To all of those that are seeking a new banker to alleviate all types of banking problems I suggest you try Republic Bank at 610 Cross Keys Road, Sicklerville, NJ and ask to speak to the bank manager and ask for Stacy. I promise you that you will receive the greatest customer service, kind and polite employees willing to help you with whatever concerns you may have. I have been banking at this location for a little bit less than a year and each time I visit they supersede the service that they once gave me at my last visit. I must say that Stacy and her crew have the right attitude and concern about their customers. Thanks for the great way you treat me on my visits in the office or drive thru. This is coming from someone that has banked in the Sicklerville and Williamstown area for 30 years. They really have me spoiled. A special shoutout to Felice.

The csr was super rude and I was looking to open an account and I came in 30 minutes before they closed and the lady said it isn’t enough time to open an account and said she wouldn’t help me. I work at a bank myself and it takes less than 20 minutes to open an account.

Went there this morning and withdrew money from the ATM went in and asked for $100.00 s for $20.00”s I got out of the ATM cashier asked me if I had account I Said no and She said no you have to have an account with a attitude like I was bothering her,It was okay to charge me a fee at the ATM ☹️ Won’t go back

2020 has been a crazy year! But the staff here has been extremely helpful and courteous to my family and I. Highly recommend anyone looking for a bank to give them a try!!!

This bank is horrible. We had them less then a year. And this is the 4th time one of our debit cards were hacked. We never had this issue at any other bank. And they take over a month to give you your money back.
