could have.
j
The remodel is awesome.the Cavs only need a couple of pieces....nice YoungI team. Not a bad seat in the house
E
Great place to see a show. Good food selection.
R
The place is really big. Fortunately most of the employees are very helpful in terms of getting you where you need to go to have an enjoyable time
V
Nice venue, don't plan on getting boozed up there, you'll need to mortgage your home to pay for it. Otherwise, great place and relatively clean.
S
The Q is a busy place, even for low attendance events. Easy to navigate. Lots of food selections. Pretty much any seat is a good seat.
F
Enjoyed myself at the game lovely Arena my team got beat but enjoyed the game
V
Went there for many sporting events and concerts and it's always a good time.
T
The Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse is amazing and we had an awesome time!
m
I live in Michigan and bought tickets for Bert kreischer show coming up before he announced he was doing a show in Detroit. Now they won't let me sell the tickets. I dont recommend and will never buy tickets at there venue again
S
The New Edition concert was amazing I had a wonderful time
E
This is a good arena conveniently located in downtown Cleveland. I went here to see a concert and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into the arena, which had a very nice lobby. I walked through the security check and walked towards my seat, which was located near the top of the arena. I had to walk through the arena's main hallway to get to my seat, which was quite far away from the entrance. After getting to section of the arena my seat was in, I went up an escalator to the upper hallway. I walked through the hallway for a bit and got to an entrance of the seating for the arena. I walked through the entrance to my seat, where I could see the entire stage. Soon after I sat down, the concert began. I came with a group of people who wanted to see the Trans Siberian Orchestra, but I didn't want to see the band that much. However, I still went because I got to go to downtown Cleveland. After the concert finished, which I found to be quite boring, I left the arena. Everyone else watching the concert also left at the same time I did, so all of the hallways were extremely crowded. It took a long time to get out of the arena due to the amount of people inside, which disappointed me. When I finally got out of the arena, I walked back to my hotel. I gave this arena four stars because it's conveniently located in downtown Cleveland, but the arena gets very crowded whenever an event inside ends.
M
A great place to see special events but I don't like that all the concessions are cashless. Had a great experience at The WWE Smackdown show though and most of the employees are very helpful and personable.
B
Mask mandate is ridiculous. Worker yelled at my grandson to pull up his mask. But yet adults in seats weren't wearing one and nothing said to them!!
J
We attended for Disney on Ice! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff! Program was AMAZING!
G
Had seats in Lexus club, great food & desserts. Staff was great. Watched the Monsters beat the Mooses.
M
Place is great but floor seating uncomfortable cramped and too close to each other
A
Attended Michael Buble' concert on October 21st. Aside from the AWESOME concert by Mr. Buble' & Company, I was overwhelmed by how unexpectedly the ROYAL treatment the Rocket Mortgage Field personal afforded me. I use a cane & walking & steps are difficult for me. RMFH personnel offered me a wheel chair & escorted me to my seat. In addition, were right at my location when concert ended to escort me outside to my ride home. The two AWESOME Women who escorted me were attentive, polite & so courteous. Asking me, on our venture to & from our seats, asked if I wanted to stop for food or drink or needed to use the restroom. Plus, even though I advised at the end of the concert, the attendant could leave me, she insisted to stay with me until I was safely in the ride home. I am COMPLETELY overwhelmed at this degree & level of professionalism & attentiveness. KUDOS to RMFH....and if you know who the two gals that escorted me...GIVE THEM A RAISE! THEY DESERVE IT.
K
The field-house is beautiful, My son and I enjoyed the game also
R
Absolutely Smooth Entry from the RTA Rail. We parked at West Park Station and for $2.50 each way per Person. Brilliant. Great Concert. To. Petty and Joe Walsh Solid Opening Act.
S
So easy to get in and out of and the concert was great!
S
Amazing place ...good seats and clear sound system...numerous small eateries to spice up your game
B
Nothing but a great experience at the Q and watching the Cavs! Edit: They have since renamed it to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Nice redesign of the outside. Just be nice if Cavs could win.
B
Me and 4 members of my family went to watch Disney on Ice in one of the private suites. We had a total blast and my little brother really enjoyed it. Other than the show being spectacular, staff was incredibly inviting and nice. They were super organized in the keeping the crowd flow going, and directing us to the correct places after we bypassed security which kept things timely. We enjoyed the food and the customer service was spectacular. I can’t wait to come back for other concerts, games, and shows!
