I have used Leaf for several large machinery purchases over the past year or so and the transactions have been quick and easy . I also feel that I have a direct working relationship with Denielle Luna who is always prompt with solving any issues there might be when it comes to working with the vendors and getting everything approved. One of the most important things for me is that I have a reliable go to person that can arrange the financing with minimal form filling on my part. I will be using Leaf bank for all equipment purchases in the future.

Buyer beware - Leaf Commercial Capital company adds lots of hidden charges that are never explained when you go to lease equipment. They also assess property taxes based on possession on January 1. You could lease the equipment for only one month but be responsible for an entire years' worth of property taxes. I will never use this company again. Please do your due diligence before entering into a contract with them.

Our experience with Leaf was Great! Our Account Executive, Cesar Hernandez, was very efficient and knowledgeable. The paperwork was minimal compared to bank financing. We will definitely call Cesar again when the need for financing arises. Thank You.

LEAF Commercial Capital is honest, fast and smart. We have dozens of expensive equipment leases and have utilized LEAF for about 18 of them now. We like LEAF because they complete deals fast (2 to 7 days), offer competitive repayment terms, and at my request LEAF does not pay vendors the second half until I confirm that the equipment was installed properly. We have other lease company options, LEAF is always our preferred.
