They are always responsive and professional and are always going above and beyond to make the real estate transaction smooth and as stress free as possible.

I have to say, my experience working with RGS was a case study in apathy and incompetence. I had to stay on top of them constantly to make sure things were moving along correctly. They communicated nothing without us asking. They never answered their phone when called, letting calls go to voicemail and then responding by email FROM THEIR PHONE. There were items missing from the closing documents that I had to provide. Their research of the title was inaccurate. I strongly recommend you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to do your closing.
