An easy, smooth transaction from start to finish. I’ve used Frontline in the past so when my son was on the market for a home I knew he should reach out to the team. While everything was seamless on my end, this transaction was anything but normal. My son deployed shortly after locating the home and this transaction was completed through a Power of Attorney with a VA loan. The VA has a lot of safeguards in place when using POAs, all of which were satisfied early on in the process. I can’t say enough for the always quick and timely replies from the Frontline team and because of their efforts the properly closed as scheduled, just a couple days before my son returned from his deployment which allowed him to immediately move into his new home. Thanks Frontline for the hard work. You’ll always have my highest recommendation for anyone shopping for a mortgage.

Frontline took a very personal approach to every area of the home buying process. They worked very hard to explain any questions that I or my agent had. I must say that the experience was surprisingly pleasant. Our last refinance with Frontline was something I would not have thought to have done if Tyler did not contacted me about the rate drops. The awesome work they did after our first experience, I couldn't imagine a better mortgage. You might say, "Of course they want you to refinance." But this was on top of Frontline keeping in touch on everything from better understanding our VA loan, to how to make the most of owning a home, and reminding to watch the mail for the year's 1098. What an honest person to work with, we were over a thousand miles away in another state from our new home being built , so to do most everything online or phone, Christian made it so easy and painless. After our home was completed percentage rate’s dropped, so who did we call for re-financing.. Christian, again painless. His whole staff is more than willing to help with any questions you have.
