They are very invested in the local community and regularly act as a drop off point to help support good causes and invite the community to contribute as well. I highly recommend using them for your title needs, especially as they have an amazing attorney on staff that can help at the drop of a hat if last minute issues crop up during in closing.

Everything seemed to go fine with closing, but later found out they pocketed the money for our warranty and never paid the invoice to the warranty company. Something went wrong with out house and found out we don’t have a warranty because they never paid the invoice (even though the seller paid hundreds of dollars for it). They were also way off on the property taxes. They said they would ask the seller to pay the difference, but never did. I have sent several emails asking about my warranty with no response. I would look for another company unless your looking to get scammed.

As an owner of a RE/MAX Franchise, I understand that being in a service business, while gratifying, has many challenges. In the 10 years that we have been working very closely with Emerald Coast Title services, we have had hundreds of closings, some far more challenging than others. The genuine care which Alison Hand and her team have shown throughout the years, is not only professional, but makes us feel as if we are working with family.
