Worst customer service they asked me if I need help i kindly said no I'm just looking right now. After when I found something that got my attention i tried approaching three different employees they all ignored me and tried to go to customer behind me in the line. Also friendly to English speakers

I give Dailin an the employee’s 10stars. They are really great people. They work very hard to help you. They are 100% honest and real. I have never had a problem or bad experience with them at all. They offer so little it's really offensive.. Just the name puts a bad taste in my mouth. Left feeling very ripped off and taken advantage of sorry to say..

Yeliena was such a wonderful host while I was inquiring over the equipment available. I think people like her should be leading customer service because she is a wonderful person who displays a positive attitude and is honest.

Great store better one of the locations Alex GM and Joel always willing to help and same staff and energy and they have good prices u can’t beat it for area good times as well. They don’t buy all stuff because pawn shops needs to make money but it’s good for what u have if it’s worth money. Would recommend if need quick sale or to buy something.

Horrible business! Go to any other value pawn if you can!! They will completely rip you off and take advantage of the fact that you are obviously desperate or in need of money. Alex, the store manager, does not know anything about running a business. Aside from his lack of knowledge, he is incredibly rude and speaks to his customers poorly. I’m certain he brings his issues and frustrations from home to work, and it’s noticeable. Half of the staff can barely speak English and incapable of any form of critical thinking. Sometimes they want to accept debit payments, other times they don’t. It’s very strange. I can go on forever but honestly I’m not the type to leave bad reviews, but I’m hoping I can warn others of this place. Please, stay away! You have been warned! Too bad I’m unable to leave a ZERO STAR review.

This place is awful I came to get my bass back and the lady took my money to the back and called the cops on me. If it want for my wife she would of kept the money. They sold me an iPhone that doesn’t work. You have this 2 Venezuelan old lady’s that work here that are you eager to call the cops. I had good experience with one girl and she was very helpful. When you go to a pawn shop to pawn your stuff is obviously because you are in need or your in trouble. This lady’s try to make me feel bad about pawning my stuff , but then agai they work there ? Like come on if we’re here to judge then you don’t see me judging them for been 65 years of age or 51 be working there. I make more money than them but not once did I mention thag to them. I was only there for a reason. This is why people hate Miami. This is the first stepping stone for all these people

The staff are all very nice and friendly. You barely ever have to wait very long before being attended to. They always try to loan you the most money possible for your pawns. The store is also kept clean and neat. They also have very good deals there.

I just came out of this store, I was trying to sell my pc that I bought three months ago for 1,200 dollars. It’s in perfect condition, I even had a 240hz monitor and Logitech Mouse and Keyboard and they offered me 150 dollars. Electronics haven’t gotten cheaper for this ridiculous offer. Not recommended.

Wow! As a tourist from the great state of a Nevada, I have never been given such great customer service by this pawn shop. Most importantly by and I apologize if I spelled this incorrectly, but I believe her name was Tathiana. Let me tell you, she is one knowledgeable person when it comes to the merchandise they sell.
