I had a wonderful experience today with Tamara. She initially helped me at the drive thru and answered all of my questions concerning my deposit. She encouraged me to come inside and update my paperwork. I’m glad I did because she was able to get me out of the door in no time! Harriet is always kind and diligent! I also had a great and quick experience with the loan department and it was quick. There was also another teller who helped me download the app and connect my other bank info to look at them at the same time. The one on one attention can’t be beat! Been with them at least ten years now. No complaints.

I am a what you call SHARE BRANCH banker. I have used this branch since 2013... here you don’t get treated the same as a “Pinnacle member” If you are not a local branch member you can’t go through the drive through (makes no sense cause you see and hear everyone’s social and personal information from the window when you end up coming inside ) note to the patrons : the desk tellers also run the window/ drive-up service, so although it’s a hastily , and the operations are ran poorly, just go inside, or you might as well be the teller for the day. Also Ms. Harriett , ms Harriet is a hit or miss based on her mood that day.... please control your temperament, we all have everyday situations we face but be consistent that is all I ask when I am banking

Harriett was super in helping me with my "how to" questions about accessing my accounts using electronic devices. She was very patient and professional. She out me at ease with what I need to do and she equipped me with sheets of instructions to follow when I get home.

I’ve been a member of Pinnacle for a little over ten years and every time I go into the credit union I always have the most pleasant experience. I went in today and Harriett helped me and she was amazing and patient. She walked me through the steps of my task I was completing like a trooper and never got rude, short, or impatient. I’ve been banking here since 2011 and they have never let me down! I’ve gotten several services from them from quick loans, opening my sons first savings account to even refinancing my auto loan. The tellers are so caring and are very attentive so much so that they can remember you personally and greet you like family when you arrive. Ms. Harriett in particular is always so welcoming and kind when you see her. She keeps me laughing anytime we encounter each other. I can truly say they have a lifetime member!

Ms.Harriet is the best teller that the Pinnacle has ever had. She was my mentor while I worked there I’m a student work program and has helped my banking career prosper. She has excellent costumer service all the member lover her.

I normally don’t right reviews, but today I just had to share my experience. I absolutely love Candace!! She has excellent customer service. She was very patient and so very helpful! I haven’t had this type of service in a long time. I came in with a smile and left with a bigger one. Great Job Candace!!!
