I like how every time I call with important questions they get to the bottom of it!! Quickly nd fast I would definitely recommend them but there insurance is a lil high for my taste!!!!

I’ve been in 1 accident that I was not at fault. I have made all of my payments on time. They never raised my insurance. Were great about taking care of everything........ BUT YET I got a letter stating they are dropping me. FOR NO REASON.

I asked about getting a simple quote from Geico about a month ago. I have gotten quotes from other companies but I settled with State Farm. I now keep getting calls from this office EVERY SINGLE DAY. Not only am I annoyed, I feel harassed. I started documenting the phone calls so I can send them into the Better Business Bureau. When they first started calling me it would be like 8 in the morning. I answered the first time and the female “customer service rep” sounded ghetto as all get out, was rude and I hung up on her. From reading the other reviews it sounds like this office should be looked into by corporate.

I recently purchased my first vehicle in almost 22 years. I’ve heard good things about Geico, so I decided to purchase my auto policy with them. My local office is very close to home. Lorae answered all my questions and assisted me in the application process, which took only a few minutes. I’m quite pleased with Geico’s rates and service.

Agent gave me a quote they didn't honor I'm 5 out if 6 months into the policy and they more than double charged me the sixth month for a premium I never agreed to. No credit nothing when the agent added full payment I never asked for. Giving me a discount that reversed last month and cost me fortune. Customer service did not help,

Stay away from Bill Selby. He started a policy for me without my authorization and refused to let me decide for myself. I had to call over and over again to get it cancelled too. Refused to listen to what coverages I wanted too.

Absolutely terrible service from this agency. I asked for a simple change to one of my policies in May, and heard nothing back until October. This despite sending five follow up emails to both the customer service rep and the agent. The only reason I ever actually heard anything back is because I sent a message and a complaint directly to Geico. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. As a side note, Geico actually provides great service. Do yourself a favor though - skip the agency and call Geico directly.

GEICO is the absolute best!!! Ray was superb!! Very professional as well as personable.. I have never in my life had such a wonderful experience getting insurance from a great company. I would definitely recommend everyone to get insurance from Geico and I'm pretty sure that all of there agents are great! Thank you Ray!