M
Loved it! Great parking Easy to navigate through the Q. Staff very friendly. Great, fun crowd! Loved the entertainment between quarters. And of course The CAVS!!!!
J
Really Fantastic experience! Arena is awesome and staff very helpful. Arena with new upgrades is a class above all others.
M
Place is always on top of events. Food prices high like 20 oz soda is $5. Nachos $7.50 but arenas are always higher. We just saw Katy Perry.
A
Arena for the Cleveland Cavaliers of the National Basketball Association and the Cleveland Monsters of the American Hockey League.
D
Watched a great hockey game. 1 2 3 night friday. 1 dollar pepsi 2 dollar hot dog 3 dollar beer. 18 dollar ticket fun night out.
M
The renovations are awesome! Loved seeing the Monsters Championship wall! Seats are actually very comfortable! Had a great time at Smackdown!
S
Awesome venue for concerts & sports events. We went for a concert right after the grand reopening after they remodeled the entire facility, inside and outside. The music was actually a little too loud though. The facility is very upscale & they used high end building materials. It is very well designed & has a very good layout. It is easy to navigate once inside. GREAT JOB!!
T
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I missed a lot of the match standing in line for popcorn, 25 to almost 30 mins.!!!!!! And at least 25 min. before the event started , for t-shirts. Now, before the event I understand the wait, but DURING the match, NO I paid to much money for those tickets.
S
Had amazing seats for Kelly Clarkson's show! Thanks to last minute cancellation in the box!
L
What an interesting organization, I seem to recall a scandal they were caught up in about appraisal manipulation... well good news for those of you that fancy the art of the swindle... they can help you legally take away tangible documented equity during a divorce, then reinstalling the denied equity so that the 1000 dollars gained value from court documents is returned to the actual gained value based on market from 2011-2021 of 100,000. Shame on you... may something like that never happen to you or your loved ones
J
Clean well run went for a concert no issues
J
🎼Watching Trans-Siberian Orchestra is an amazing rock concert!! A must see!🎸🎹🎻🎵
L
I liked the stadium its self but the concession stand was slow and a bit overpriced.
j
Awesome arena, fun time. Even got on the jumbotron. They really put on a show. Sad to see Lebron James leave for the LA Lakers
s
this is a great place to see a concert. I don't think there's a bad seat anywhere we actually set in section 204 and it was excellent, not a complaint. The way they have it set up is great. There really is no sense and spending $200 a ticket when you can go up one section for $60.
B
Always have enjoyed the game experience at the Q and now the Rocket. The new arena redesign looks very nice and certainly pushes the facility into a very competitive market for large events. Very modern and sustainable look! We did have a bad experience at the new box office. It took 40 minutes to order tickets for the ice show and Jurassic Live. The employee was not properly trained on the new software equipment to order tickets and was not very knowledgeable on the process. Hopefully things will quickly improve.
L
Great wine and gold scrimmage. Wish them the best luck...
T
Bean there for some concerts but this one was too loud
T
Absolutely love this place! There are so many awesome events held here so you should definitely keep an eye on the upcoming events. From basketball, to hockey, to concerts, and so much in between, this place has so much to offer! The workers are pretty helpful with getting you to the right seats. The bathrooms are always well taken care of. The food is just average stadium food, bit it isn't too overpriced. You do have to pay for parking, but it's downtown so it's expected. The parking can get pretty pricey especially for big events, but it's definitely worth it.
S
It was very confusing to find the club seats and the communication between the staff was lacking
R
Great seats and a Great Game but The Cavs just came up short. I will be back
J
Great place to watch hockey, but our team lost.
J
Great Cavs game. 109/113 Cavs way!
N
Fantastic stadium with electrifying crowd. Great games and dancing during the break time. Amazing experience.
G
Loved it, everyone was helpful and it was nice and clean
D
Awesome venue! But the food is outrageously priced!
W
Great facilities and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
E
I been to 2 Cavaliers games. The first time I ever been 2013 February I was amazed. I think it big wide and good seats even high up. I hope to be back on dsy
J
Great place to watch a sports game or concert.
A
The people that worked at Guest Services were awesome!! Me and my friend's seats weren't together and they were able to get us seats together and they were very nice. Also, the stadium was very clean! Would definitely see another show/game here!
