Regions Bank Dr Phillips Blvd, Orlando

I’m only speaking for myself. But as a small business I would not recommend this bank. I finished, my first job got. My first check I came to deposit it. The same person who help me open up the account told me how do I know this check is any good? It was only for $500. Just got me thinking what happens if I bring a check for $25,000. But I’m only speaking on my experience.

Beautiful Dr. Phillips location. Great local bank. No hassle. Easy, nice ATM, Drive thru. Excellent customer service. 5 star rating for employee being very knowledgeable about bank products and professionalism. Easy parking. 800 customer service number. Great APP on iPhone. ❤️

Edward Higgins is the best manager there, he is really nice, I was a little upset when I got to the bank he was very patient with me very professional. Highly recommend this branch.

This bank is a joke. They expect you to call a service line when you are at the branch and are having problems. I spent 1 hour in the service line prior to coming to the branch. The “management” that is in place has no idea what they are doing. She was more interested in talking about her personal life than dealing with a customer who has continued to have problems with the service and technology they provide. Get a good laugh to step into the branch. They won’t help you any. It’s ok; my real bank takes care of me. I don’t need Regions bank. They need me.

Guess I don’t “look like a business owner” I always get money orders for my business account Never been asked where my deposits came from and who’s paying me and why 🤦‍♂️ I was also treated like I’m wasting your time by coming here! I’ll be sure to never come back and use the regions by my house I’m treated a hole lot better and not asked a ton of question or talked down to!

Alwase quick and friendly never had any problems even when something on my end screws up.
