I was entering the market as a first time buyer, I didn’t know much about the process, and if I had any questions he was always available to answer. As an independent contractor I needed extra help in figuring out what I needed to do to get an approval. The two big bank lenders I went to directly beforehand just sent denial letters with no explanations. Rob was able to look through my application, read between the lines and tell me what that was. And BOOM, I got my house :) Rob was always really straightforward which I really appreciated in a process that can feel quite daunting.
