Republic Bank NJ, Lumberton

Great when first opened. Now very slow, cannot order checks they constantly get lost and now hassle customers about getting change. I regret changing over to this new Republic Bank .

Literally not a member here but waited and nobody helped me after I put my coins in the coin machine to be counted and receive the money at the front desk by a bank teller. I will not be coming to this one in Lumberton.

Republic bank was so accommodating and friendly to me . Almost seemed too good to be true . Deff want to become a member here instead of wsfs in lumberton nj. Wsfs lumberton nj was so dreadfully horrible to me there .service was drawn out .. neglectful and terrible 100% in my very *personal* opinion. My experience at wsfs was disgusting compared to my first 1 min visit to republic bank lumberton nj. They even had dog treats up front at the counter if you bring your puppy inside with you! It was so clean there and bright and cheerful!! The staff generally looked happy to be there and to be of service ! Deff switching banks to republic now!! Wouldnt have it any other way after experiencing the total shocking difference in the service and cleanliness and attitude and just plain everything!

They do not have a direct number to call the bank when I have issues. They also updated the app and now I'm locked out and not able to access any info on my account.

Recently got scammed and called this bank to tell them what was going on and to see if I could get help for the fees they charged me. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and so unprofessional. She barely listened or let us talk as she kept talking over us- telling us she knows how it works. No consideration at all to what happened to us and the amount of money we have to pay as victims.

I love this Bank, We own a Barber shop Business called Eastampton Barber shop in Eastampton n.j. Republic Bank opens early for us to get change for the day before my shop opens. There staff is friendly and the Bank is kept very clean. 10 -10 🌟

I opened a new account at this bank and they lost my money!!!! How does this happen?!? I DO NOT recommend banking here!!!

Everyone at this Bank is so polite so helpful I refer and recommend people to sign up at Republican Bank you won't regret it better than Wells Fargo it's like dealing with the devils
