Our realtor, Jennifer Lacy, is absolutely amazing!! She found us our perfect home and was just so pleasant and wonderful to work with. Zero pressure from her to look at anything that wasn't exactly what we wanted. She was 100% on top of answering all my many phone calls, texts and emails. That being said Rocket mortgage needs to completely overhaul their entire loan process. I wouldn't trade the experience, however, just because it introduced us to Jennifer and she made the whole experience worth it.

Rocket Homes are the absolute best!!! Highest accolades. Excellent, superb service from start to finish of loan process. All team members including affiliated realtor demonstrated total devotion and commitment to making the process smooth, convenient, efficient and memorable! I highly recommend Rocket to everyone buying and refinancing.

The realtor we were paired with, Tricia Antrobius, was absolutely incredible. She's the most patient, attentive, and caring person we have ever worked with. She went above and beyond to do as much as she could to take as much off our plates as possible, truly making the process as stress free for us as she could. We will recommend her and Rocket Homes to everyone!

Rocket was the absolute worst nightmare for a home buying experience. I’ve never witnessed a group of people who call themselves a company be more reckless in “helping” with a home buying experience. Too many things done wrong to type here. After receiving our pre approval as well as $1000 towards our closing for signing on to rocket, we submitted information to at least 8 people during the home buying and closing process. Each time we submitted, they confused the process even more. Each time we called, we were sent to someone different. We were continually asked to submit the same info again and again after being told the info had not been received. Income and job verification were done multiple times to the point my job thought rocket was trying to scam us and warned us to switch companies. We were scheduled to close on a Friday and, on Thursday rocket was still verifying information that they’d previously verified. Mind you, this is after we received our pre approval from rocket as well as four other companies. Finally, we’d had enough and contacted another company to close our loan. They were excellent!!! We almost lost our dream home because of rocket’s various shenanigans. Rocket then attempted to hold up our switching of companies. In then end, the new mortgage company closed our loan in a week! We were able to buy the home that we wanted. Funny yet sad part is rocket called and emailed to congratulate us on our new home attempting to take credit for closing the loan for us!!! Yes, they tried to take credit for having closed our home loan and wanted to see how we were doing in our new home. SHAMEFUL!!! I could write a book on my family’s experience with rocket. For now I will just say I recommend this company to NO-ONE and will educate people on the pitfalls of using a company of this type. Our real estate agent was excellent and helped us all the way. She was even shocked at how messy and sloppily rocket handled the process. I have to give at least one star for the post to go through but, in truth rocket deserves 0 stars. Thanks for the traumatic process.

Rocket mortgage was as advertised on their commercials I used the app to see how much I would be pre qualified for and in less than an hour had answer They even found realtors for us to sell our house in one state and another to help find our new house The entire process was streamlined and communication was wonderful

Poor customer service. Annoying use of exclamation points no matter what ("2 bedroom house - $999,900!" "3 bedroom condo - $789,000!) Why exclaim a ridiculously overpriced house? Afraid to admit it's grossly overpriced? No answer from their people. I cancelled! their! service!

I was extremely impressed by the attention of the individuals with respect to acquiring the loan and searching for the correct home for us. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Rocket Realty if you are searching for a new home. You will not be disappointed. There was a follow-up about 2 months after the closing to see how my wife and I were doing in our new home. They certainly are concerned about their clients.

Rocket mortgage made it very easy to find excellent professionals to work with to purchase a home across the country. We worked closely with Jessica and she was fantastic!! We also worked with Chris near the end of our home buying transaction and he was great as well! There were no surprises, everything was explained thoroughly, and they helped us close in 21 days! We truly appreciate the phenomenal service we received!

Rocket Homes was awesome in getting my new home. They do all the work and all you have to do is find a home. Pr-approval was fast, the set me up with a realtor, and even in a bad market we were able to purchase our home and get a great mortgage rate. These guys are professional, friendly, patient and have a wealth of knowledge. Try them before anyone else. You will be amazed at their service.

