Worst pawn shop in town. With 14k gold prices at 32. And change per a gram. They gave 40.00 on 2.5 grams. That’s 80 bucks worth of gold. They only gave half price for. So they are taking advantage of the little guy. What happened to decent service. I’ll never use this place again. What else’s are they under paying for and making a killing resealing?

This used to be a great store to find decent firearm deals for good prices. However, for the past two years or so it gone down big time. Sure they remodeled the inside and now it looks more modern and clean. However, that's the only real positive thing about this store. I don't even go there anymore, because their product veriaty is almost zero. Store always looks empty as it got recently robbed. I don't know if they had a change of management or whatnot, but I just wish owners would do something about it to bring back its old charm. Otherwise, I wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of business if it continues with its current rythm.

Dan’s Discount in Fort Walton Beach, has wonderful customer service. I have bought many items from there and each time they always say Hi to me when I come in, they take the time to talk to you, they take the time to explain things about the item that they are selling, they are very knowledgeable about the items that they sell. The staff is so kind, when I come in with my kids they always restart the cartoon movies on the big screen, so they can also have a pleasant visit too. I would highly recommend this place to other people! The store is also neat and tidy and it is also very organized!

Very nice and well organized store. Good prices and excellent layaway program. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and all had a pleasant attitude. My name is Lauren Matthews and I was in the store this past Saturday with my husband. My husband was looking at the handguns and the guy behind the counter was fantastic! He knew the answer to all our questions and was more than happy to take the time to answer each of them. Great store! We will be doing business with them in the near future.

First of all, let me say it takes a lot for me to write a review. But the customer service that I received from Jeff when purchasing a CZ over under deserves praise. Jeff was was able to sell me a great gun while negotiating with me on the price to work with my budget. He allowed me to walk away from the shop with a beautiful shotgun at a great price. He was more than willing to answer all my questions and went the extra mile to work with me. Because of him, I will be a customer at Dan's for life!!!

This is the cleanest, nicest pawn shop I have ever been in. I bought an acoustic guitar and got a great deal. The people that work here are all very friendly. Great place!

The best pawn shop in town! I have always had great experiences when I go to dans. They know me and my family and know us by name. I have bought everything from a surf board, tablets,DVDs ,and much more from them. Always good prices and when you do have to pawn something they take good care of your stuff and give you the best price for it. It's now the only pawn shop I goto.

Being a regular customer at the FWB location, I was very happy to see a Dan's in Crestview! Going in there I saw many familiar faces that made me feel at home. The employees are great and very helpful. I like to get in there at least once a week to see what is new. My last purchase was a tv after mine died out, and Amanda was an excellent representative! I absolutely love Dan's! I always feel welcomed and the staff are amazing. I love to shop for jewelry and appliances. The manager Shane and his assistant manager are wonderful. Jolie is very sweet and helpful. There are other employees that are just as wonderful but I don't know their names just friendly faces. They also have layaway which is awesome! Shout out to all my peeps at Dan's keep up the the good work.

Anyone can walk into a pawn shop anywhere in the world, but the difference is at Dan's I wasn't just an anyone. The first moment of the first day I walked in I felt welcomed in their store. Even better than getting top dollar for the item I pawned or all the super cool things they sell, I was treated with the kind of courtesy a lot of stores in America have unfortunately lost sight of these days. When a customer enters a store, especially a pawn shop, you never truly know their situation, how their day has been, or what hardships they may be facing right before they walk in, so often times it's the friendly smiles and conversations of a good staff that can really change a person's day around for the better, even almost as much as the cash. Every time I've been into Dan's, whether to pawn or purchase, by the time I leave I'm always a happy customer. Not only am I always treated well, but I've also watched how they treat other guests in their store and it's always the same excellence to everyone all across the board. As a honorable military veteran who spent 6 years in the U.S. Navy serving overseas, it feels good to know that kind of customer courtesy and friendliness still exist in our country. Again, their inventory is awesome and they are always more than fair with the pawn amounts, but it's that above and beyond customer service and courtesy that keeps me returning to no one else, but Dan's Pawn right here in Fort Walton Beach. Thank you to the staff. You all are incredible and my family and I truly do appreciate you all so much. You all deserve way more than just the max 5 star rating limit allowed here. Thanks again. My wife called Friday evening to pay on her layaway the manager Joely was very rude. Joely didn't have the knowledge to be in such position. Joely told my wife that she could not pay that she was to late and that it was a 33% restock fee and she could spend the rest inside of the store. So I called back Saturday and I ask to speak with a manager the young lady tells me o yeah I heard about what happened if you bring me $150 you will be good. I ask so why was the issue so complicated before. She was like I'm not sure I wasn't here very bad customer service after my layaway is over with I will no longer deal with this business.

Best place to go for the best prices in town!! Always friendly and positive environment as soon as you walk into the door! They love their customers and always makes you feel welcome with a smile on their face! :) I've bought electronics and motorcycle gear and have always been satisfied with my merchandise purchased with Dan's!! Check 'em out!

First visit today. Its the cleanest nicest pawn shop I've ever been in. I was just looking around at first. But then I did have some questions about the 1Aug Glock sale. Employee's were very helpful. Took two guns out of case for me to compare even though he knew I wasn't going to buy. I will probably go back tomorrow for the sale and will probably make a buy.

Stop there a week ago and they were super super friendly! Very clean, Store very organized, and the staff is incredibly helpful! Prices are really good plus sometimes you get great discounts and deals! I actually recommended this store to all my friends in Eglin base. Great store. I really loved it!!

B. Taylor, Had never been in Dan's until a few weeks ago. I was extremely impressed with the staff, the facility, and the overall layout of the store. However, what I was absolutely impressed with was the employees. They treated me like family! When I enter the store now I'm on a first name basis with them.

Dan's has friendly and helpful staff. I have bought, sold, and pawned items there for over 2 years now. The staff provide the best service than any pawn shop I have ever done business. I highly recommend them.

I usually do a lot of business with Dan’s but today they lost me as a customer! I will never shop there again! I waited in there ten minutes to be helped and every associate walked passed me instead of helping me. An associate even called out more people from the back and no one would help me! I will shop there again! And for the one associate that looked at me crazy, never judge a book by its cover. I was going to purchase a TV and to cameras, I had money to spend but you were more worried about hanging out with your home boy!