S
The new additions to the building are absolutely amazing. Atmosphere is always one of excitement and winning. The new food places are impressive, and designed by world renowned chefs who hail from right here in Cleveland. Guest service is top notch. The sense is one is not just attending a game, but having a full fan experience to remember.
D
Awesome time. Food rocked. Parking was actually easily accessible, and the cops directing traffic did a good job. Lots of individual musicians dotted here and there outside, and the tower city walkway trying to make a buck. Wasn't a bad seat in the house at the Q. Fun games during breaks as well.
T
Go Cavs!!! Great place, and in a couple years it will be the spot to be after its upcoming renovation.
t
Celine Dion concert tonight was amazing. The venue was great. We were in the nose bleeds but they did a great job with the screens. There were beer carts set up by the bathrooms so you could do one stop shop! I've not seen a basketball game here, but I would now. Great fun!
L
Great venue for shows, concerts and sporting events. Currently under needed construction. Helpful staff. Vending prices high.
A
The Q is always a good time. Best when the Cavs win!!
N
Loved it, amazing game seeing the cavs. Definitely will be back for sure.
J
The renovation was perfection, best arena ever.
M
I went to the Field House for a Monsters hockey game. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable and helpful the ushers were! I do think it should be emphasized that all the stairwells lead to outside of the security gates. (My group and I learned that the hard way.) All around, we had a great time, ate great food, and are looking forward to our next visit.
B
Once you're in you're in, unlike the Q. No stepping out, no exceptions unless medical emergency. 5hr lock in. Got rid of all season tickets because if this, super disappointed. Also they changed up staff, announcers etc, took the excitement out of sporting events. No wonder the bleachers were half empty, that place looks super nice now and well kept, but what's the point.
K
I love the new look. It will take some time to transition from referring to the venue as "the Q", but hey... The seats were in section 209. I like how the seats and the screen offer opposing views. The food (Spicy Kielbasa) was okay and the beer (Bell IPA) was good. I will be back.
M
The renovations are awesome! Loved seeing the Monsters Championship wall! Seats are actually very comfortable! Had a great time at Smackdown!
D
Went to WWE Raw, had a great time
R
Would've gave 5 stars if the concessions wasn't so expensive. I give the drink and food prices 1 star
R
Great entertainment venue a must see!🤗🤗🤗
M
Great venue. Was able to catch a Monsters game while in town. Friday night has 1,2,3 deals. Something like 1.00 soda, 2.00 dogs, 3.00 beers. Was a great experience and had a blast with the family and didn't have to spend a fortune.
P
A very nice arena. They've recently renovated and the additions are very well needed. Overall, the arena is clean and visually impressive. Id recommend, even though the Cavs aren't doing so hot right now

I was lucky enough to be able to come here for a watch party during the NBA finals and I was thoroughly impressed with this arena. This place is huge. I would say it's one of the biggest arenas I've been in and is definitely a landmark in Cleveland. The people love the Cavs and it was pretty thrilling to be able to watch a game here and take in the atmosphere. There are huge screens which make it easy to watch the game even if you are high up, away from the court. They are really nice, with crystal clear projections. I didn't get anything from the concessions, but it looked like there were decent options if you wanted to buy anything. I think the hallways and getting to the sections was a little confusing and the hallways appeared kind of old? I don't quite know how else to describe it. Everything else appears pretty modern and I love the hometown vibe of the place. Really nice arena, but it seems a little small inside until you get out into the seats and then you realize the place is actually massive. Still, a great spot to watch a game!
B
Carrie Underwood cry pretty tour awesome
T
Disney on ice was great! Kids had a good time. The concession stand employees were absolutely rude. Waited in line for 5 minutes behind 3 other people and then out of nowhere they say rudely, "WE CLOSED" and closed the window. Left us out there standing there wondering why they even have a job... The other people in the arena were nice, professional and helpful.
b
All that damn money they get from games and concerts you'd think they'd spend some of it on bigger screens! I went to see the B2k concert and luckily I had good seats. I hated the bathrooms and the only good part of my experience there was the bartenders made good drinks
C
Great arena! I do wish they had used the center screens for the concert, that would've definitely gotten 5 stars, not sure if there's a reason to not use those screens? Otherwise, having the option to enter the arena through Tower City mall in the 20° weather was awesome. Cleveland, you got it going on!
