First time buying a home. Seemed to do a good job, everything was taken care of quickly, didn’t run into any issues. Got a great rate when interest rates were at an all time low. Docked one star because I scheduled two meetings for pieces I was confused about, and was forgotten both times. Then I docked the last star because after I moved into my new home and was done with the whole process, they told me I was required to take a first time home buyers corse. Which in itself isn’t an issue, only took a few hours to complete. But why give this after I went through the process? Would have been nice info beforehand. As it was my first time buying a home. Overall, I’m in the new place and enjoying it. My mortgage was sold to PHH shortly after this was completed.
