The banker lady I met today was courteous however she knew nothing about her job. I highly doubt that she was just sitting there to make the room not that empty but not to serve customers. All I need was to add an account to my existing ones. Simple enoght for a banker right? Not for her. All she could do was repeatedly asking me to come back at another day when a "relationship manager" was available. Excuse me? I am here for banking but not for building up relationships. Anyways, a complete wasting of my time and I will have to come back in another day. Hopefully I will have some real banker next time. Add one star for her courteous attitude otherwise zero star

Don’t care about any customer service, don’t know how to do a cashier check, can’t read simples sentences . Try customers like trash. That’s typical practice at BoA, in contrast, the online customer service has always been on point.

Literally STOLE OUR money. For over two months they claimed they sent a cashiers check for an account that was closed with over $6,000 in it. Then they "sent a 2nd check". We're out $6,000 over 8 weeks. Report them if they play any game with you.

all my other account show payment made immediately or at least payment pending all your robotic "service" representative is programed to say is " it takes 24 hrs to post" you just like the interest you make every month i have a similar problem please have an "exec" call me!!!!!

Good people who make banking comfortable for those of us that hate the time-consuming, tediousness and complicated nature of banking. The financial advisor and branch manager have assisted me with certain things that were way above and beyond their responsibilities. I can't comment on what another reviewer said about the tellers, but I would be very surprised if they were not satisfied after reporting their experience to the branch manager. Interestingly, at the PNC at Giant in Wynnewood I had a similar experience as the other reviewer, They charge $10 for a bank check. The teller at the PNC was also very rude. The manager was no help. Try Bank of America in Wynnewood.

Today I go this brach tow women’s work tealer job I want cash out 3000$ she have cash more than she not gave me both women bad service and very atetu e that why I gave one I think 0 stars both of you