J
I loved every bit of every moment there. The staff was even very helpful in helping to resolve a seating issue. They also took great care of my favorite artist when setting up special equipment to fly her through the air. It's good to know everyone is safe under circumstances like that. Pink you did a fabulous job and you are definitely a one-woman party who sings Live the same way she sounds on a recording. Thank you for the great memories my daughter and I will take home from this great night.
S
The redesign of this arena is absolutely bonkers. I always loved this place going back to it being Gund Arena, but it was obviously dated at this point, and the renovations they've done to the place are spectacular. From the concourse to the seats to the food options to the overall fan experience around the arena, this has quickly become one of the best places to see an NBA game and certainly an AHL game.
J
What a night!!! One of the best concerts ever*******
K
It was ok I've had better we got handicapped seats and that was just behind all the balcony seats! I had 4 tickets and only 3 of us went but we where still extremely crowded! The show was amazing though! They should have it set up like new era field arena! Handicapped was on floor level on a platform that sat higher than seats so when people stood up to dance and stuff, we could still see the show!
G
The precautions they have taken are great! Social distancing, hand sanitizer everywhere, plexiglass barriers, mandatory masking, elevator limits, hepa filters. Made it easy to enjoy a game.
T
Attended the NBA G league of Canton Charge versus the Windy City Bulls. Currently undergoing a massive addition to part of the arena. Currently the 100 level concourse looks dingy and showing its signs of being over 20 years old. Hopefully once the remodel is complete, it changes all that. Otherwise not bad arena to catch a game. Friendly staff from the will call booth to the concessions and the ushers. It’s great to see an arena where the seat ushers actually care about what they do and ensure fans are sitting in the right seats. Seats are comfy and the rows are wide enough to get in and out easily. Ample parking around but typical for an NBA arena. 25 dollars no matter how long you park at the Jacks parking lot across from the arena.
K
We attended for the Elton John concert getting in to the venue was lengthy they opened additional entrances for screening of people eventually made it in with time to spare though. Nice food selection the bottomless popcorn with free refills seem to be a good bargain. and the staff seating you and helping you to find where you were with your tickets were very friendly and helpful.
E
The bands that I typically go see shows for usually have smaller venues and less amenities than this one, so personally I was blown away by this place. Good sound throughout the huge arena, tons of seats and concessions. 10/10 would definitely go again.
J
First time there! Very nice and clean. With how updated it is was surprised they did not have Wi-Fi for patrons.
P
The updates to this arena is just phenomenal. The arena seating and the club section makes it worth the admission. I remember how the Guns and the Q looked like but Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse made the most to this update. The indoor updates are just so eye opening and appealing. If you haven't been since update....you have to see it!!!!!
J
My 2 sons and my first NBA game. Great sight lines, reasonable concession prices and parking. Great entertainment between the action and a loyal, fun fanbase. Top it off with a very good team store and excellent restaurants right next to the arena, I definitely will be back!
J
Great experience parking was easy, nice stadium..expensive food and drink. No water fountains.
M
The parking is a joke at this place. Never have I seen such incompetence and lack of urgency from both their workers and the traffic managers. 40 minutes to go a quarter of a mile for a show that was 75% capacity at best for the event. Sitting in garage waiting to get out with NO movement for more than 30 mins and counting. Utterly disorganized and undisciplined in Cleveland.
R
Took the kids out to see Disney on ice: road trip. They had a blast, traffic was a bit rough, my suggestion, go there 30 - 40 minutes early. Staff was really helpful and accommodating as well. 👍👍
T
Lots of fun seeing Mumford n sons!!! It's not my favorite for a concert though. The last couple times the music was so loud it was really hard to hear the words the singers were singing. But visually it was a great show. Club level section 108
M
Tool was definitely better than NEOMED
D
Great time at All Star Saturday! Cleveland!
R
A great place to see a game. Friendly staff, family friendly environment.
J
Amazing stadium. State of the art everything and very comfortable seating.
J
If your in Cleveland Downtown , and it's Monster hockey season, go to Flash Tickets and find a great Club seats for around $10 to $20 dollars. I was very impressed with the event. Solid playing , amazing light show for the AHL , and they even have cheerleaders .I got a coffee at Cleveland Market at it was surprisingly good and affordable. I saw Elton John on November 11th 2019 , and I stayed over in Cleveland another night. I found out about the hockey game the after Elton show. For under 20 bucks, I had a great time. Will go again.
