Republic Bank Wynnewood Rd, Wynnewood

This bank places limits on remote mobile deposits. They repeatedly reject mobile deposits and ask that I personally make a deposit at the local branch, with a COVID epidemic that would put their customers at personal risk. They just get in the way of me growing my business. Imagine a bank refusing to accept money because “you have exceeded your mobile deposit limit.” Apologetic staff that are unable or unwilling to fix this. I wanted to support a local business but I will have to go to CITIbank that is less restrictive. Update: the bank sent a mobile deposit scanner to me to use at home for no charge, which was an improvement and shows they care. I would prefer to deposit all from my phone, but this is a fair compromise and I appreciate their effort. I am amending my one star to 4, as I am now not capped at how much I can deposit before coming in.

The customer service at this branch is top notch. Neil and Greg have always been incredibly helpful and most recently have gone "above and beyond" to help me remotely set up my business checking account. I highly recommend this branch and Republic Bank. They are truly professional! I jut wanted to say thank you!

I have always had great experiences with this bank, particulary when managing large sums of money. Customer service has been A+ compared to Santander ane TD Bank. Recently, I went into the brank 25 mins before closing to open up accounts. The staff made my family feel welcome and they helped beyond their closing time. Even when I had an issue, sales associates worked with me for days, calling and following up, to help me resolve the issue. (An old branch where workers have transferred to Wynnewood location.)

Definatly an approachable sensible service gets made.

0 stars........can't cash a Republic Check there unless you have an account. Prejudice branch.....Center City cashed my check with no problem.

Not gonna lie, my bank has awesome service. Although they do tend to close at 3 in the afternoon on the weekends, but I'll take what I can get. The staff there are friendly accommodating and kind hearted. Also most of the machines tend to have bugs in the system ( thechologicly) but it is what it is. Overall, they have a very excellent reputation when it comes to excellent banking.

Blake Neal is the guy to go to if you need anything! I own a business and realize the need for our employees to provide excellent customer service to our clients. Blake went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to make sure I got what I needed. He is quick to respond and takes care of you. I would highly recommend asking for him if you go to the Wynnewood branch.

They unlawfully place blocks on client deposits(even cash,) which should be available immediately under both their own funds availability policy along with dept Treasury and cfpb regs. Also numerous employees disclose customer information which is not only unethical but also an invasion of privacy. They're a very small regional.bank which is severely undercapitalized, and as such I believe this to be the reason why try to unlawfully hold client funds. Great bank and great hours. Super friendly staff and easy to deal with. Just like the old Commerce Bank.

I always had a good experience at this branch , until today April 24th...the so called supervisor on duty had the worst attitude and nastiest customer service ever...an almost manager in the banking sector with a bad convinience store attitude.
