Ms. Harley is so knowledgeable and confident and as a first-time home buyer I was so nervous. She patiently walked me through the process, answered my questions and her confidence gave me confidence. I know I am in good hands. And I will be recommending her to my friends and family when they are ready to buy homes! Having someone who provides that personal customer service touch. I know she must have many other customers, But she always had time to answer my questions and walk me through the lending process which can be scary. I felt like she was more than just a loan agent, She showed me kindness. And that goes a long way!

Kim has absolutely been top notch. Several other lenders looked at my situation and passed on the opportunity to work with me because of the complexity. Kim jumped right in and found solutions and has helped me through every step of the way. My loan process has been challenging because of a lot of moving parts and complexity but Kim again has cheerfully helped me knock down each issue that has arisen and has been a lot of time helping me understand how to get from point A to point B. I could not be more satisfied and I would recommend her and loan depot to anyone.

She disappeared. She left without saying a word. She continued to provide false information and she kept pushing our closing date further and further back until she just stopped communicating with us. The manager had to come and fix the problem but then he quit! I would not recommend Leigh Mead or loan depot. They did us a major disservice and do not deserve to be in business.

The experience working with Leigh has been nothing but awesome. She’s been patient with the whole process and well knowledgeable in the loaning department. She’s also demonstrated a lot of experience when it comes to buying properties.

Bryon Thompson was our loan agent and we had such a great representation through the whole process! Definitely recommend!!

Struggling to think of anything here.. My first few days were great; Byron Thompson was the first Loan Depot representative I worked with and he was outstanding; knowledgeable, prompt and a pleasure to work with. He left Loan Depot shortly after my process began however and everything fell apart with his departure.

Shannon Katz has been wonderful. We are trying to move from Colorado to Georgia and my husband is retired. I haven't found a job yet and even with this issue, Shannon has been able to help us and has been very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending her and Loan Depot.
