This place is terrible. I just left and I won’t ever be back. Wasn’t greeted. No one even paid attention to me being there. Hate to play the race card (I give people the benefit of the doubt) but I’ve never felt so out of place as a black man. The woman behind the desk is the worst. Rushed to throw my jewelry in an envelope when I only asked for pricing to fix a bracelet. Asked to get my diamonds tested and she didn’t even pull out a magnifying glass before saying “nah these are all CZ”. Working as a manager at zales for 3 years, I know how customer service is supposed to be provided and EDDIE’S PAWN SHOP IS TERRIBLE AT IT.

Excellent service, very helpful and informative in helping me decide on my purchase. Educated me on the items I was looking to purchase. Friendly atmosphere, even with other patrons. Very pleased with the quality and variety of the products I was interested in purchasing. Plenty of the item I was searching for in stock. Price could have been a tad lower, but no huge difference for the shopping experience. Thank you.

While casting a new serious of Pawn Shop Seekers , we had experienced very rude, unprofessional, inappropriate service. The woman was absolutely humiliating in regards to me not knowing exactly what my items where valued at. I recommend going elsewhere and not helping this company increase business or profit .

Very professional and helpful. They've always been nice to me and have great prices on their inventory. I go there instead of paying full prices elsewhere. Check there before going anywhere else. They have a nice variety of things. You never know what you'll find.

On of the best pawn shops in in Baldwin county. Have a good selection of jewelry, tools, lawnmowers etc... and typically a good selection of rifles and pistols. Staff is quite knowledgeable in their areas and then some.

Have no clue why they have a 3.7 rating. I've done business with them quite often and will continue to do so. I bet some of the ones leaving bad reviews, should review how they interact with people, before they question someone else's demeanor...

Great, til thier word...and it is worthless. Was told a appx value for my generator and kept in touch til they backed out. A man's word is all he has and I was very disappointed by how i was ready to start it up in the parking lot til someone I never met ruin the deal and the name of the business. No class in honoring a deal and your word.

I have bought several firearms from them. They always have a good selection of new used firearms at great prices. Staff is very knowledgeable. Only place I will buy a firearm from. Great job everyone .

Doesn't accept a lot of good stuff I wanted to sell, such as unopened car stereos and subwoofers and when I have sold stuff to them they greatly undervalue items. If and when they research things like guitars they will offer you drastically low values. Do not recommend going here unless you want to sell something quickly and are ready to accept a low dollar amount.

Their selection of hand guns is exciting. If you need a certain caliber or manufacturer, chance are Eddies has it a one of their locations, priced VERY REASONABLY.