C
It's a beautiful facility, but the seating sucks. The seats are to close, tight and narrow. I am only 5'3 and I was very uncomfortable, my knees and hips were hurting and I had no one seating next to me, I hate to think how much more uncomfortable it would have been for the both of us . I know that it's all about the more seats the more money you make, but just maybe just consider the comfort of your customers. After last night I don't know if I would want to attend another event there, and that may be thought of as you're just one, so it doesn't really matter in the big picture, but I'm pretty sure I'm no the only one. Because of the seating I'm only giving it 3 stars.
R
I attended the Cleveland Classic this year (still currently here). The food/customer service is the worst I've ever had at a spring event. First, let's discuss the food service. I went to a chicken stand on the second mezzanine. I can't imagine a more inefficient process and incompetent staff. The one server literally told us he didn't know how to use the technology. So after you order and pay, you go to the other side of the stand to get your food. But when you get there, you tell another server what you just ordered, then he tells another server what you ordered, and then she tells a different server who then puts your order together. It's the worst game of telephone I've ever played. And it's these same the servers, and the same process, that fulfills every order. Definitely not worth the foo$25. The food itself? Ugh. There is a pile of meat under a heat lamp behind all of the servers that supplies every order. Very appetizing! If I had seen that before I ordered, that would've quelled my appetite. But alas, it was too late. I had bought a drink with one free refill (How generous!). So I went to get the refill at half. I went to a different stand where I wanted to ask a security guard standing in front of I could get the refill at any stand. Before I could get my question out, he starts barking at me that, "This is not a line! Move to the loge over there!" So I try to all my question again. He cuts me off again work more barking. Finally, I yell over him to just ask my question. He says I can go to any stand. Then I proceed to stand in line for 20 minutes for my "free" refill. Thanks RMF. I'll think twice before visiting again.
J
I covered games in this building 15 years ago and barely recognized it after the makeover. It's like learning a new arena all over, but in the best way possible. Now to get some talent with the teams that call it home to come back more often than once every two years...
J
I had a VERY WONDERFUL TIME THERE. This is my first being in there since the renovation. Im telling you, im telling you, I'M TELLING YOU. Whoever did the renovations needs to go over ALL THE BASKETBALL STADIUMS. It was UNBELIEVABLE GORGEOUS. I give it a 4 thumbs up. I put both thumbs up 2x. The food was great as always. People showing you to your arena seats were pleasant. It was, and is an all around inviting place. I LOVED MY TIME THERE.😁😁😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍👍
J
Been here many times to watch Monsters Hockey, and it’s always a great time. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Many food and beverage selections, not to mention the plenty of restaurants around the area. A great place to watch a game.
M
Watched the Monsters play Toronto tonite . This was my first hockey game. Great times!! Crowd had awesome energy. Fast friendly service in the food courts. Will definitely revisit!!
R
Get there early to avoid major traffic or park in a surrounding lot and walk. Staff is friendly and make themselves visible for questions and directions to seats, food choices, etc. Pricing is very high ($5 for a 20 oz soda) but credit cards are accepted, so no need for a lot of cash if you don't want to carry it. Clean and we'll maintained facility.
m
Renovations are great. Just need a better team. Come back LBJ
H
Positives:The venue was very clean. The acoustics were good and the staff was very friendly. Parking headaches were minimized by the strong traffic control presence. It was fairly easy to get in AND out, especially taking into account the arena is situated in the heart of downtown Cleveland. Negatives: The seating was pretty crammed and not at all comfortable. I'm 4' 11" and 125 pounds and I was cramped! Also I'm used to high prices at events like these but we paid $60 for a round of drinks for 3 people with to included. That's steep.
R
Out of all the basketball Arena's national this is one of the best. Great food choices, kid friendly, bathrooms are clean even with a capacity full and the fans are friendly and engaged in the game. Halftime show is pretty great..
B
Uber drop off was smooth. Easy to get into, staff was polite, and the environment was clean. Security was friendly and overall pretty safe feeling. We were at a CAVS game so there were handouts and lots of cool things to do before the game. The stadium was big and easy to navigate. The food was expensive, but that is to be expected anymore. Overall it is a great stadium that I would go to watch any venue.
