Republic Bank NJ, Cherry Hill

They changed their online software and completely messed up my account. All of my bill pay entries were gone for some time. And over a week later they still can't figure out how to turn on my transfer feature. I haven't even attempted to connect it to Quickbooks for fear of another disaster. They put customers last and have no sense of urgency when they cause problems. The oversite authorities will definitely find out from me what they have done.

Always have issues accessing my accounts over night. Always issue with the app or bank itself. customer service is horrible. closing my accounts!!

Management here acts in a completely unprofessional manner! I went there to make a deposit and while I was at the counter the manager announced my balance of ALL of my accounts not only the one that I was making the deposit in to the whole bank. After the deposit was made I walked over to the desk and gave her the courtesy of letting the manager know that I would be calling in a complaint in a very respectful manner and she didn’t even own it or apologize. She immediately became defensive and disrespectful. Her response to me was “that’s why I whispered it” when that was the furthest thing from the truth. I wouldn’t have even filed a complaint or wrote this review if she would’ve just apologized but apparently she is too immature for her position. This was wrong on so many levels! The staff is not trained in customer service and would not recommend banking here. I should’ve known better then to deal with a small and less known bank. Im immmediatly opening an account with TD Bank right down the street.

Online application so poor I usually don't bother and leave this account dormant. I am sure the people are nice inside but the front door sucks.

Bank terms and conditions say that you aren't going to get a fee if you top off an account before the transaction posts from pending. Reversed my car payment and ruined my on-time payments! I made sure there was money in my account and they gave me a fee which sent the account negative from positive and reversed the transaction.

I wish I was able to give this location zero stars. This by far is the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. The customer service deplorable. The supervisor Cindy should be fired she is a condescending, mean, nasty and clearly miserable. She treated me as if I was able to rob the bank. I guess I came in the wrong color. I’ve been using various branches and this is the worst. Media Pa set a standard that is very hard to match.

Very bad stafff ! So unprofessional and rude . It seems like they have only one operator that is extremely rude . They messed up my account information now I can’t take money out of my card never trust a small less known bank I will be closing this account
