Danielle Phelps was such a pleasure to work with. Het communication has been super prompt, informative, and helpful. Every time I called she answered immediately, she was always willing to answer any questions I had, and always in a cheerful mood! I flip a ton of houses and this has been the easiest, most convenient, and best closing I have ever dealt with. I've used them multiple times and cannot praise them enough. Smooth from start to finish. Simple appraisal processes, eclosings, super attentive employees, I simply could not ask for more from a title insurance provider. Amrock was involved in my refi. I was paying off my car and Honda Financial lost the check. I had awful experience with them. I called Amrock and spoke with Alexa. I immediately calmed down as she was so kind and had my issues resolved within a minute. Now if I could just get Honda to cooperate!!! Thank you Angela for your help and most of all your kindness. All businesses should conduct business in such a manner.

We purchased our home in March of 2021. Rocket Mortgage turned us on to Amrock for the closing process. All seemed fine until October when our mortgage payment was set to go up by $850/month. After investigating, Amrock never filed our Primary Residence Exemption, so our tax bill was through the roof. I have an executed copy of the PRE from our March 2021 closing, but it never got filed. I've now spent countless hours since October trying to straighten it out with the local government and with Rocket Mortgage, but have been on the hook for an additional $850 for the past five payments. The additional expense has put a major strain on my family's finances. Very frustrating to pay a company to do a job, but end up having to do it myself after they mess it up. :(

Amrock handled the Title and Escrow for my mortgage refinance. They were professional and friendly. Amrock staff helped resolve a challenge with the lender by providing pertinent information in a timely manner.

Great customer service. Phong had to help me with multiple disbursements for 1 loan and I was even in a different state at disbursement time - no problem he said. Great upbeat, attentive, and knowable, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

UPDATED: I used Amrock through Quicken and our Amrock check bounced. Amrock contacted me first thing in the morning after leaving this review. Not only did they get me a new check with in 24 hours but I received a gift card for my troubles. Simple communication mistake on their part but I felt they did what other companies haven't done and that's to make things right the next day. No hassle or complaining, just fixed what went wrong.

My son just purchased a home. The process involved a succession. Four adult siblings had to be present to sign the closing paperwork along with purchaser and seller which was difficult for all involved due to varying work schedules. The notary was efficient, friendly and thorough, getting all signatures needed for all paperwork - except the DEED. The next morning the Amrock Louisiana closing agent informed my son that he LEFT THE DEED ON HIS DESK without giving it to the notary. Bad closing practice!

We recently purchased a home and used Amrock as our title agency. We have had issues with Amrock at each step of the process. Our agent routinely messed up paperwork, our closing paperwork was done incorrectly resulting in the need for a second notary to fix their earlier mistakes, our closing was delayed by their oversights, and they screwed up creditor checks involved in refinancing debt. Each step was a disaster and I would not recommend Amrock to anyone. Their fees are high and their work quality is abysmal. I wish I had chosen a different company.

I refinanced in 2020 and then again in 2021. Amrock handled the first one, BUT, as we go through the closing docs for the 2nd refinancing (almost a year after the first), we found that the first one was still not documented at the county! I had to call them a few times and teach them how to do it over the internet, just so I don't miss the closing date for my 2nd one. Even if we are in a pandemic, it shouldn't take an entire year to get some docs mailed and documented at the county office And there's more! Now in 2022, almost one more year afterwards, I finally received the signed docs A closing company is there to do a few basic things. All you need is to be thorough and check all the boxes. If you can't even do that, I think it's fair to call you the worst closing company..

Their appraisal took long and then came in way lower than fair market. Disappointing that our mortgage company hired them and charged $1000 for this kind of service. Update: Did get a response from their social customer service, but no real remediation yet after a week. Waiting.

This company submitted the wrong paperwork to record my deed 3 times! A year later, my home deed is still not in my name—but they took their full fees at closing! Titles are literally their job and they can’t even do that. I would run if another mortgage company recommended them. Crossing my fingers that this time they got it right.
