I’m writing this review to help whoever needs any assistance with mortgages. I would highly recommend Anthony and his team at 7th level mortgage. I was recommended to them and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Anthony and his team work fast, it was super easy, just gathered the info his team needed and never I never had to leave the house. Their communication skills are exceptional. I've worked with Nicholas on three separate occasions now, in multiple states. He has proven to be a huge support, biggest cheer-leader, hardest working, most steadfast mortgage professional i've worked with. He's given us a lot of education along the way and has been a stand-up solid individual through a lot of ups and downs. He is someone you can depend on to come through, every single time.

Nicholas Sandoval worked so hard for us in the refinance of our house. He and Shannon Simone kept great communication with me, took care of any issues, were really patient with me and made it all very easy even closing in my own home when I was available. I went looking for a loan to do some home improvements/renovations, talked with a couple different companies. One I thought was too high pressure, another was obviously reading from a script and did not give me much confidence, and then I received a call from Mr. Nick Sandoval from 7th Level Mortgage, within 2 minutes I knew this was the person I wanted to do business with. Nick was professional from start to finish and super-fast to answer any questions I had, there were some issues to work through that made me bit nervous but Nick talked me through everything like a friend and everything went better then expected. I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for people who actually want to help.

Great experience!!! 7th level went above and beyond for us. We had a very difficult loan and they stuck with us every step of the way. Customer service was outstanding, to the point where Anthony returned my call during a tornado just to let me know he was working on my file and called to answer a question that i had.
