Regions Bank Sw 12th Ave, Miami

This is one of the worst regions I’ve encountered. When I made the decision to open a regions I had an option between regions and Bank of America, I chose regions. I first started using my account when I was in fort myers. I loved my bank lady. Time passes unfortunately I got robbed at larceny I was so distraught I didn’t do anything until I decided 3 days later to go to this bank and let my bank know with a police report . An older lady straight up told me she didn’t know what to do and what was best to go back to the bank where it happened? Okay? But can you Atleast mark it on the notes let them know that I was here and tried to report it? No. They made me go back to the bank where the other people called the cops and kinda of helped me more than this bank. Oh and just yesterday I went cause I needed a temporary card— AGAIN; they don’t do that. So what’s the point of this bank? If they can’t do anything. Hopefully I can save someone from wasting their time and going here.

Worst bank. I am a customer for 3 years and this is the worst custumer service that i ever got. Very rude and the employees just talking and not wearing mask.

Go to any other branch..... I have a regions account and a regions check I tried to cash it here wouldn't cash my check with a credit card and I had 3 different forms of ID even my ssi card. They was very rude to me and just go the extra mile to the other branch downtown

Awful customer service. I closed both accounts. Everyone there seem to lack basic common sense.

Racist they don't like BLACK people at this branch they called the police on me and I'm a customer

Just been there for update my address and renew debit card. But the lady keep try to update my all the informations. I know its her job. But update my all informations or not.. it does not change or help me anything..nothing good for me at all. It just waste my time. So I just left.. If you go there, do not show any your informations changed.. they gonna waste your time for useless update.

Robert is a resourceful and knowledgeable banker. Overall, the person-to-person banking experience was pleasant, counting on him twice as a guide.

Two years ago I opened a checking account in this bank, and they closed my account without any reason, I had to come from jacskonville to pick up the cashier check, I wish I could give this place 0 stars

Quiet place, there is monitoring and security working hours, it has the offers of personal safety boxes.
