Amazing car dealership. I live in Pennsylvania and was looking for a Kia Sportage Hybrid and saw that this dealership had some of the hardest to find cars on the market as of July of 2022. The drive was long but it was worth it, their staff is super friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. In particular, Steve Sheppard was extremely helpful with our purchase and answering any questions we had. Buying a car in a different state has some unique challenges but Steve was with us every step of the way to help us iron out any wrinkles. I cannot say I'm the most well versed person when it comes to buying a car and because of that, I really value what Steve did for us. He's helped us through the entire registration/Insurance/Inspection process. The entire process of buying a car here, from setting up the appointment to actually getting the keys to our brand new car was seamless. The dealership operates in a very professional, friendly, and timely manner. The dealership's rates are very transparent and are in my opinion better to any rates/costs of nearby dealerships. Compared to some other local dealerships, the environment at Kia was relaxed and low pressure. Salesman Josh Kohler was AWESOME the whole way through. He was completely honest, relaxed, patient and thoroughly explained everything to us. He really did a great job working with us to make a fair deal on the car. Nothing scammy here, which can be a worry when getting a new vehicle. I really appreciated Josh’s help today, just like how he helped my girlfriend buy another Kia just 3 weeks before! The sales and service staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue with my service experience is that I was very specific about the symptoms I was having with our Telluride, regarding the rear suspension. I was told that the parts were on hand, so I waited to have the job completed. As I left, I experienced the same issue with the rear suspension. I went back inside and spoke with the service manager, who was very focused on my explanation of the issue. He was very apologetic and assured me that the correct part would be ordered for installation next week.

I had to go to this dealership twice this week to have nitrogen put in my tires. This last time it was at 11psi. Even though I had purchased my Kia from another dealership; they fit me in between their appointments and plug my tire for free. Customer service was exceptional.

I LOVE 💘 LOVE KIA TURNERSVILLE ❤. They're always courteous & will help in any way they can to get you the perfect car and/or loan. I got the Sorento, my husband got the Optima & my daughter got the Soul. When my car needs an oil changed I always get great service the asst service mgrs Bill & Gregg are the best. Very little waiting plus they sometimes give me a car wash and vacuum. My cousin loved my Kia so much that she & her husband came to Turnersville & purchased their Optima. And just this weekend my cousin needed a light fixed. I directed him to my dealer. He called from Philly & they told him to come & they'd take care of him. He drove to Turnersville to get it fixed. He was elated with the service. So I'll suggest to anyone that's thinking of getting a car to go to Turnersville.

When purchased my Kia I was in love, the staff at my dealership were amazing, the process was smooth and I love my car! However I have had an issue with my car, a 2018 Kia Sportage where the cooling fan comes on in the middle of the night when there is not power connected to the car and it also stays on for extended amounts of time after turning the car off, I'm talking multiple hours. I have since then had the consequence of my car battery dying from this twice in the last two months. I have also taken the car to be fixed three times because of this and each visit ends in "we cannot duplicate the problem" so there is no resolution. Today, the mechanic suggested I call Kia corporate and they were the most rude, dismissing and out right awful customer service I have ever experienced. The person on the phone claimed everything I said to be as " a feeling" and could not wrap his last two brain cells over the fact that I was only calling him since the dealership has not been able to help me thus far. I love my Kia Sportage, truly I do, but the constant worry of if my car is going to act up on a day to day basis is not worth the stress. Had I reviewed kia prior to this issue they would have been a 5/5 stars hands down, the dealership staff is amazing but the quality of this new car with less than 50K miles is nothing but disappointing. This review in no shape reflects the personality of the staff- they're kind and welcoming however as a customer, I do not feel valued or respected for the way they have let me continue to have a car that is not properly working and dismiss it so easily.

From going from a older car to a Suv it has been a big difference. Getting a new car was well worth it, especially Cynthia that didn't push and helped me through the process. She still even after my purchase is still helping me. She care for the customers and you can tell she doesn't want you to leave unhappy. Not the most up to date service department. Small space, holes in walls everywhere, outdated equipment, needs paint job, etc…. Long checkin process for first time customer. Not sure they really rotated tires (nobody does this no matter where you go!) entire dealership needs a makeover. Very friendly service staff.

