Body shop has awesome customer service. They were very accommodating with a loaner car and made the whole process very easy. They gave me a quote within the same day and handled everything with my insurance. Would definitely recommend.

I brought my dad's old truck in for a recall job. They were very courteous and also called to let me know what else could be done to keep the old thing going. I do go to another repair shop and because of them, it's still in good shape (2011 Silverado). Still, I appreciated knowing what certain parts / fluids, etc. should be done; I made a list for future reference. I'm not able to do it all at this point but one of their suggestions - coolant update seemed reasonable and they did that (after I spoke to my car engine savvy friend). Also got a pleasant person to shuttle me from my house to 8th St. so I could pick up the truck. I want to thank the courteous staff!

Had an issue with my door panel and left with their service team for repairs. The repair cost me $1000 and when I got the car back, the door was not assembled correctly and started detaching while I drove home. I took it back there the next day and they told me that had “found the issue and fixed it” but the car still had the same exact issue for a second time. I had to take my car there for a 3rd time and literally point out what was wrong in order for them to see the issue and actually be able to fix it. Im never taking another car to this place again

I bought my used 2010 gmc acadia with an aftermarket powerteain warranty. I've not even put 5,000 miles on it in the almost year that I've had it. I've already had to have it towed back several times. First time they claimed it was a battery which they replaced at no cost, 2nd time it was that both timing chains went out. That was covered under my warranty. Now I have a major electrical issue which is likely caused fr a known problem with this.model where the water leaks in from faulty drain tube and into the passenger floor where it then goes into fuse blocks and clipboards. Am not happy at all. So far I was never offered a loaner thru any of these repairs as I was always told that none were available. Very disappointed with the lack of service here

Today I went to the ford diler and I wanted a service that would take them 20 minutes maximum and they told me that they couldn't do it until July waaoooo I went to the chevy diler and they took the key from me and that's it, very good service I recommend it if you need a quick job

The Salesperson, Mike Osterhaven, went above and beyond to be sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase of our new Silverado Pickup. He helped us enroll in the employee program and purchase additional accessories to complement and complete our vehicle package. Mike was very thorough to insure everything was perfect at the time of delivery and took all the time needed to insure we understood how to use all the options, along with programming them to fit our needs. I purchased a 2011 vehicle in August. Specifically asked what was wrong with the car and was told "nothing". Since then, I have had multiple issues from a loose wheel, the front lower ball joints replaced, the left control arm replaced, a new battery, just replaced the tires, there is a fuel cap/gas leak problem I haven't yet addressed AND a couple days ago, while driving 70 mph on the snowy highway, the axle gears seized up and blew out the shaft. This car had only 104,000 miles on it when bought (110,000 now). Seems like an awful lot of expensive problems from a dealer for an already overpriced used car. I expected better.

I just bought a used Silverado 2500 from them. My experience was fantastic. I had the pleasure of working with Derek Francis from the sales team and I can't speak highly enough of the guy. Extremely transparent, he's not looking to quick sell a vehicle and make a buck, he wants to be sure that you are 100% satisfied. Frame of the truck had quite a bit of surface rust on it so they shipped it off to Line-X to get it remedied, and it turned out fantastic. Gave me an extremely fair price for my trade in, $5000 more than the 3 or 4 other dealers I had been to previously offered. If I go to purchase another vehicle, this dealer will be my go to, no questions asked!

Mechanical service was superior as always but the detailing that I had done was "sloppy" Smear/Wipe marks all over the IP and door panels, missed some spots on the dash that were still dusty, windshield had wipe marks all over it, did not clean in cup holders or wipe the center FC. Back seat was still dirty like they never even wiped the leather. Exterior molding had dried wax in it - very visible on a black truck! ** Update ** - They asked to bring my truck back in a week later and redeemed themselves once it was done. This time it looked a lot better!

