Hancock Whitney Bank Beach

I have tried for 3 or 4 days to access my account with no luck. Made 3 trips to the bank for help & was told that nothing.looked unusual. The people at the bank were very helpful. If you are updating your system why doesn't it work. Please fix the problem .

Poor experience at this location. I went to this location (or what I thought was the location) to cash a check. I looked up the location and found that the actual location was on the north side of 98 and about 1/8 mile further west. After getting turned around and discovering where the bank actually was, I arrived at 4pm, almost 10 minutes from when I had arrived at the location listed. The shades were down on the drive thru window and after pressing the call button, a woman did come to the window. I explained the situation and acknowledged that I knew it was now 4pm and asked if there was any way she could help. She said that they had been requesting for Google to change the address for a year - I was shocked that nothing had been done about it. She did ask if she could help me, I explained that I needed to cash a check - all I got was sorry, that can only be done in the lobby. Now I would think that if you were going to offer assistance at the window, you could have them come into the lobby, but I guess not. This was after I explained that I just drove an hour to get here. I returned the next morning to cash the check and was assisted by another woman in the lobby. She explained there would be a $9 check cashing fee for a non member, I said I guess it is fine as I had already lost money making a second trip here - she reminded me that the lobby closed at 4pm. I would have deposited the check in my own bank, but at the time I was without a job, my account was in the negative, and was still waiting on 5 months of unemployment benefits. I would likely never do business with the bank again. You never know the circumstances in one's life. I thought more could have been done on both visits, it could have changed one's overall view of the banking institution.

These folks are phenomenal. Scott Lawrence is one of the most relationship oriented banking professionals I’ve ever encountered. It is a joy to run this errand and the entire team here goes above and beyond for me.

Went to address 111 N hwy 393, bldg 1, suite 100 from Google maps. Its an apartment bldg. Very disappointed.

Find a different bank! Staff doesn't care about you
