Regions Bank Bullsboro Dr, Newnan

Most unaccommodating bank on the planet, fees are going up, reliability going down. They misplaced a $1000 deposit, and I can’t even get a human on the phone. Have to take off work just to go talk to someone. Online and the app are horrible too. They also charged the monthly fee immediately after I requested to close my accounts, and brought them to a zero balance as requested. Since it was a zero balance, they charged overdraft fees as well. They won’t refund the fees, even though I requested the accounts to be closed several days before the fees were charged! That’s just unethical business.

This branch needs help. When I got out of the car, I noticed there is trash everywhere around the bank, under the bushes, around the door, even inside the fiat door. When leaving I noticed the area around the bank is not kept up; trash everywhere, lawn maintenance, and the building itself needs some cleaning. The only redeeming quality here was Lynne Bauta, the service representative that helped us. She was pleasant, extremely nice, and helped us with all our needs quickly. I would come back here just for her.

The customer service number is awful! between being hung up on twice and being on hold it took over 45 min to talk to someone. very aggravating. Also, when you open a new account, you have to sign a signature card at your local branch to activate your debit card. I signed it and a day later, I tried to use it... didn't work. Called 1-800 number, on hold for 10 min only to tell me i have to wait till my branch opens up in the morning to fix it. A VERY unpleasant experience.

This branch is soooooo much better than the one at Thomas Crossroad. Shawnah was extremely helpful and appreciated me as a customer. You have two options for Regions in Newnan. I highly recommend this location. The difference is night and day!

Brittany, at this branch, loves to push her feminist agenda while at work. Customer service is non existent, and the slight attempt of it is filled with “I am woman who me meow”, lol. She loves to pretend to be in control by making hardworking folks wait around for calls that she is NEVER going to make. I truly feel sorry for someone who thinks power comes by being sharp tongued and unhelpful. It must be a sad existence. Do not come to this bank if you are looking for customer service. If you are looking for your daily dose of leftist agenda pushing, this is the place! I think I’ll give Truist a try. Anything but regions

I would never ever ever refer anyone to this bank! They do not care about their customers at all I had my account two years with no dispute I even had a three way call with the bank representative and the merchant that charged my account when they were noted that I did not authorize any subscriptions that resulted in a refund the bank kept my card and after all of this they still allowed the merchant to take funds from my account . I have never had such horrible customer service from bankers that don’t care about their customers ! I’m glad I have other accounts

Been here since 8:45 and the bank is supposed to open at 9. It’s 9:10 and there are 9 cars waiting and they still have not helped one customer... haha won’t be back
