Excellent customer service. From intro to closing we were kept informed at each step in the process. We did not have quite enough equity to fully fund our home expansion. With RenoFi we were able to get a loan based on the "project completion" estimate home value. This prevented us from expanding less than desired or not at all. The 100% online process was 100% convenient!

The RenoFi process was very well laid out. There was always a real person contact to answer questions if needed. Their online portal allows for privacy and keeps your loan application progress up to date so you can always see where things stand. Everyone I dealt with was professional and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales. Clear and easy to understand communication. The whole process was very low stress. They did a great job for us!

We just went through the process of obtaining a renovation loan through Renofi and had a great experience. They matched us with a wonderful credit union to help us finance the loan. We were given options so we got to pick which loan/ bank worked best for us. I liked how they scheduled calls throughout the application process to check in and answer any of my questions. They keep in touch and make it easy to see what is needed to go through the process and make it as smooth as possible. We are so thankful for this company, as otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to finance our major home renovation with such a great interest rate!

The agent I worked with was very slow to get back to me. We wasted weeks waiting for a response from Renofi. Huge waste of time. We were told by renofi that we were approved for 200k. So we started some work knowing the bank process would take some time. The bank ended up no approving us for the loan. What a waste of time. Would not recommend Renofi

I was so pleasantly surprised with how well this all went. To be honest, it seemed too good to be true at first. But my loan is approved and the work begins this weekend! I can't thank the team enough for everything they did along the way. They were responsive, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I have been recommending RenoFi to my friends and family and will continue to!

They were quite helpful in getting us a loan. We had reached out to banks and credit unions directly but they didn't have the right program to deal with an addition where we don't have enough existing equity. Renofi allowed us to use the future equity that our home will have after construction is completed.

The Renofi platform does a great job of tracking the status of your Renofi loan. Additionally, Madelyn and Faith were super helpful and always replied promptly when I needed a human touch.

RenoFi made the process as easy as possible for the most part. Their customer service is very responsive. I would definitely recommend their service for those who lack the equity in their home to complete major renovations. We had only been in our home for two years and they made it possible to have our basement completely finished. If possible, I would have liked to have RenoFi work more closely with the FCU they set us up with. Once they handed us off to the FCU, the communication with the FCU was not as good as it was with RenoFi, and if RenoFi could remain more involved in that part of the process it would be more reassuring as a consumer. I would have also preferred a bank/FCU more local to us, so hopefully RenoFi can continue to partner with more banks/FCUs in the future. Again, overall I definitely would recommend RenoFi to others.

RenoFi was absolutely the easiest, smoothest, loan process I've ever experienced. On top of that, everyone involved with RenoFi did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Communication was second to none. Overall, a great experience!

For anyone looking to do a renovation project, I'd highly recommend RenoFi. I had no idea they existed until I started researching financing options, and RenoFi fit exactly what I needed. Within 2 hours of finding out about the Company, I had a phone call scheduled with an agent who was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. The application is entirely online and very easy to follow. After loading all of the available information, I was kept up to date with progress, and any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion. They worked with me to expedite the loan as I was on a tight time frame, and within 6 weeks of applying, I had closed on the loan and was able to start using the funds towards my project. As I said earlier, I would highly recommend RenoFi to anyone looking to finance a construction project.

RenoFi was a great company to work with. We were able to finance an extensive renovation of our house and the agent I worked with was very helpful and responsive. We had trouble finding an appraiser, but RenoFi was able to work their network for me to get it done and we still closed with plenty of time. Highly recommend!

We needed a loan to renovate and add space to our house. Even though we have an 800+ credit rating, we were told by all the big lenders that they don’t offer these types of loans. I found RenoFi with a simple google search and gave it a try. I was skeptical after being turned away so many times, but our advisor was ALWAYS responsive and had all the answers. They require a lot of information, but it makes sense. They’re signing off on your borrowing money based on the promise that you’re going to renovate your house. It’s a big risk on the bank’s part. Get them what they need, and it moves forward. Our renovation loan request went very smoothly, and more importantly it went EXACTLY how we were told it would go. If you need money for addition/renovation it’s difficult to get. RenoFi made it happen for us.
