Clean, bright, friendly staff. Fast at the windows, while making you feel like they're "only customer". Manager, professional & helpful, ---------always available for those sticky issues, that pop up occasionally. I also like that they donate to local school (helping future generations of Sacramento) and as a customer, I can donate to it, around back-to-school time. $5.00 or $10.00 makes me feel like I'm helping too. Appreciate the professional array of services too,. WITHOUT the name brand prices. Car & 🏠 house loans at lower interest rates. Good location 👍 too.

I thought I'd stop by before they closed at 1pm on a Saturday. I heard Schools Credit Union in general was a great bank to finance a new car loan with - for a lower interest rate. So I went in today at this location for the first time. The wait time was 30minutes total before I could get a banker to service me but it was understandable due to not enough staff maybe and a lot of customers waiting to be serviced by a teller. One of the bankers was able to assist me for a few seconds just to find out the reason for wanting to speak with a banker. He was great at pointing out a couple tellers who would be able to assist me in a few and then he helped the person waiting before me which was great service. I wasn't sure if he meant for me to stand in line or keep seated so I stood in line. When I got to a teller, he rudely tells me that 'tellers cannot service this.. have a seat'. I sit back down for another 20minutes and then the same teller who apparently is also the banker finally services me. I appreciate that he was honest about their underwriters possibly not approving to finance my car loan but it was really short. He wasn't to informative and due to closing in less than 30minutes, I felt rushed because he did not take the time to acknowledge information nor even seemed like he cared enough to offer options. I stopped by SAFE Credit Union afterwards and not only was this also my first experience but even when they were closing in 30 minutes too, their service was welcoming, professional and they even took the time to acknowledged the wait time. The banker at SAFE CREDIT UNION who was able to assist me afterwards was more knowledgeable and even took the time to provide me options 5minutes after being closed. My experience at Schools Credit Union was terrible and I would probably recommended to go to another Schools location than Natomas.

So far so good, great for depositing if your have the golden 1 CU.
