Crystal, one of the employees, stayed past her shift to assist me(please don’t do the same as I did). It truly showed her commitment to help me with getting a loan to fix some issues with my car, seeing as it’s my business currently. It was a breeze working with her, and she’s pretty funny and easy to talk to. I highly recommend speaking with her first!!! She’s the best, just show up earlier than you think you need to in order to respect her time working so diligently!

I am not gonna mention any names but I called the office to let them know that I was unable to make a payment at the moment. I'm still unable to do so but I tried informing them that I was in the hospital and couldn't make a payment. She said she didn't care what was going on she just wanted payment. Then accused me of lying to her saying she saw me out but at the time she said she saw me I was in the hospital. Very very rude.

The experience was incredibly pleasant and the staff did a phenomenal job insuring that my needs were met. This was my first time applying for a loan and they made sure to have me well informed and spent quality time helping me through this process and I will be surely returning to their business. The staff present though my appointments were Mrs. Michelle, Mrs. Carol, and Mr. William who I cannot thank enough for their help and time.

Got a loan for a down payment on a car from instaloan about a year ago. paid it off after a couple months and they contacted me this last thanksgiving and told me they are giving me a $15 check for a turkey just for being a previous customer! Courtney was very nice and made it quick and easy. I like any company that gives back and if you need a quick band for anything I recommend going to them.
