I came in to sell a number of rifles and handguns from my late father. Micah and Colby were great to work with! They're up front about policies and made sure I was OK with each price. Knowledgeable, friendly, easy-going and not pushy. They also keep a clean, beautiful business. Highly recommended.

Friendly & Very knowledgeable staff, I needed money in a emergency for a motorcycle repair, they give me top dollar for my Loan, took very good care of my rifle, packed it up nicely for storage. I'd recommend for either, a easy no Hassle Loan, or for your next Firearm purchase being they have a nice selection of rifles and pistols in their store.

Everyone at the store was more than willing and able to help me with the sale. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products I bought. Went out of the way to make sure I was able to pick up at my convenience.

I have had numerous positive experiences with this place. They have some great bargains and tons of guns and ammo. I am like a kid in a candy store when I go in there. Anna and the other staff are great to work with and very knowledgeable. Pricing is very fair! You cant go wrong here! Only gun store I would go to in the valley!

Very professional and delivered as they said. Just wish they would except a wired payment to avoid waiting an entire week for a certified check to reach them and the stress of thinking it was lost in the mail system.

I am leaving 5 stars, because of the great customer service they had. I was trying to pawn 2 items, for one I couldn't get an offer, and for the other I did, which I rejected, but the young man there who assisted me was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I went there I was a little bit nervous because on that same day I had tried several pawn shops before where the people weren't as nice, and I had never went to a pawn shop previous to that day, in which I was in an emergency. But the employee here was a very likeable person, he even gave some recommendations of other pawn shops nearby I could try.

This is my 4th or 5th visit to North Scottsdale Loan and Gold..... And as usual, I was given additional helpful info to decide whether to sell here, or sell privately. This time I dealt with Micah, and as usual, he not only provided more than a fair offer-- he also patiently and thoroughly explained why. Every single time I have come in --whether I'm selling a Vintage Rolex, buying ammunition, or selling scrap gold, I am always treated with kindness, professionalism and respect. It's easy to see why they have been in business so long, because these guys clearly care about their customers........ If you are buying, selling or just looking, stop by and see these guys, it's worth the trip!

Worst pawn shop in AZ. Went in for a loan on a glock 17. Guy took about 30 minutes to look up what the value was in the most common gun in the world. Lowballed me of course, fine only needed the cash for a few days. Came back a few days later to pick up same guy working on the phone now. Waited for about 20 minutes for him to finish the conversation. He took forever with forms and was very unprofessional with a lackadaisical attitude towards any type of courtesy of the customers time. I will say it was the only pawn open on Sunday at the time i needed cash. That gets one star for Sunday. Edit: So the pawn shop i had a gun at went out of business and they sent my gun here. I couldn't believe it as I promised myself I'd never go back and now I was forced to. I had prepared myself for a horrible experience which was the first 2 times I went. The dummy that was working there before was gone thank God. They actually have good employees now that don't ignore you for 20 minutes. I had a good experience. No lowball offers, decent pricing, and good customer service. Cant give five stars cause it was so bad the first 2 times but Changing one star to four.

Professional people, and they don’t nickel and dime you (no pun intended). I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell/pawn in a heartbeat. Great job guys!
