All my escrow closings have been very smooth with great communication between the Escrow Officer, Sally Jay and her assistant Dulce Valdez. They are quick to respond to any calls or emails from my clients and myself. I also appreciate the Sr Sales Executive, Barbara Becker. She will do whatever it takes to make sure an escrow goes smoothly, which has included running a check to open escrow for a client to help us out.

I have been involved in 4 closings in the last 4 years. 3 closings involved my homes and 1 involved my brother's house which I had a vested interest. 2 of these closing were through ROC Title. The only reason that ROC Title was used is because the realtors involved in the purchase and sale of the two houses worked for Realty One Group and Realty One Group owns ROC Title. Based on these experiences I would never choose to use ROC Title and I would never recommend ROC Title. The staff we dealt with were not professional, did not return phone calls and did not contact us regarding the status of our closings. The other closings that we had used Chicago Title and Trust and they were far superior to ROC Title. Quite honestly I wouldn't use the Realty One Group either and I don't think realty firms should be allowed to also own title closing companies. It is a blatant conflict of interest. If you are paying the closing costs you should pick the title company. Pick a large well known title company. Your bank loan officer can be a good source for this information.

I have used ROC Title for many of my residential and commercial closings. Their professionalism and genuine caring have made my buyers and sellers transactions go smoothly.

Between Sally Jay, Doucle Vales, Barbara Becker and Shane Armstrong, they solve problems before they happen, and if something unforeseen does comes up they know exactly what to do to quickly get it handled. The communication is perfect, I always know where we are in the transaction and I can communicate the timeline to our clients. That helps them worry less, and they know they are with talented people who care about them, they know they're in great hands. I have been hooked ever since! Barbara Becker & Shane Armstrong are always ON IT to get me anything I need!
