PNC Bank Berlin - Cross Keys Rd, Sicklerville

Is not ok to ask a customer where their money came from and interrogate you like you are a felon. This is how I felt when I came here to withdraw money from my account and encounter a very rude teller who kept asking me where my husband get this money from which I believe was just her asking to be nosey. It's not right at all! She then kept saying that a manager had to approve for me to get the cash. Where in the Manual of PNC does it say that because I really felt discriminated. They need better training or just better tellers.

Mary gries should be fired from her Job she very nasty and likes to profile people she will give u the hardest time for not reason even to make a simple deposit with her will be a stressful time

If you don't have any n account don't try to use the drive thru. Need credit card for cashing a check if you don't have an account or they want a finger print. The teller was rude and said she doesn't trust anyone...

Commented previously on this PNC Bank inside of ShopRite. Staff was very helpful and personable .