I am an internet buyer. I was looking for a special type of corvette nationwide and couldn't find it anywhere. Finally, I saw a red convertible that looked promising. Just what I wanted. ..C5 '99 convertible with 6 speed, every option, and only 43k miles. I've heard all of these horror stories about buying online, but I gave him a call. I spoke to Steve. He was VERY knowledgeable about vettes...he said the only thing it needed was 2 key fobs. I had Lemon Squad check it out.. They said it could use tires. Steve and I agreed on a price. I flew a friend up. On way back he was 30 miles away and found something. It would not stop him from making the trip. Steve said... "Don't worry, get it fixed and we will reimburse you cause we don't have the part." Got it home, had it fixed and he promptly reimbursed me. I'm 72 and I'm leery about biz over the internet. LET ME ASSURE YOU...STEVE AND DENOOYER ARE THE WAY TO GO! OLD FASHIONED SERVICE AND HONESTY! I JUST HOPE I'M ALIVE IN 3 YEARS TO BUY A C6. TRUST THESE PEOPLE...I DO!!! I called Monday and was able to get in 2 days later. DeNooyer Chevy preformed some warranty work and other preventative service work. They originally told me when I made the appointment it would take 3 hours. They preformed the service work in under 2 1/2 hours. All employees that I had contact with were wearing masks. They have picnic tables set up outside for distancing. Also I was able to use their new less contact computer system where they send messages & photos, videos about parts that need replacing & when your vehicle is done you can even pay your bill through it. It is a great addition to their service department. We live 65 minutes away & drive past other dealerships. It's worth the drive.

This weekend, I turned my lease in and purchased a new vehicle. Mike Oosterhaven helped me with the sale. He was extremely helpful and explained things well. Their waiting room is nice, but they will shuttle you around for free if you need to go somewhere. Jesse was my service rep, and he was awesome. Bought a used vehicle out of state from them a year ago. The remote sales process was straightforward for the most part. However, they failed to disclose to me the collision repair signs on the vehicle (overspray, internal welding) from what appears to be an unreported collision from previous owner. Also, when the vehicle was eventually shipped to me, the shipping company they recommended had several delays despite charging a premium. I cannot recommend to out of state buyers.

If you need a car in the West Michigan area, work with Denooyer. Paul helped me order a Camaro exactly the way I was looking for and I didn't feel pressured to settle for something on the lot and/or sell my current car. He even told me about a supplier discount that I didn't know I had despite everything going on with the chip shortage. Definitely earned a repeat customer here for the future.

Whoever changed my oil in my diesel about a month ago did not put enough oil in. At 1700 miles on this oil change I had a message telling me that my engine oil was low. I took it to my local Chevy dealer who ended up adding 3 quarts. We checked the oil level when they were finished and it was black which should not happen at 1700 miles. I called DeNooyer and they changed my oil right away. Thankfully nothing worse happened.

Don't go there if you want to charge your EV at the public charging stations listed as 24/7 on Plugshare. 3 Volts were plugged in but fully charged. A Bolt EV was at the DC fast charge and was charging. Dealership employee said Service Dept. put them there but were gone for the day.
Hello Mr Graban, I am so very sorry to hear about the volt/bolt chargers being in use at the time of your visit. They are very busy stations and at times a volt/bolt may be left on the charger if it is a rental vehicle and needs to be charged overnight for a customer the next morning. A client also could drop off their vehicle and hop a ride with someone while their vehicle is being charged. Went in to try to get a part for my Chevrolet van. It is a coverson van they tried real hard to find the part but it wasn't available. They tried everything for about 20 minutes. I feel they went above what I expected . I feel this is great Dealership. I am very impressed.

I've used the body shop here a couple of times and dealt with the sales and service staff on multiple occasions. The body shop used to be good but the last time took them multiple attempts to get it right and they damaged the interior of my truck while it was there for only exterior body work. The horn still isn't right but they refused to look at it again or admit something was wrong. They were extremely pushy while looking for a new car for my wife and we told them straight up that we liked the VW at Crown better. So happy we went there instead. To top it all off, they've now put my phone number on someone else's account and call and text repeatedly about their vehicle despite me telling them repeatedly that they have the wrong person. They can't even handle a simple clerical issue like a phone number, why would I trust them with anything else? So annoying and unprofessional, I will not be returning for anything. I'd rather drive to Hudsonville, Grand Rapids, or Coopersville for my Chevy dealership any day of the week.

