Nobody ever picks up when I need my money!

I would never recommend this aweful bank. My deceased spouses car loan is through this bank. I have continued to make the loan payments. I get treated horribly every time I go there to make a payment. My name is not on the account so every month I have to tell them that the death certificate is on file and all my information is on the computer. I always leave in a bad mood. It's been a year and a half and I still get treated as if I'm trying to cheat them out of something. I'm being responsible and paying a loan and they get so nasty with me. I can't wait for the loan to be paid off. Bye Bye Riverfront.
