River City Bank Natomas Park Dr, Sacramento

We were in town for the state fair. We took many local checks, some with River City Banks name on them. I get that a small bank will have it issues, and river city was no different, but the folks here were down right kind and i would give them even 5 starrs if they did not put a 9 day hold on checks which were written by their customers? But the free gourmet coffee? c'mom, that alone is worth 4 stars

The lady had a very bad attitude and was obviously racist, not recommended here if you have banking