Update 6-22-21 I was contacted back by Dominique and he was very understanding and apologetic. He offered to see if the body shop could properly fix the tabs. A credit was given back to me along with a credit for future services. I appreciate that he tried to find a solution and we came to an agreement to what is fair. I will continue to use their services because unfortunately things happen. A concern was voiced and an effort to make things right was the end result. That’s all you can ask for. Thank you Dominique. If you have an older corvette do not take your classic to this place. I brought my C4 in for an AC fix. Not only did it take over 2 weeks to get the vehicle back to me but they did not fix the AC problem. They changed the ac evaporator that fixed the cold air issue but the front vents no longer worked. Along the way they broke 3 tabs that held the bottom of the dash up. Ended up paying over 1,400. In 1.5hrs I figured out what was wrong and got the Air to move out of the front vents which was a stuck blend door and a cracked vacuum valve. It cost me $5 dollars. A broken vacuum valve.(picture below) What irritated me was that they had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and the problem was still not fixed. They gave me my vehicle that was not put together properly and with broken brackets. I called and left a message with Dominique to talk about my concerns and emailed the service rep to have someone in management contact me. I have not heard from anyone. Paige though was very helpful, polite, and had great communication. If you have a vehicle you can plug in and the computer tells them what is wrong they probably can fix it but just shows the knowledge of new mechanics when you can’t just plug something in to tell you what you need to fix. I’m not a mechanic but I know my way around vehicles and to have a certified Chevrolet mechanic send back the vehicle like he did is not acceptable.

Terrible customer service! I had received numerous coupons when I bought my vehicle that the first oil change would be free. When returning to pick up my vehicle I was told the cost was $95, other dealers only charge $72 and offer a car wash and vacuum free of charge. Also, when I went to my vehicle, the passenger window was down. It had been sitting out unattended for over 3 hours after the oil change was complete. When I called to notify them, they were not interested in my concern at all. I will no longer be taking a vehicle to get serviced at Denooyer!

Great service! Was able to walk right in, grab the keys, and take it for a test drive. They also fully inspected and serviced the vehicle. They also paid for almost 1,000 dollars worth of work at their expense when they found that an issue came up during the inspection. Dave Kemper was our salesperson. Very kind and straightforward gentleman. Finance was a little slow even though our loan was already approved. : ). We will be back!

I have purchased several vehicles from Denooyer Chevrolet. My latest, a 2014 Silverado Crew Cab Z71 truck. This past summer (2021) marks my third summer in a row without A/C. This is a known issue with GM and Denooyer would not warranty it. I should add that I have worked in Quality Engineering & Management for over thirty-years in the automotive OEM manufacturing arena. I know how these things work and I was outright lied to by the Service Manager and Domonique Denooyer. I work with a Warranty Analysis and he pulled the A/C related warranty data directly from GM's system. I was not requesting anything above and beyond, simply that my A/C was repaired for a KNOWN issue with my vehicle's model and year of manufacture. I will gladly pay another dealer more for a vehicle to not be blatantly lied to and shown my continued patronage meant nothing. Don't believe the warm and fuzzy commercials about a good local Christian family owned business.

We told them we couldn't afford the one suv. But we found one we could afford. They didn't try very hard to get us into the one we could afford. But tried extremely hard to get us into the suv the cost alot more.

We have 27 years combined dealer experience in our household, but no longer work at a car dealer. I know the games and BS. At Denooyer Chevrolet they were fair, honest, flexible, accommodating and went out of their way. They delivered my used 2018 Volt all the way to Detroit on a Monday afternoon. Salesman Steve Boeve was great. The vehicle I purchased sight unseen based on an Auto Trader listing. When it arrived in my driveway I was shocked at the condition, even after the 185 mile drive. They undersold the cleanliness and details. I'm OCD and very particular on details. They exceeded my expectations. Edit: August 10, 2021. Dropping from 5 stars to 3 stars for terrible service after the sale and poor follow up on plating. The supporting office staff need to improve. Salesman staying in touch and being sure my plate was sent us only reason it's not 2 stars. My temp tag expires today and this dealer has yet to send my new plate out. So now what? I drive an illegal car until shows up?

