Regions Bank US, Mt Dora

I am changing banks because I have not had anything but bad experiences with Regions Bank. Terrible customer service. Every thing I have tried to do with My Money they can't do it I was buying a boat and could not get My Money to pay the man. Their excuse was we can't cash your check because we don't have that much cash on hand. and then I would have to give one or two days notice before hand. The man selling the boat was from out of town and wanted cash. It was only for 8000.00. Beware of this bank because they want to hold onto Your money. There were other problems too like I was over drawn less than two dollars and was charged 38.00 fee and they sent the check back. Other banks these days have dropped these kind of charges.

Great customer service seems hard to come by lately at Regions. The Apopka branch was absolutely the worse and the sad part is it’s 1.2 miles away from my home. After banking with Regions for almost 10 years I almost left. Thank goodness Gabriela transferred to this branch in Mt. Dora and it was worth the 30 minute drive! The bank manager actually returns calls and is so genuine and helpful. To be honest the entire branch has been helpful! I will continue doing business with this branch as it’s well worth the 30 minute drive! Thank you to the branch manager and his team!

Made a CASH deposit today and it’s been well over an hour and the money is still not showing in my account. I am now being told that their system is off-line and in an off-line mode and the funds may not appear until late tonight. I have bills to pay today and a doctors appointment to pay for and I have no access to my own money. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve been with Regions for many years and I’ve never really liked this branch or regions bank as a whole.

Got a weird vibe today from Anchalee Brown. She didn't seem as friendly as the other Reps there. Always had great service there. If I needed a bill paid they would make the money available right away. Not Anchalee. And the way I was handed the response was so cold. Car payment is now late. Regions isn't paying my late charges. Lost a star.

I have been banking with them for over 25 years.Excellent customer service in bank. A ridiculous long wait on call center because they no longer have branch phone number (That I could locate)

Worst customer service ever I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location. This is one of the only banks that refuses to cash big checks or let me make withdrawals of my own money. Please take your business elsewhere.

Thank you Regions for over a decade of A+++ customer service!! Highly recommend Regions Banks. This branch has an amazing staff that are always willing to help at a moments notice. George, the manager is an absolute gem!! He makes all my complicated transactions seem easy and stress free. Thanks to the entire staff for caring. It is hard to find this kind of genuine customer service these days!!

Had to deal with a very unpleasant person Anchalee brown who thought it would be funny to make fun of my unfortunate situation with my bank account that regions likes to screw you over with. This bank and person are worthless. Bank elsewhere! She didn't even care that I was contacting CEO of bank. She said he can't do anything to her.

Most horrible experience with a bank I have ever had. They dont give you a card right away they send it. And they didn't bother sending mine. Also don't even bother to try to reach them on the weekend. They aren't even open for a little while on Sat. Can't reach them by phone either!

Run away and don't look back , I deposited a check without signing it and they put a hold on my account , a month later I still have no access to my funds and every time I go into this hell hole of a bank the person that had authorization to do anything is no where to be seen.... if I can give 5 negative stars I would ... run away
