Great experience at Biltmore Loan and Jewelry selling old gold jewelry, a watch I was no longer wearing and some Louis Vuitton purse and accessories. Not only did I get more money than offered elsewhere but the environment was far better. It's low key but classy and well run. Individual attention, all questions answered and a quick turnaround. Very private calm atmosphere with no pressure. They sat with me and went through the jewelry I brought in to sell and gave me a price for each so that I was able to decide which pieces I wanted to part with based on price. Nice people and top money for my items.

When you are desperate to survive- you start to mess around with a lack of knowledge where to run to get some money and hang for awhile . Especially if you a newcomer for this area. And I noticed the Biltmore Loan accidently passing by. And since that moment I feel I am lucky . The stuff is always there for me, understanding for my needs and time for service. Of course everything costs but at least I have a time to breathe in ! I dealt with the Biltmore Loan 3 or 4 times and if I would need to go there more ‘cause our life is like this now - I will. I researched the best place to sell luxury handbags and jewelry and this place looked pretty good. I walked in with my handbags and jewelry - no appointment. They were friendly, efficient, pretty fair and straight forward. They explained how they priced items and what they look for. It was quick and easy and I will definitely be back!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to sell some diamond earings that I was gifted years ago. The building is very nice, felt secure yet cozy, and even had cute waiting room/shopping area to check out while you wait for your appointment. The quoted offer was about what I anticipated but I appreciated that they gave me options and never made me feel pressured to go forward with the sale. Overall, I was happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone else considering their options when it comes to potentially selling jewelry.
