David is top notch! Originally, I had applied through another bank I was familiar with. Their process was very slow, couldn't get anyone on the phone etc... David's process with First American bank was seamless. I was able to get him on the phone whenever I had a question or needed info, having one point of contact that was easily reached made this process so much easier. His communication was on point and overall, the entire process for our HELOC start to finish took approx 4 weeks which was great.
