Rock Canyon Bank E Tabernacle St, St. George

Been trying to work with Monty Bundy who is a manager over construction loans. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I can’t believe Monty is a manager. No professionalism and never responds to anything. Very flakey. I think Rock Canyon is a decent bank but how good can they be having someone like Monty represent them?

I have been with Rock Canyon bank for over a year and let me tell you, the personal banking experience is hands down the best. I feel like family when I walk into the bank, everyone is kind, helpful and fast. I never wait in line, and they know me by first name. The services they provide are top notch!!!

Just getting to know Rock Canyon but so far I have been very happy with the experience. I enjoy that I have the flexibility to control the maximum amount I can do with mobile deposit on my phone. Also, I love that I can have a good relationship with the manager so I feel like they know me and my business.

Amazing customer service I own a business and couldn't make it to open up an scout and do regular deposits so a basket comes to me in person and helps me with what ever I need that day I can not say enough about this bank they all know you when you walk in the door and there is no charge for the account if you are not banking with them already you are missing out on a lot of services they offer for free

After having a horrible experience with Zions Bank I left and came here. Everyone at Rock Canyon is very helpful and they always answer any questions I have. They actually care about good customer service and the tellers are always very friendly. I always recommend Rock Canyon to people I know because I trust that they will take care of any of your needs.

I had applied for a construction loan with them earlier this year where in our pre construction meeting they said we could get 0% on our construction loan if we did our long term with them. I called around to other places and no one could match that. So we continued with them. And everything seemed fine until we got to closing. They told us several times that they would have our documents ready to sign that day and then they would call and delay us another day or two. When they finally got the documents to sign and we got to title they had a 6% interest rate on our construction loan. I called Monty and he told me how that was industry standard (which it wasn't) and then proceeded to tell me how if I didn't sign that day my deal would fall through and I would have to find a new lot. Well I called around and found every other bank was closer to 4% and so I went elsewhere and had an amazing experience. I don't like posting bad reviews but if someone is going to be dishonest and try to bully me I will take my business somewhere else.

Clayton Denos, at Rock Canyon Bank, is amazing! His expertise, his humor, his down-to-earth approach is so welcoming. The atmosphere at this bank is open and inviting--and charming (showcasing some of the memorabilia and original parts of the building). I was so happy to open an account here. Thank you !

"Down to earth" bankers. Feels more like a warm, small business development center than a cold snobby bank.

Great service and the branch manager Clayton Denos and the team there are top notch. They've also done a fantastic job renovating a historic building in downtown St. George.