C
Awesome Arena ! Went to the GNR CONCERT not really a bad seat all around.. so many places to eat places to see .. It was a very good experience, huge nice and clean everyone was nice and friendly Security was helpful as well as ushers finding your seats. Walking distance to most rooms right in the heart of it all . I highly recommend you come and see a game or concert !! May wanna bring some extra cash... definitely well worth it.
M
Always a pleasure to see a concert or event here! Clean facility, friendly staff, usually plenty of parking. I've been to a lot of events here and I have never had an issue. Recently saw Metallica here, and had a fantastic time. Plenty of food to eat inside the venue, and alot of fantastic restaurants outside of it too.
R
Love coming to the Q for Disney on Ice every year! It is always a great show and fun for the entire family. Food and drink prices are pretty expensive, but that’s to be expected at a place like this! Whether it’s a Cavs game, or the Monsters, or a show like Disney on ice, we always have fun when we come to the Q!
P
I had a great experience here. We had a good time; I had some good food; the bathrooms were clean; and when we came out, the Indians had won and Progressive Field was shooting off fireworks. It was a great time. I just wish I hadn't worn myself out walking from Westside Market to there for free parking!!
L
The building was nice the employees were amazing my only issue was that they are no place outside to go to smoke. I was told once in your in. I was not the only on complaining. I spent alot of money on the event plus a ridiculous amount on food I should be able to go out to smoke.
G
Wonderful experience! All employees were extremely courteous. If by chance you're wheelchair bound don't hesitate to enjoy events at this arena....I had a ball and plan to return.
E
We visited for a Monster's game. Good parking, fun atmosphere, good food selection with decent prices for food. They even had fresh cut fruit! They did a great job of keeping the audience entertained between plays with a bunch of giveaways and audience cam footage, would definitely go again! Getting out afterword was fast too, we were on an upper level but were out within 10 minutes.
E
The parking situation for this arena needs to be addressed. The lack of places to park allows the parking garage beside this facility to price gauge. We paid $60 for parking. Absolutely rediculous. My family went to Disney on Ice and the show was absolutely beautiful. The chaos of the escalators not running surely made the elevator waiting area very congested. In the event of an emergency, surely people would have been trampled. We had a decent experience but the parking price and trying to lead children through that very tight crowd in the elevator area was stressful.
D
I know it wasnt this way last year but in the Lebron-less Year of 2019 the tickets were very cheap ($10 A Ticket For Six In A Row). Drinks and food are ridiculously priced, a single beer was more than what I paid for a ticket. The seats were nice even in the upper sections.
T
These guys do a good job bringing in different events and often. Hockey, the Cavaliers, wrestling, ice skating, concerts, circus, etc. Typical arena prices for beer and snacks (hiked prices but average for a stadium, ya know?) Lines are always fast. Great nearby restaurants and bars for before and after.
C
The Chairman's Club is great! They offer a wide variety of food throughout the game...plus beer and wine! Our courtside box seats allowed our kids to slap hands with almost every player!
C
Use to have season tickets. Notice the words use to.
R
Great time at The Monsters game! They won in overtime!
B
Went for a Cleveland Monster's Hockey Game and had an issue with the seats. Leo from guest services was able to adjust our seats and even came down later to make sure everything was better. So very thankful for compassionate employees!
T
This arena has serious access problems. Not to mention concessions options are limited, the whole place just seems like it's been slapped together. Granted they're under construction, but it's like this all the time, not just now. Nationwide Arena and the Arena District does it better.
R
Wonderful place they have hockey, basketball, indoor football, and Disney on ice. the place Is huge with many seats. They have many different concession stands and collectible shops for what ever event is happening. They have concerts such as 38 special, Alice Cooper, motley crue, etc. Have an enjoyable experience there with family and friends.
c
This place always out does itself every time we go there. their staff is absolutely awesome, great place to go for birthdays just to hang out pop-up date or etc awesome place. I love how they have private bathrooms. And I love how the chairs charge your phone !!!!!!
D
Great place for outings. Pretty clean and functional. Basketball games used to be fun, but then Lebron left.
E
Enjoyed the game, Cavs lost, they are bad but at least they have good beer options.
d
Very welcoming, amazing food. Great arena
M
Absolutely love the q! My first time going here was for Disney On Ice and it was amazing seeing the show and being in the same building the Cavs play in! Hope to come back soon. Also I recommend bringing extra money since it can be a little expensive.
