Best service from any regions branch I have seen yet! The staff here will treat you like family every visit.

The atm at this location has a known problem that will cause it to take your money and your debt card. I was told this by the bank manager. It took my deposit and my card on Wednesday night before the four of July. I ended up working because I had no access to money on the 4th. They continue to operate this atm. I was told it was a software issue. They offer nothing for the inconvenience they cause their customers. I am now on the Monday after the 4th still no debit card still have my deposit missing and am told it will be Friday before it is resolved. If anything happens and it’s not a bank working day, you are on your own.

What a horrible horrible place to bank at! My 79 year old father was frauded by scammers and they would not let him have another account when his account was closed by the fraud department! He has been with this bank when it was Merchants National Bank!! They, Careen and Alesha. at this bank in Spanish Fort, left my daddy hanging for over a week making him think there was a chance for him to get another account, knowing the WHOLE time that wasn’t even a possibility! I wouldn’t let my dog open an account with them 2 women, especially Careen! Alesha not Careen returned any of my phone calls!! No wonder I left that bank YEARS AGO!!! AVOID Spanish Fort Regions at all costs!!

You will wander limitlessly through their “automated” support. That computer doesn’t care what you want you want and you will get possibly The list of unrelated options

Says open on Facebook but seems permanently closed ??

I see all the negative reviews but not one review on the staff. All banks have fee's all banks close early on Sat. Not sure where yall banked before. Lol I personally had a wonderful experience with Christopher @ the Spanish Ft location. He took the time time and effort to help me EVEN THOUGH I DONT BANK WITH THEM! My disabled father does. He helped me & Dad out of kindness not responsibly. Give him 10 stars if I could. Dads banked with Regions for years soooooo. If you live on the Eastern Shore see Christopher @ Spanish Ft your in good hands!

When I signed up they didn't mention they were mostly closed on Saturdays when I get paid. Then today I deposited 2 checks and they didn't mention both of them wouldn't show until Tuesday. So now I can't even take my money out to start another account with a better bank on my next off day which is Monday . Even when I called they couldnt reverse it or something. Why be open. Half a day Saturday when my money isn't gonna be posted until Tuesday? That's stupid .NEVER BANK AT REGIONS!

One reason why I gave it one star. Fees, fees, fees. Every type of account has some sort of downside. Save yourself time and money and set up an account with Alabama Credit Union.
