I had wanted to refinance our mortgage for a while and contacted other companies with less than comfortable experience. I contacted Cross County Mortgage and was put in contact with Charles Daher. This was the best thing to happen. Charles was very attentive, helped in providing the list of needed information and how to get that data to him, The process was so easy and it only took a few days to get approval on line. John Bellak at CrossCountry Mortgage has done an amazing job of refinancing two homes for us. While we were working on the second home, he suggested taking a look at our mortgage on our primary home because interest rates have been historically low. We are now saving over $200 a month on that transaction. With refinancing the second home, he has facilitated so much of the work for us, such as putting us in contact with the right people to expedite flood insurance.
