Guild Mortgage Company Tommy Stalnaker Dr, Warner Robins

I really cannot review Guild Mortgage as I couldn't ever get anyone to call or email me back! I called Diane Davis office as she came recommended by a family member. I did the "contact me" button on the website twice, emailed her personal email, then called the office. It was over July 4th week and nobody answered the first time, but the second time a gentleman answered and took my name and number and said she would get back to me. Well, it's been almost 3 weeks since that call, my 5th attempt at reaching her mind you, and I STILL have not heard a peep from that office. I can only imagine the nightmare it would be to actually have a mortgage with them and never be able to reach someone. Must not need or want the business.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and Shannon at Guild Mortgage is AMAZING!!! She made the process of dealing with USDA so much better. She was genuinely helpful when we needed her, and went above and beyond to get us into our home! I would recommend Shannon to anyone!!

Had to deal with them when we sold our home recently. They were the lender for our buyer. They do not return phone calls or answer emails from the realtors in a timely manner. They waited until 7 pm the night before closing was scheduled at 11 am the next day to send out an email asking for something to be done which could have been done three weeks earlier when they first knew about it. That instance caused closing to be delayed for more than a week. Our buyer had already made moving plans and even taken his vacation from work for that purpose. Constantly dropped the ball with time management and the sensitive nature of timing the closing of a home. When they did answer emails their response was rude and belligerent.

First Time home buyer and Diane was incredible. She and April made the entire process as stress free as possible and I would recommend Guild to anyone looking for a mortgage company.

I don’t know for sure how their actual service is, but I’m basing my opinion off the fact that I tried calling Ms. Anita Stewart multiple times in hopes of getting a mortgage through this company, left a voicemail each time, and never once heard back.

Worst company I've ever dealt with, their computer system crashed and they wouldn't allow me to make a payment, leaving a late payment on my credit( that they won't remove) won't accept partial payments or payments on mortgage. It's all or nothing. And they will harass you even after you call them to make a payment. Will be refinancing with someone else very soon.

I was hopeful in the beginning but then responses stopped. Phone calls stopped. I get emails of how my home search is going but no one has or can tell me if i was approved and if so how much?!? Tell me I'll be called and then I never am. Was working with Diane Davis, if you even want to call it working with.

I called to see if I could get a mobile home loan. I gave Ms. Stewart my information to run my credit and I have yet to hear from her. It has been 2 weeks. Even if I was not approved an phone call should have been made. Horrible customer service and will never recommend. I will tell everyone I know to not do business with this company.

Buying a home through them has been a challenge. I do not recommend. I could not get an answer to a single email, text or phone call. I highly recommend going with a different company.
