Each time, Skin and Fairway have been very helpful and responsive, explaining the process in a way that I could understand. My most recent mortgage was a challenging one as it was not a typical refinance and my income is calculated differently. Skin helped me through the process, explaining what was needed and why it was needed, and in the end, got it done. I appreciate all the hard work that was put in ensuring that the refinance took place.

We worked with Skin and Ariana at Fairway and they were both excellent! The team was super responsive throughout the entire financing process and super clear on what was needed and by when. While the mortgage process is usually the headache of buying a new home - that was certainly not the case with Skin and Ariana!
