The agent and his staff are great. I had an unusual claim - a squirrel had set up a nest and had chewed on wiring in my Lexus Hybrid - $12,000 worth). One of Lad's staff, Missy Conrad, was extremely helpful in moving my claim along - both within State Farm and also with the Lexus Dealer. Her work as my advocate, helped greatly. GREAT JOB MISSY

Sarah Godwin is absolutely amazing! I recently relocated to Alabama and she reached out to me about changing agencies so I would have someone local. I wasn’t ready for that just yet so she let know she was available when I was….when I was she was extremely helpful! I have dealt with this State Farm office for years and always a pleasure. Antonio assisted me recently with a requirement I had. As always he had it addressed more quickly than I expected. Furthermore he took the time to call and confirm all was handled before the day was even out. Customer service that is hard to find these days in my opinion. I would always recommend him and Lad Drago Agency as their products, professionalism and efficiency are top notch.

Kaila was incredibly helpful while I was adding my teenager to our policy. She gave me tons of discount options for my daughter to work on and the process of adding her to our policy was as easy as could be. About an hour before her first solo drive I emailed Kaila to let her know she had passed her test and we were ready, within 20 minutes she was added as a driver and ready to go!

A BIG shout-out to Kaila Gray, a Customer Service Representative with Lad Drago State Farm in Spanish Fort. An unfortunate automobile accident caused me to turn to my insurance company for help and being of the older generation I certainly needed it, I live alone and certainly am not tech-savy. Kaila stepped in and became my "one stop shop" securing me a rental car, later extending the turn-in date and making it even more convenient for me to turn in locally instead of driving to Mobile and all the time searching for the most economical pricing through all these different apps etc. that younger people are aware of. She even found some medical equipment, on-line, that I needed and could not find locally, which is above and beyond and ordered it for me. A friend of mine said "maybe we should adopt her". She is indeed an asset to an already fantastic staff.

You won't find better customer service at an insurance agency. Debbie at Lad Drago has gone above and beyond many times to provide competitive rates and any information I've asked for whether it be for home, auto, or life insurance.
