Community Choice Credit Union S Waverly Rd, Holland

This past week I had the pleasure to meet with Darcee. She was super helpful and welcoming throughout my visit. She went out of her way to make sure all of my questions were answered. Truly appreciate such great customer service and care. 🙂😌I'm glad I chose to bank with community choice, since day one everyone has been very pleasant.

I love going and always feeling welcomed, and having someone ready to help me with all my banking needs . They are so friendly. I have not had any ones that works there not be friendly or helpful they are so nice. Would not change them at all.

Been a life long customer of this credit union and am finally giving up on them. They’ve randomly cancelled my debit card with no notice four times in two years for no reason. Really inconvenient when you go to check out some place or pay your bills and your card has randomly stopped working. They’ve always gotten the issue solved but this shouldn’t happen especially not this often.

This is a great place to bank. This encounter was for a change to settings on my account. Once again Kristi is awesome! She is very thorough, professional and responsive. She consistently exceeds expectations also helps identify potential needs for members and explain everything very clearly. Just awesome!

I’ve had great experiences here! I’ve had three loans now through this credit union and all have been very easy, self explanatory and easy to pay on. The staff is very friendly, and kind and look out for your best interest and want to help you! I switched from another credit union to this one because they gave me a chance and helped me get my first car. I recommend this credit union! Darcee is also very helpful and knowledgeable to speak to.

I try to work with Dawn Ruiz at the Holland branch. She's absolutely wonderful she listens to things you say and response always positively as well as providing suggestions. She always keeps the customer in mind helping them in every which way she can. Excellent customer service and excellent person don't get much better than that. I'd also like to give a kudos to her trainer she also is a wonderful person and is a wonderful trainer especially if Dawn is an example of that. Unfortunately everyone isn't that great but most of the people at the Holland branch are pretty good.

Extremely disappointing experience. They lost/never filed the paperwork that we dropped off for an auto payment of our car loan, and then later mis-keyed a check that we dropped off in person. The check was made out correctly but they recorded it for fifty cents less, then reported our loan as delinquent. The people who corrected the mistake were lovely, but it was enough for us to move the loan to another credit union (and get a better rate!). EDITED - They did not reach out to us as stated in their response to their review. Neither my husband nor I had a voicemail/missed call from the bank. However, it's not necessary to reach out further. We don't plan to have further dealings with the credit union besides figuring out how to fully close our account. We still receive regular statements in the mail for our paid-off loan, for which we receive multiple "paper statement" charges, and our most recent mailer also threatened a "inactive account" charge, so we need to figure this out before we wind up owing them more money for the pleasure of NOT doing business with them., We also regularly get junk mail from them trying to sell us additional services.

Dawn is a valued employee at community choice credit union. Always a joy and a blessing to talk with her and she is always more then helpful everytime I go in to do my business. And also the other employees that do so much for our community. God bless you all

I had a very pleasant visit to the bank! I had some questions and requests that were easily taken care of! The idea of walking into a bank is very scary but once I actually got in there there was nothing to be afraid of!

Community choice is THE best. I've been banking here all my life. We always come her for all our loans. Home town feel with world class staff and amenities. They get the job done!!! I've tried other banks. I haven't found any that compare.

The person that helped (Kristi) us was patient and kind. She explained things in a manner we could understand. Our experience was very positive.

Kristi always greets me with Kind Words & a Happy Smile. She is very efficient & always goes back over what the transaction before proceeding. It's a Great place to do your banking!
