Robins Credit Union has the worst customer service ever. No customer service number is printed on the monthly bank statement. Once you do find a phone number for customer support you get a menu of help topics not a live person. All the menu options will take you to more menu options. Setting up a new payee on Bill Pay is a nightmare. Before you can set up a new payee you must know the payees bank account number. Try getting a bank account number from a business and you will be refused. So that means that you can't set up a bill pay for a business. Don't bother to complain to Robins, because Robins subcontracts the bill pay software from another company. Robins has no control on how the bill pay software works. When you have a problem with Robins Credit Union it's best to visit a Robins branch office. Very frustrating. Once I wrote the Robins president a one and one half page complaint about an incident that I had with their on line customer support. I never got a response back on my compliant. Robins does not like customers who complain about their poor customer support. All other services that I receive from Robins is average. Nothing special, nothing that I would rate as above average.

I have been in contact with Kim Cox in the consumer lending department. I sent Kim everything she asked for and still have not heard anything back from her. I have been with Robins Financial Credit Union since I was 16. I know Its the holidays but my last email I sent was on December 8th and sent over everything she asked for. I have not heard anything back. Definitely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Thanks for the pitiful customer service.

Worse bank for customer service compared to my fl bank always bad tone when you have a problem and you will sit on the phone for 45 minutes and sometimes I give up and hang up as I did today

I should've never trusted this bank. Today I wanted to deposit $2,387 into my account. this black lady that was working the drive through today informed me that I had only $2,287.00. which is not true because the bank teller Angela Dunlap on Houston Lake Dr counted $2387.00 on Houston Lake right before I took my money to Robins federal. long story short because I know $2,287.00 was the incorrect amount I Told the teller to give me my money back and it was exactly $2,287.00... Y'all stole 100 from me!!! during the pandemic which is crazy.... I'm closing my account

Awesome experience Felicia was so awesome she took care of everything in a speedy manner. She was so helpful and accommodating sweetest young lady highly recommended her and Robin's federal loan department.

They handled everything gor me and just gave great advice and made everything simple. Thank y'all so much.
