Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Bullsboro Dr, Newnan

be careful after atm, u r dropping by to withdraw 20 bucks and getting hundreds of dollars damage. some officials work w cheap architects although they have bank of america behind them

Charles the manager there is great! He helped me out with my notary requirements and was very patient to take care of my W- 8 documents. I really appreciate their customer first culture and helping us with anything that they can help with! Have been banking with BOA for last 9 years

Newnan location was often closed...now It is it is open again

To many times the ATM isn’t working, the drive thru is closed permanently and the doors are locked. Went by today to make a cash deposit, ATM didn’t give an option for deposit!!!! Bank was closed at 4:00! This location is on Bullsboro. About time to make a change!

Bank of America with drive through ATMs. Located on Bullsboro across from Kroger and McDonalds close to downtown Newnan. Limited service due to COVID. Open Monday through Friday 10am to 4pm and closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The drive through service was replaced with drive through ATMs around COVID. Can get busy and expect long lines as this is the only Bank of America location in Newnan. Bank of America has two other ATMs in Newnan.

Generally like this place, just depends on the time you arrive. There have been many occasions I’ve seen 6-8 people in line and just had to turn around and leave because I don’t have the time to wait because usually only one teller. The manager, Charles is really good.

I had an appointment on a Friday at 10:30 and even got a reminder the day before that I had the appointment made from Bank of America and I show up to the office and they are closed. Why was I not notified of the change? I took time off of work for this. Very disappointing.

To be one of the largest banks, you would think the leadership would have a great customer experience. With over 30 minutes of hold time makes wanting to do business with them difficult. As a consumer how did we allow them to get so large and put the smaller banks with great customer service out of business. Though this is not the first time to wait on hold 30+ minutes, try going to the branch and have to wait 30+ minutes in line to get service. Very frustrating. I can fix their issue if they don't know how.

Would give a zero if I could. Always a line place has 6 teller windows only 1 or 2 ever open. Managers always have an excuse and never a good one. 1 teller on duty and 3 managers standing around, you would think they would have at least one of the managers open another window. Thank goodness I only have to go here once a month.