New 2020 Impala – Love it! Great extended warranty too. I recently purchased a 2020 Impala LT and love it. “It’s like driving a cloud on rails” if you can imagine that. Takes corners and handles really great. Such a smooth ride on the highway and over the city bumps and it does so QUIETLY. With 304 horsepower and a six-speed automatic transmission, well, let’s just say “it has legs”. Easy to merge onto the highway or pass by slower traffic as needed. Speed limits come up pretty quick with this car so be careful. I also love the infotainment systems. I’m planning on keeping this car for a while so I spoke with Craig Kulikowski at DeNooyer Chev. about the extended warranty. He went over the options and details and helped select the best plan based on my needs and budget. I’m going with the 10 year-100k mile ZERO deductible plan. Thanks Craig, for taking the time to explain a great plan for a great car.

Great dealership. Pre-owned inventory is clean and in good shape, and fairly priced. Sales and finance staff are friendly and honest, no nonsense, and no pressure. My first visit I test drove a truck, and talked numbers with Rob and Kyle. I walked away from that deal as it was the first truck I had driven and still wanted to do some more looking, and there were no high pressure tactics to try to get me to sign a deal. They were both very patient, up front about the numbers and options, and understanding when I chose not to purchase. That's why I felt comfortable calling Rob a few days later when another truck appeared on the website. Despite it being his day off, he took my call and let me know it had just come in. I drove by the lot and it was there, so I talked with Dave, took it for a drive, and ultimately bought it. Austin in finance was very patient, helped secure a great interest rate, and offered a very fair price for my trade-in. And this was all 2 hours past closing on a Friday night. Great buying experience, and I love my new (used) truck. I'll definitely be back when it's time for the next vehicle.

Looking for a vehicle start here. First off I have purchased many new vehicles from many dealerships. My experience at Denooyer Chevrolet was a fantastic one. I was looking to trade in my leased truck for another vehicle, even when I was over mileage and still had lease payments to make. I showed up on a Saturday to just look at vehicles wasn't sure if I could trade in now and buy another instead of lease. I ended up getting sales manager Kyle and he let me test drive a few different vehicles that i was interested in getting. I had 2 in mind and he had no problem letting me drive them. By no means was he pushy to get me to buy one at all. He wanted me to get something that I wanted not just push me into something. He pulled numbers for me and got me best price for 2 vehicles and to stay around a certain price. The he was trying anything to help me get a vehicle I want at the price I need is unlike any other dealer I been to. Most dealers just give you numbers and say this is what it is or we cant do it. Not Kyle he wanted me get what I wanted at my price. This is NOT your typical dealership like the big ones that just want you buy "something". Needless to say I live 1hr and 30 mins from this dealer and I would drive to buy another vehicle from them. They were so busy that day I was able to sign and drive new vehicle home on a SATURDAY. After I finally done I was given my own salesman. He helped getting my vehicle detailed and went over accessories ect. Mitch H helped in switching my plates and cleaning up my truck. He has kept in contact with me and made sure I didnt have any other issues and that I was happy with my purchase. I can not be more pleased with this dealership and the people who work there. The finance lady was straight up explained everything to me in detail. Nothing was left undone. If looking for a vehicle doesn't hurt to shop and I would start here.

After a bad experience at a different dealership, I called down to DeNooyer Chevy and talked to Dave! He was excited and eager to earn our business. Dave made our experience amazing. He sent us videos of the vehicle, got us approved, and car delivered almost 5 hours away in less than two days! Car was delivered today and it is everything we were looking for! They cheated my daughter who is a single mom! They sold her a car with a dangerous rusted through frame that can never be safely driven or repaired. They covered it up with rubber and silicon. They said "too bad you bought it as is". I think we will need to retain an attorney to deal with this dishonest cheating dealership that endangered my daughter and grandchildren's lives.

I purchased a used Silverado from a Private Party. There was an Air Bag light on the dash. I did some investigation and found that there was a recall related to the Airbag system. I spoke to an advisor and scheduled an appointment. We spoke about my intention to resolve the Airbag light, starting with the recall. While my truck was in service, I received several texts proposing over $2250 of repairs and services, which I took under advisement. When I picked up the truck, the air bag light still came on. When I followed up, the response was 'You did not tell us to resolve the air bag light. - In fact I did discuss with the advisor resolving the air bag light. Besides, considering all of the other proposals, why not resolving the air bag light on the dash??? I am real disappointed, I will not be bringing my truck back to them for any further service.
