KRISTY ALSTON ****TAKE THE TIME TO READ**** So it started with a simple home purchasing everything was moving along, but then tragically the property appraisal came back and was no good for the type of loan we used. We had already sank $3,900 into this property (inspections / land survey). Kristy Alston the lender I was using worked tirelessly as if she was the real estate agent herself trying to find some combo of loan that would work...I mean it when I say this woman never took a day off. The customer service was 100% uncanny to anyone else. She even offered to look over different loan packages other banks wrote for me just to make sure I wasn’t getting screwed...I felt like she was my own real estate agent!