From the start, I had a great experience. The agent was professional but still treated me as though I was someone they knew outside of work and really wanted to help me. I got pre-approved when I called and they were eager to help along the way. They checked in with me regarding my housing search and to see if there was anything they could do to assist me with finding the perfect home for me as well as ensures that the realtor was meeting my needs. The realtor they paired me with went above & beyond in helping me and ensuring that I knew what was going on every step of the way. She even sent over the documents and followed up to make sure I didn't have to do anything more. The realtor was passionate about her career and it was apparent that she wasn't just out to sell a home but rather wanted to make sure that whatever I wanted/needed was in the home of my choice. I would definitely recommend Rocket to others interested in purchasing their home.

She was energetic, knowledgeable and kept my wife and I informed throughout the process as well as kept others working toward the end goal to keep our closing dates in tact. We liked the professional, yet personable manner in which Angel Ayala worked with us. He went above and beyond our expectations in an attempt to find us the perfect home. Angel took all of our needs and wants into consideration while researching property with us in mind. It was difficult for us to navigate this search from New York. But Angel managed to become our eyes and ears throughout the entire process, even sending videos when possible. We always felt that Angel was truly listening to us when describing the type of area we wanted, type of house we needed for our familie's needs and the price range we needed to stay within. Our experience with Angel was seamless and enjoyable. He managed to make this search fun. We are in our new home and absolutely love the house and the community that Angel found for us. Other than some communication problems they overall were easy to work with. Ryan Eisele was my realtor and I highly recommend him. The finance process was easy, but we went with the builders bank. However, the agent they provided was top notch. His name is Russell Deiley. He walked us through every step of building our home. He visited the construction site frequently, sending us pictures of the progress. It was a very good experience.

They are a big organization and because of that there are negatives that comes with it. I worked with a local lender for my first purchase and all I had to communicate with just one person. But with Rocket (my second purchase), at each level you will be communicating with a different person and the next person will have no idea what the previous person did. My closing date was pushed out a week because of their internal communication gap and I had to literally live in a car as I had vacated my apartment in Saint Louis to move to Milwaukee couple of days before the closing. Also down payment had changed during the process so I had to run for additional cash, which I had saved for new furniture.

From the pre-qualifying of my loan to the actual final signing for my new home was awesome. I was kept in the loop and treated with respect by everyone who was involved in the process. All of my questions were answered quickly and professionally. Thank you Rocket Homes for a smooth process from start to finish.

I had been with QL/Rocket for a long time and wanted to stay with them. The only good thing that came from this experience was my realtor. Collectively, they are a great group but this experience was awful. Thankfully I had a good team around me to advise me against Rocket.

Evan went above and beyond even getting another truck when it didn’t seem that one was available. I lived in my home for 15 years and family support was lacking. I absolutely would not recommend Rocket Homes (quicken loans) to ANYONE!!!!!!!! They were able to get me approved for a loan, I found a home and offer was accepted. I went through the ENTIRE process including payment for inspections etc over a matter of 2 months or so. Two days before I was set to close for the second time I received a call saying unfortunately this home doesn’t qualify for the loan I was under. Basically said sorry it’s nothing we can do for you. I was left crying because I had to be out of my apartment in two weeks with two small children and no where to go. Thanks to my WONDERFUL AMAZING realtor and the heaven sent sellers, we were able to go through a new loan company and able to rush everything so that I could close with the same scheduled date. Shout to Southeast mortgage and Agent Fred Curry. Without them and my amazing realtor Lashea Daniels I would be homeless. DO NOT USE ROCKET!!! ZERO STARS

Not only did my agent help us find our new home but she helped us move in a week early so my kids would attend their first day of school on time at the new place. Sherri Walker was excellent and helped us secure the home under asking price in this market. I strongly advise talking to them first before making a decision.

This was my second time using Rocket Homes. The first time in 2017 went well. This time, it started off well. At the last step of the process and 4 weeks delayed, my Rocket lender called me to say that I should find a new lending company. They were unable to find an appraisal and could not move forward with the loan. Really messed up our move.
