Borrowers beware! Please look at your paperwork when you go to closing. Perhaps pick your own closing attorney. Guild has a waiver of rights clause....you will be signing paper to waive your 5th and 14th amendment rights. In order for them to be able to avoid your due process rights under federal and state laws.

Got approved for a mortgage, and that was the last time I was able to have a conversation with them. 3 weeks of phone calls and texts to Diane Davis cell phone number, multiple messages left with people at the office and on their voicemail. If I happened to get someone to answer, I would be told their too busy right now and would call be right back only to go days without being able to get a hold of them. Not only did they run my credit for nothing, we lost out on a home we loved because we couldn't produce an approval letter as they would not return my calls or texts. I am baffled how this company was recommended as I reached out to both our lending agent and the office. Severe lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service.

My deal was given to Guild Mortgage on short notice they got my information and had me closed in 10 days! The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks so much for helping my family get our dream home!

Anita and her team were awesome! Start to finish was fast and easy. I will definitely use Guild in the future and I highly recommend others to use them.

Very poor at communication. Never returns phone calls. Obtaining a mortgage and buying a home is a big process and they made it much more of a headache than it needed to be. Choose a company that will reliably return phone calls and not keep you in the dark.

The only reason I give 2 stars it because I was able to obtain my property. I would never do business with them again nor would I ever recommend them. The entire process was a headache from start to finish. They request ridiculous amounts of verifications and background paperwork, more than the average bank. Was very annoying being told that's all and then they turn around and ask for more again and again. And good luck getting someone to answer your call after they get you on as a customer. I only used them because of a recommendation and I was under the impression that not many lenders financed manufactured home and due to short time to close. Had to hunt them down to find out how to make mortgage payments because it isn't online, checks only. Hopefully the next person has a better experience.

I have had the pleasure of working with Marvin and Anita on several homes that I have sold. If there were 10 stars on here they would get them. They are on top of everything from the time the offer is submitted to the closing table. Their communication and professionalism is second to none. If you are looking for a lender who has your best interest in mind and will do all they can to get you into a home in a timely manner these are your people. Highly recommend!!

Had to deal with them when we sold our home recently. They were the lender for our buyer. They do not return phone calls or answer emails from the realtors in a timely manner. They waited until 7 pm the night before closing was scheduled at 11 am the next day to send out an email asking for something to be done which could have been done three weeks earlier when they first knew about it. That instance caused closing to be delayed for more than a week. Our buyer had already made moving plans and even taken his vacation from work for that purpose. Constantly dropped the ball with time management and the sensitive nature of timing the closing of a home. When they did answer emails their response was rude and belligerent.

Customer service is absolutely incredible at this company. They do whatever it takes to get your loan to closing. We would highly recommend using Guild Mortgage for your loan needs.

Wonderful company. Anita and Desirae explained everything to to myself and husband. Our loan was completely clear to close 10 days before closing! Such a wonderful experience!
