I was introduced to RJ's team back in 2004 when we closed on our newly built home in North Scottsdale, AZ. His team did a fabulous job. RJ Crosby and his team worked diligently to help me with my refinance needs. I was asked a few qualifying questions up front and then asked to provide some backup information and after that, the process was very comfortable. I received weekly updates as to the status of my loan application and I even asked to close earlier than the original date, and RJ and his team were able to accommodate my request.