Josh Kohler sales associate and Vince the General manager are an ASSET to Turnersville Kia . I had the pleasure to deal with Josh and Vince with the purchase of my 2023 Kia Sportage. Josh took time to explain the process and didn’t take hours upon hours to finalize the purchase . I happened to have a question the next day after the purchase. I left a VM for Josh and he returned my call with in five minutes ! I call that WOW customer care.

I did not lease my car from Turnersville, but I do get it serviced there. They treat me very well & explain everything that is being done & why. So far with 6000 miles, on a 2020 Sorento, I have had a couple oil changes & one remote reprogrammed. They are friendly & accomidating.

Quite a shady dealer. I was told that pricing would only be discussed in person and not via phone or email. I live over 2 hours away and I'm not going to make a drive in without knowing what the car costs. That's probably the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

Disappointing to spend decent amount of money on routine service and no offer (or just do) a quick wash. Not too mention the amount I spent on the vehicle and the cost of their service. Very very disappointed.

During a service repair visit (at another KIA dealership), we were informed (to our surprise) that the extended warranty on our 2014 KIA Sorento SXL had expired. The repairs needed totaled over $3,000.00. The dealer suggested that we consider a trade-in. After test driving a 2017 KIA Sorento SXL and working the numbers, we were not at a price point conducive to our budget. To make a long story short, we were introduced to another dealer (Turnersville KIA). We were assured that they could give us a better deal that would meet our budget demands. We had to check this out, so (after lots of online homework) we went to Turnersville KIA. A salesman named Scott (in the red shirt) met us as we exited our car and greeted us warmly. We explained our situation, and Scott (with NO PRESSURE) cordially worked with us. We test drove two KIA Sorento's, a 2017 SX and a 2017 SXL. The SX was in perfect condition but lacked a few features that the SXL had. The SXL was in near mint condition - it had a few (barely noticeable) surface scratched and a slight fade in the front leather seat color - I detail cars, so an easy fix for me. Other than that, it was like new. We chose to go for the SXL. Scott and the GREAT Team at Turnersville KIA worked to put together a deal that we doubted could be made. We got a GREAT deal on our trade, monthly payments that fit our budget, only $1,000 down, and several awesome perks. This deal included gap insurance and a Platinum I extended warranty—all of this for $4 more per month than we had been paying for our 2014 SXL. We HIGHLY recommend Scott and the team at Turnersville KIA to provide you with an AWESOME deal as we received. Happy customers we are, indeed! PS: The entire team was friendly and most accommodating!

Took my 2016 Kia Sorento in for oil change and had a coupon to get tires rotates and complimentary car wash. Bill, in service department was very courteous and kept me informed of some suggested maintenance I should get and provided me with a quote. The lot attendants were busy that day but they made sure to wash my car and I was very appreciative they took the time to do that.

I met several people ,in all their job capacities, all warm and pleasant . I was provided with a cool beverage during the entire sales negotiations. I did in fact purchase the car . The experience that I derived from dealing with everyone, every person who introduced themselves to me, were extremely nice and hospitable.

The sales staff are great. Matt Smetaniuk was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was having difficulty deciding which car I wanted to purchase. He answered all my questions, did not talk down to me and no matter how many times I asked to go back and discuss either of the vehicles, Matt, did it with a smile and went over the options, differences and finance options. Definitely 5 star customer service.

Daniel spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue with my car. He could not resolve the issue. However he said there should be an update of the system soon and will call me to schedule another appointment. They did call and I returned to get the update yesterday. Bill was great service was fast but I observed the mechanics who check you in cleaning the windows of a car so I asked bill said yes we vacuum and sometimes clean the windows when I received my car it was neither vacuumed or windows cleaned Bill offered to vacuum it so sweet of him but whoever was supposed to vacuum it definitely didn’t so I went to my car wash and did it myself disappointed

Some of the salesman don’t even know anything about the cars on the lot or anything about mechanics of the car. Some of the cars have dents, bad air conditioning, or something faulty and they don’t tell you until you take the car home . Don’t try asking service department to check anything because they’ll tell you everything is fine, if it’s nothing serious then charge you an arm and a leg when the actual part is broken and whatever else is connected has something wrong as well. Smile in your face and hide the facts.

Service manager was very understanding and even went to the next level to show me photographs of my situation with my vehicle. If there was anything that I could criticize, they did indicate they would vacuum the inside of the vehicle which was not done. Otherwise, as usual, nice job.
